Zoe Saldana Shines on July 2015 Cover of InStyle Magazine

Her life has undergone a massive overhaul over the past year, and Zoe Saldana is thrilled to be a wife and mother of twin boys!

The “Avatar” actress is featured on the front of InStyle magazine’s July 2015 edition and she tells the publication that she feels better than ever. "I don't want to get back to where I used to be. I want to feel healthy, and not just fit into the old jeans I used to wear. I'm a woman now. My body has changed forever. It's softer...and stronger."

Additionally, Zoe gushes, being married to husband Marco Perego has helped her open up a bit- "Since I've been with Marco, I've been lowering my guard. Finally when we had our boys I looked at my husband and I realized: I was meant for you and you were meant for me. I've always felt comfortable around men as long as they were friends. Now I finally feel comfortable with my lover. I don't want to be separate. I want my church. I want to live inside the religion of our own little family." Saldana adds, "It's not like I've had issues with men; I've always just been independent to a fault. I've always believed it's my birthright to behave as an equal on this earth and to be entitled to everything and anything. That said, I've had my experiences of heartbreak when it comes to choosing partners who wanted to be equals but didn't have the ability to actually reciprocate the respect."

B.B. King Estate Heads To Court Days After His Funeral

Just days after blues legend B.B. King was laid to rest near his birthplace in the Mississippi Delta, a battle over his estate is moving from the headlines to the courthouse in Las Vegas.

Attorneys for King’s designated executor, LaVerne Toney, have filed documents in a Nevada court to fend off allegations that King family members were kept away in his dying days, that he was mistreated medically and that his money was siphoned off before he died May 14 at his Las Vegas home at age 89.

“We’re asking the probate commissioner to approve (Toney) as executor and personal representative of the estate,” attorney Brent Bryson said Monday.

“The spurious and unjustified allegations made against Ms. Toney by Patty King, Karen Williams and Larissa Drohobyczer will be dealt with at a later time,” he added.

Among King’s 11 surviving adult children, Williams and Patty King have been most outspoken about the music icon’s care in his final days. Through their attorney, Drohobyczer, they accused Toney and B.B. King’s personal assistant, Myron Johnson, of poisoning him to hasten his death.

Toney and Johnson denied the claims, and Bryson dismissed them as ridiculous, defamatory and libelous.

But the allegation prompted an autopsy by the Clark County coroner the day after a King memorial at a Las Vegas funeral chapel. Results of toxicology tests are expected in several weeks. Police said there was no active homicide investigation.

King was buried May 30 at the B.B. King Museum and Delta Interpretive Center in Indianola, Mississippi.

Toney, who managed King’s road show business for 39 years and had power-of-attorney over his personal affairs, is the executor named in his will. She declined on Monday to comment. A King daughter, Riletta Mitchell, was second in line, but she died last September

Bryson said Monday the value of King’s estate was being tallied, but wasn’t expected to amount to the tens of millions of dollars suggested during Williams’ failed court bid to wrest guardianship from Toney a month ago.

One court document filed April 29 said one King bank account was believed to have had $5 million in May 2014, and his home was valued at $330,000. It said family members were unable to obtain updated figures or determine the value of King’s road show business or the rights and royalties from his music.

Drohobyczer has said she represents at least five of King’s children who refer to themselves as a family board. She said Monday she’ll file papers this week challenging Toney as executor, and didn’t want to comment before documents are filed.

Three daughters — Williams and Patty King, both of North Las Vegas, and Barbara King Winfree of Houston — declined to comment Monday about the upcoming probate hearing. They’ve said previously that they want Toney out of the picture.

“We are the King family,” Patty King said. “We are fighting for the King estate.”

Son Willie King of Chicago didn’t immediately respond to messages.

Daughter Rita Washington, the fifth family board member, denied the fight to remove Toney is about money. She accused Toney of misleading family members about King’s finances and blocking them from visiting when King was dying.

“Dad died by himself,” Washington said. “If it was his wish not to let us see him in that condition, she still could have allowed us to visit him.”

In documents filed late Friday, Bryson provided an affidavit from one granddaughter who visited King the day before he died, and sworn testimonials from three doctors saying King was properly cared-for before he died in his sleep.

“Mr. King was able to smile, eat, laugh and watch westerns on television up until the time he fell asleep on May 13, 2015,” the court document said. It noted he never awoke.

King’s personal physician, Dr. Darin Brimhall, said drops that King’s daughters said they saw being administered to King in recent months were atropine, a drug commonly administered to people in hospice care to prevent respiratory congestion and difficulty swallowing.

Rihanna‘s little cousin Majesty just turned one, and Ri celebrated the occasion by treating her to a Flintstones themed party.

The Bajan singer dressed up as Pebbles from the modern Stone Age family; rockin’ an animal print dress and sandy red hair. The entire party was a scene from Bedrock, and adorable little Majesty was dressed in animal print as well (her little bloomers featured a bone at the side).

Her bestie Melissa Forde posted a video of Rihanna and her assistant Jennifer Rosales; coining the two as Ratchet Wilma and Thotty Pebbles. Majesty’s mom Noella was spotted, along with Rihanna’s brother Rajad.

Butt wait there’s more (pun intended). The potential to pull in six figures is on the table if KR is open to a little “BEHIND-the scenes” fun, if you know what we mean.

Lester Holt Is Probably Replacing Brian Williams for Good

Sources say its still unclear if BriWi will remain at NBC.

A week after reports claimed that NBC is trying to find a new role for Brian Williams, anonymous sources continued their effort to gently inform America that BriWi will never sit at the NBC Nightly News desk again.

Williams's suspension over his exaggerations and/or lies is up in August, and it's still unclear whether he'll be let go or relegated to some Ann Curry–esque anchor purgatory. Lester Holt has maintained the show's ratings in Williams's absence, and CNN Money reports its "exceedingly unlikely" that the network will name anyone else permanent anchor. Holt should probably start brushing up on his news slow-jamming skills ... or just focus on reading the news.

Teresa Giudice Hands Over Maserati, Bravo Paycheck And Other Belongings To Pay Her Restitution!

Teresa Giudice is broker than a joke and while she’s in prison she’s not able to earn any money. So what’s a Real Housewives Of New Jersey star to do? Give the feds her worldly possessions!

Teresa relinquished her 2005 Maserati (why she still had that when she was $13 million in debt is a complete mystery!) along with a portion of her RHONJ paychecks to satisfy her restitution debts to the feds.

On Friday, federal prosecutors obtained the rights to seize the Giudice’s property or cash in order to satisfy their outstanding restitution debts. Teresa owes the federal government $414,588 as part of her sentence for mortgage and bankruptcy fraud.

Teresa handed over $200,000 before heading to the slammer (reportedly fronted by Bravo in exchange for her WWHL tell-all), but the bulk of the balance remains unpaid. The feds are entitled to get their money no matter what – which required Teresa and Joe Giudice to make a deal allowing prosecutors to have as many of their assets as the feds deemed worthy. Starting with Joe’s Maserati Quattroporte.

According to NJ.com, part of the the arrangement Teresa and Joe made stipulates federal prosecutors will sell off furniture from their mansion, which is currently on the market for $2.99 million, as it has lapsed, once again, into foreclosure. The Giudices must also with hand over 50% of the income they receive from their Lincoln Park, NJ rental property (also for sale). Their Jersey Shore home was auctioned off this spring. I’m thinking that furniture is worth less than $0, or about as much as Teresa’s polyester tiger and leopard-print wardrobe. So, basically YARDSALE AT THE GIUDICES!!

In addition Teresa is shelling out a portion of her Bravo earnings – to be exact, Bravo will withhold “25 percent of any monies held on behalf of, or payable to Teresa Giudice, and pay the sum to the plaintiff.”

Now I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I’m thinking this confirms suspicions that Teresa WILL be returning to RHONJ upon her release from prison. Teresa’s attorney has said she is already in negotiations with the network to film the 7th season following her release and other sources have leaked that Teresa filmed before she left for prison, and the network has been conducting top secret filming of Joe and kids, which will spiral into a Giudice family spinoff once Teresa is released.

According to her attorney Teresa will be released to home arrest around Christmas-time of this year, although her sentence officially ends in February 2016. When Teresa returns home Joe will begin serving a 41-month sentence, although he has not been granted a prison assignment yet. The Giudices still have not satisfied their bankruptcy debt of $13 million after their bankruptcy discharge was denied. They have since filed a suit against their bankruptcy attorneys and probably plan to re-file.
