Tiffany & Co. Taps Zoe Kravitz and Janelle Monae for Fall Campaign
Zoe Kravitz and Janelle Monae are lending their famous (and flawless) faces to Tiffany & Co.'s fall 2017 campaign.
Titled, "There's Only One" Kravitz and Monae are a part of a cluster of models who represent “power of individuality and self-expression."
"I think being an individual is one of the more exciting things about being alive," Kravitz told W. "And self expression is our right as humans. "To live, love, and express ourselves."
An equally expressive artist, Monae asserts that she's all about being your true self and inspring others to do the same. "I think that individuality and embracing the things that make you unique is important to humanity, for others around you who may be uncomfortable, with their uniqueness, to finally feel confident in just being just them, and understanding that they were made, you know, unique for a specific purpose," she told Elle.
Zoe appears in the ad rocking her super chic blonde pixie cut while Monae stuns in a short cut and cool newsboy cap.
Shot by photographers Inez & Vinoodh, the ladies are joined by Elle Fanning, principal dancer for the Bolshoi Ballet and America Ballet Theater, David Hallberg, American supermodel and activist Cameron Russell and musician Annie Clark.
The campaign is the first from Tiffany & Co.'s new chief artistic officer, Reed Krakoff.
#RHoA: Sheree Whitfield’s Battle Over ‘Chateau Sheree’ Dismissed
Real Housewives of Atlanta star Sheree Whitfield is no longer facing a $300k legal battle with her insurance company. The case over damages done to Chateau Sheree has officially come to an end.
According to our friends at thejasminebrand Here’s the latest: On July 17th, docs were filed in the case explaining both parties have agreed to dismiss all claims against the other. Per their agreement, the case was closed and the terms of any confidential settlement will remain sealed.
Here’s the backstory: Back in 2016, Sheree sued Central Mutual Insurance Company over damage to her Georgia home she named ‘Chateau Sheree’. The home has been under construction for years and was a major storyline for multiple seasons on RHOA.
Sheree accused her insurance company of unfairly appraising the damage done to the property, saying the home suffered water line issues that caused water to fill throughout the home and into the basement back in 2014.
She filled out a claim with her insurance company, but waited for weeks while the home was wet leaving mold and decay. Sheree claimed she hired an appraiser and sent off the report to her insurance, only for them to fail to evaluate the submitted damages. Sheree demanded $279,940.56 in damages.
Central Mutual responded, demanding the suit be tossed saying they already paid Sheree $359,156.20 for damages.
#EMPIRE: 'Empire' stars spotted in Chicago as Season 4 filming gets underway
Stars of the Fox network drama "Empire" have arrived in Chicago to begin filming Season 4.
Terrence Howard, who plays hip-hop mogul Lucious Lyon, was spotted Wednesday at O'Hare International Airport. Jussie Smollett, who plays Lyon's son Jamal, was photographed over the weekend.
Casting for this season's extras has started as well. Chicago casting firm 4 Star Casting is seeking left leg amputees and "thug"-looking security guards, according to notices posted on Facebook.
Season 4 of "Empire" is scheduled to premiere 7 p.m. Sept. 27.

HBO Picks Up ‘All Def Comedy’ To Series With Tony Rock As Host
‘All Def Comedy’ Returns To HBO In December
HBO has placed a half-season order for Russell Simmons‘ “All Def Comedy” stand-up series.
The six-episode season will kick off in December as part of Uncle Rush’s overall first look deal with the network.
Via Deadline:The shows will be taped October 10-11 at the Avalon Theatre in Los Angeles and hosted by Tony Rock. Like Simmons and HBO’s original Def Comedy Jam, the series will feature stand-up performances spotlighting up-and-coming comics discovered at All Def Digital’s live weekly comedy showcase and online video platform.
All Def Comedy also will be available on HBO Now, HBO Go, HBO On Demand and affiliate portals. Simmons and Stan Lathan are producing with Chris Conti and Jeru Tillman. Lathan is directing.
“I have witnessed firsthand how the most cutting-edge, seemingly alternative comics become the driving forces in mainstream comedy,” Simmons said. “I’m thankful to HBO for allowing me to give these new voices access to mainstream audiences everywhere.”
“All Def Comedy” host, Tony Rock, is extremely excited about the series order.
He took to his Instagram page and wrote:
I used to watch Def Comedy Jam in amazement at how live the audience was and how funny the comics were. It looked like so much fun, I just wanted to be in the audience for a taping. The Most High did me one better and blessed me to not only be in the audience but to be the host of one of the dopest comedy showcases in the world. I really enjoyed the special in November. So, I will definitely be tuned in this December.

Popular social media personality Joanne The Scammer has landed her very own series on Netflix.
During a recent interview on Janet Mock‘s “Never Before” podcast, Branden Miller, who created and stars as the popular character, gave the scoop on the forthcoming series.
I’m writing a Netflix show for her – well, actually I’m not writing it, someone from Netflix is writing it. He’s a really great writer.
And that’s what I’m focusing on. My plan is to do that and to do whatever else. The sky is the limit.
