He was found NOT GUIILTY in the murders of Daniel de Abreu and Safir Furtado-but he was convicted of a gun charge.
About six weeks after those murders Hernandez had signed a $40 Million dollar contract with the Patriots. He was cut from the team shortly after he was arrested in Lloyd's murder Jun 2013. Hernandez grew up in Bristol Connecticuit and played for the Patriots 2010 to 2012. The Patriots are scheduled to visit the White House on Wednesday.

corrections officers at the Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center in Shirley,
Mass., about 3:05 a.m. Wednesday, corrections officials said.
