Charlie Brown Crushes On New Girl In Adorable 'Peanuts' Trailer
Up until now, only small teasers had been released for the upcoming Charlie Brown movie, making us wonder what the CGI-animated flick would really be about. (Good grief!) But today, we now have a full-length trailer of The Peanuts Movie that lays out the plot of film—and it's pretty adorable.
Charlie Brown optimistically tries to make the transformation from loser to winner when a new girl moves into town—the little red-haired girl. She's been a regular in Charlie Brown's world throughout the late Charles M. Schulz's comic series as the object of his affection. In this trailer we get a peek at her red hair, and Charlie Brown pining for her.
"I just hope this new kid's never heard of me," Charlie Brown narrates in the clip. "It's not often you get the opportunity to start over with a clean slate. This time, things will be different!"
Snoopy's by Charlie Brown's side, getting in crazy hijinks to help his buddy get the girl of his dreams. Lucy, of course, dispenses some advice (and calls Charlie Brown a "blockhead"). And the rest of the gang is all there, including Peppermint Patty, Pigpen, Linus, Sally and Shroeder.
The film's staying in the family, too. The script is written by Schulz's son Craig Schulz, grandson Bryan Schulz and co-writer Cornelius Uliano. Craig Schulz told Washington Post in an interview that they were very careful in choosing which Hollywood folks to work with for this movie. "If we’re going to do this project, it has to be under Schulz control — this is a Schulz film," Craig Schulz said. "No one is going to grab and run with it. We need to have absolute quality control and keep it under Dad’s legacy. … You can’t bring people in from the outside and expect them to understand 'Peanuts.'"

The film's producer, Paul Feig (Bridesmaids, Spy) also assured fans that the beloved characters wouldn't change much. In an interview with Collider, Feig said:
It’s very sweet. It’s totally a G-rated movie, because you can’t get edgy with Charlie Brown. That was the Schulz family’s fear, that me and Fox everybody were gonna come in and hip it up and cast Justin Bieber as Charlie Brown and have it like Space Jam or something. All of us were like, 'No.' We cast kids that sound exactly like the kids you remember from the specials. It’s very pure of heart.

Here's a few things we learned from her cover story.
On flexing her hair stylist skills to make money in college
"I come from a family of hard workers," says the actress. During college, she did hair in her apartment between classes, charging $20 a head. "Oh, yeah, I knew how to hustle and make money. We used to do wet sets.... I bought a hooded dryer, and I had my box of rollers," says Henson, who also taught herself to do nails. "I could have gone to jail; I had no license whatsoever. But it was just my friends. They were like, 'Girl, hook me up.'" Occasionally, Henson still does her own nails. "If I get bored, I'll put a full set on," she says.
On co-star Terrence Howard's legal drama with his ex-wives
"Let's pop the trunk to your life and see what's dysfunctional and what's bad.... At the end of the day, we're all human and we got flaws and we got shit."
On sharing her struggle to "make it"
"I've had so many false starts," says Henson. But as she puts it, "If it's easy, what story are you going to tell? Nobody wants to hear about how easy it was. That doesn't inspire anyone."
On people still believing she and her co-stars had something going on (People still think she and Tyrese were dating during Baby Boy)
"You have to stay professional. It is a business," she says. "I'm not letting no knucklehead dude come between my hard work and my money."
On why she never dates her co-stars
"I always wanted to be known for my work. Not who I dated. Not who I slept with.... I have a gift, and my gift is acting," Henson says. "I started in the business at 26 with a kid, so I was smart enough to know reality from fantasy. I didn't want to blur the lines. This is a job that I have to do. I cannot get caught up in it. And if I sleep with these guys, why would they want to work with me again?" Why wouldn't they? "The conquest is up," she elaborates. "Now I'm just used-up..." she mouths the last word, which, let's just say, starts with a p.

Bobbi Kristina IS NOT going home to DIE!
As rumors spread that Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown, who has been unresponsive in hospital for four months, is being taken home to die, her aunt Leolah Brown tried to set the story straight with an extremely long Facebook post on Tuesday.
Leolah Brown focused most of the post on the 22-year-old's joint legal guardian, Pat Houston, who she claims told Bobby Brown that it was ‘costing too much money’ to keep Bobbi Kristina alive.
She told her Facebook followers to ‘please ignore any of these LIES coming from the media’, adding that Bobbi Kristina ‘IS “NOT” ON LIFE SUPPORT ANYMORE’ and is improving every day.
Pat Houston, the wife of Whitney's brother Gary, and Bobbi's dad, Bobby Brown, have joint legal guardianship of the young woman.
Leolah Brown said that the family will not give up on Bobbi Kristina, who has been in hospital since she was found unconscious in a bath on January 31.
She wrote in the Facebook post: ‘Please be sure and know that, ONLY my brother Bobby Brown and my brother Tommy Brown who is Bobbi Kristina's father and uncle, has gotten Bobbi Kristina the best care possible and that she is indeed continuing to improve in-spite of the LIES being told.’
She continued: ‘Ms. So-called Pat Houston, Real name: "Marion Patricia Watson Garland", wanted so badly and had the nerve to sarcastically say to my brother Bobby, "why don't he just pull the plug on Bobbi Kriss, because it's costing too much money to keep her alive!"
‘YES, Pat Garland did have that nerve to say that to Bobbi Kristina's father Bobby. It was her, Pat Garland, the one & only who had the big balls of such an idea!
‘Therefore, I am not surprised at what the media has said. It is evident & obvious that SOMEONE just does not want to see my niece LIVE.’
An insider told Radar Online last week that Bobbi Kristina was going home: 'They are planning to keep her in Georgia and possibly bring her back to the townhouse.
'That was her home and her mum's home. If they can bring her back it would be great.
'If she's alive, then let her be home and surrounded by beautiful photos of her mum. It's as good as it gets in such a bad situation.'
However, it's thought that her father Bobby Brown doesn't want to take her home, away from the safety of life support.
Sources close to the musician insisted just two weeks ago that he would 'never' disconnect his daughter from the machines keeping her alive.
'Don't believe any reports that Bobby is going to take her off life support,' an unnamed 'Brown family source' told People magazine on May 28. 'He's never going to do that.'
'I don't think he'll ever go there; if there's a 2 percent chance, a 1 percent chance, a 0.1 percent chance, he will keep hope alive.'
Further into her post about Bobbi Kristina's condition, Leolah Brown wrote about family relationships between Pat and Whitney Houston’s family.
She wrote: ‘Bobbi Kristina HATES Pat for what Pat has done to her and her mother...just like the rest of us WHO TRULY LOVED WHITNEY.
‘If anyone could turn in their grave it would be Whitney Houston! Pat has NO RIGHT WHATSOEVER to be anywhere near my niece's Estate!

Madonna’s ‘Bitch I’m Madonna’ Video has been released!
Madonna just released her music video for “Bitch I’m Madonna”, which stars an awesome line-up of girl power – and a few other surprises guy surprises!
The 56-year-old singer called on Nicki Minaj, who’s featured on the track, as well as Beyonce, Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, Rita Ora, and SURPRISE – Kanye West, Chris Rock, designer Alexander Wang, Jon Kortajarena, and Madonna‘s own sons Rocco and David Banda! One of the scenes even takes place at the Boom Boom Room, which is located at the top floor of the Standard Hotel in New York City. Diplo, who co-wrote and co-produced the track, also stars in the vid!

Michael Sam Leaves Montreal Alouettes Training Camp, Placed on Team’s Suspended List
Michael Sam is looking less and less likely to play football for any league.
The openly gay player had recently been signed by the Montreal Alouettes (Canadian Football League) but left camp over the weekend citing personal reasons.
Alouettes General Manager Jim Popp was “surprised” by Michael’s decision to leave and admitted to having no idea why that decision was made.
“There’s nothing to tell you. He wanted to go home, and that’s what he did. I don’t know why. When a guy wants to go home, they go home. He had some personal things to take care of. I wouldn’t be surprised if he returns. I’m surprised he left. I was very surprised. If he doesn’t come back, I would think football’s over for him. He’s the one that has to face that. But I don’t think he doesn’t want to play football. That’s why he came here.”
Rumors are circulating that Michael left because he knew he wasn’t good enough to play, but that’s neither here nor there.
Michael has since been placed on the Alouettes’ suspended list.
Book Says Allen Iverson May Not Be Able To Collect His Entire $32 Million Reebok Trust Fund
Ok, by now it should be common knowledge that Allen Iverson isn't broke and that he has a trust fund that will be released to him, in full, when he turns 55. According to the book that said Iverson was drunk during his "Practice" speech, however, the former NBA star may not be able to collect it all. Thanks in part to his divorce.
Via Complex; For those who aren't familiar with the trust fund Reebok set up for A.I. back when he first signed with them, it calls for the former NBA superstar to collect about $32 million when he turns 55. However, in his book, Babb claims that, back in 2010 when A.I. and Tawanna first started the divorce process, A.I. was so desperate to win Tawanna back that he signed a postnuptial agreement that called for him to lose the entire Reebok trust if he violated a number of items. Those items included:
Can not cheat or have children outside of marriage.
No physical or verbal abuse.
Must attend marriage counseling.
Must speak to therapist about drinking and gambling problems.
Can never gamble again.
Must be home by midnight.
Must discuss any purchases over $5K.
Babb also claims that A.I. didn't live up to at least one of those items and that, in turn, Tawanna moved ahead with the divorce and finalized it in 2013—taking the entire trust fund with her. For some reason, she did eventually agree to give A.I. half of the Reebok trust back in the divorce, but she kept the other half for herself. It was reportedly a nice gesture on her part, but it's also worth noting that A.I. didn't have to agree to the postnuptial agreement in the first place. So he stands to lose out on a lot of money in 15 years for, well, being a bad husband.
Now here's the good news. Iverson has hinted on a new few occasions that he and Tawanna are back together and working things out. He doesn't refer to her as his wife, they're still divorced, but they seem to be a couple of sorts. If he can keep this going for another 15 years he may have a shot at seeing all of his money.
In the meantime, Allen Iverson has also inked a deal with Stance Socks, which should keep his pockets lined up for a while also.
Pay Up: Tyga Allegedly Owes “Make It Nasty” Video Model $25000 Balance On Settlement
A while back, video model, Allison Brown sued Tyga for sexual assault and apparently he still owes her a large lump sum from their out of court settlement.
The 2011 music video shoot for Tyga’s song “Make It Nasty” was the scene of the alleged incident where Allison claims she was given a lot of alcohol and was forced to appear topless on camera, and dry humped by a stranger. The video really is extremely explicit.

The Celebs Hit The Carpet At amfAR’s Inspiration Gala In NYC
amfAR held it’s sixth annual Inspiration Gala at Spring Studio in NYC to celebrate men's fashion while raising funds for AIDS research. And supermodel Tyson Beckford brought his handsomeness to the carpet.
The Chocolate City star will be appearing in a new flick titled Supermodel, which premiered over the weekend at ABFF, about a young girl from Brooklyn trying to get her foot into the fashion industry.
The fashion flick was written and produced by Datari Turner (who also stars in the film) and directed by Shawn Baker. The remaining cast, include Sessilee Lopez, Tatyana Ali, Fat Joe, Angela Simmons, Toccara Jones, Nichole Galicia, Marc John Jefferies, Adam Senn, Melissa De Sousa, Cassandra Freeman, and Roger Guenveur Smith.
