Adele Dresses in Drag to Celebrate Her Birthday
British chanteuse Adele dressed in drag for her 27th birthday. The full-figured singer who was born in Tottenham, London, England turned 27 on Tuesday.
To celebrate her born day, Adele enlisted the aide of her makeup artist and stylist to transform her into openly gay British singing legend George Michael — complete with full beard and mustache!
Michael cemented his legacy as one half of the British pop duo Wham! Michael twirled out of the closet in 2009 after multiple embarrassing arrests for cruising public restrooms in search of random sex with strangers.

Adele probably always fantasized about dressing in drag as a man for at least one night
In a Twitter post on Wednesday Adele thanked her followers for their birthday wishes, and she called Michael her hero.
BEAUTIFUL!

Kanye West Changes Upcoming Album Title To ‘SWISH’
Kanye West has changed the name of his upcoming seventh studio album from So Help Me God, to SWISH. Just as he did before when he initially announced the title, he took to Twitter with the update, writing: “I’m changing my album name to SWISH.”
He also added that although that’s what he’s going with now, there’s a possibility that he may still have a change of heart: “I might change it again but that’s the name now,” he added.

During an interview with The Breakfast Club he said that unlike his last album, which was a protest to music, this one will embrace the music, joy. “Being of service to the people. I just hope people like it and enjoy it.”

LeBron James Caught Creeping On Instagram?
The Cleveland Cavaliers NBA team is reeling from the loss of Kevin Love, who injured his shoulder during round 1 of the NBA playoffs. The Cavs dropped game 1 in the Eastern Conf. Semifinals to the Chicago bulls at home on Monday.
But there’s an even bigger story brewing than the Bulls’ potential sweep of the Cavs.

Cavs superstar LeBron James, a happily married father of three, was caught creeping on the ‘gram.

Every year during the NBA playoffs, LeBron announces he’s going “Zero dark thirty-23″, a blackout of sorts during which he unplugs from the Internet and turns off his cell phone — supposedly so he won’t be distracted from the task at hand: winning another NBA championship ring.

LeBron, 30, is so anally-retentive that he refuses to turn on his cell phone even to call close friend Chris Paul and congratulate him on advancing to the 2nd round of the playoffs.

LeBron reportedly borrowed his wife Savannah James‘s cell phone to make that call.
“I called him from my wife’s phone. He answered the phone, he was like ‘what’s up?’ I told him don’t say nothing, you’re not allowed to reply, you’re not allowed to say anything,” James said. “I told him how amazing he was and how great he was and I hung up on him, I haven’t spoken to him since, it’s the truth.”

But, like most married men, LeBron apparently has a secret phone — one that is exempt from his Zero Dark 23 rule.
Stiletto Jill writes:
Busted Coverage caught King James creeping on the gram, liking a photo on an account titled “perfect booties” this afternoon. Of course he’s since took his like back, but screen shots last forever… Maybe he needed a pick me up after losing to the Bulls at home Monday night.

Melissa Rivers Call Joan Rivers Death ‘100 Percent Preventable’
Melissa Rivers is still reeling from the death of her mother, Joan Rivers. Joan died while getting her vocal chords operated on, in what was supposed to be a fairly standard procedure at a normal clinic. However, there was a series of major mistakes that the doctors made at the clinic, which unfortunately led to Joan Rivers’ untimely demise.

Melissa has already sued the clinic and the attending physicians, and she recently spoke to the Today show about how Joan’s death was ‘100 percent preventable‘.
She explained, “Yes, it was a tragic accident. If something happens, and everyone does everything properly, things happen … You live with it. When it’s error after error, after error, after error, after behaviors that you cannot even begin to get your head around — you get mad.”

The lawsuit that Melissa filed in January alleges that all the attending doctors were taking selfies and making jokes while her mother was dying on the table in front of them – and she based on this on pretty solid evidence, especially as those selfies were documented on phones and social media. However, Melissa wasn’t actually present during the surgery and as such, couldn’t really ‘prove’ anything – and hence, it’s unlikely that she’ll win the lawsuit.

However, she’s certainly making it her #1 mission to make sure that everybody knows about this. She’s spoken about the accountability factor in her mother’s death before, and she has also stated that the doctors attending to Joan Rivers deserve to pay the price for causing her mother’s death. And from everything we’ve heard so far, it seems like she’s right. However, she really has no way to guarantee that justice is served, apart from giving as many interviews as possible and hoping that the clinic’s reputation is irreversibly damaged.

What do you guys think?

LeSean McCoy Talks Love for Philly, Chip Kelly Getting Rid Of The "Good Black Players," And His Future With The Bills
Buffalo Bills' LeSean “Shady” McCoy sat down with ESPN, discussing his feelings towards his former Eagles team and his future with the Bills. After spending his entire career thus far in Philadelphia, McCoy is coming to terms with being traded to Buffalo without warning and seemingly to him without reason.

McCoy admitted that at first he didn't want to be a Bill, mentioning that it was different with him not being able to see his son whenever he wanted and his family and friends not all being so close. "To be honest, I didn't want to come. I was so angry at first. You take a guy who's made his whole name and career in Philadelphia and move him," McCoy, who was marked the league’s 3rd leading rusher and Eagles’ all-time leading rusher, stated to ESPN. He was also asked about Eagles Head Coach Chip Kelly. "The relationship was never really great," McCoy stated. "I feel like I always respected him as a coach...that's the way he runs his team. He wants full control. You see how fast he got rid of all the good players. Especially all the good black players. He got rid of them the fastest. That's the truth. There's a reason. ... It's hard to explain with him. But there's a reason he got rid of all the black players-the good ones-like that." McCoy went on to tell ESPN that there were indeed other players who felt the same, even acknowledging the fact that Stephen A. Smith mentioned the same accusation before. McCoy told ESPN that he had no hatred toward Kelly and recalled his early experiences with him, stating "When he got [to Philadelphia], I didn't know what to expect. When he let DeSean go last year, I was like: "C'mon. DeSean Jackson?" So it is what it is.” When asked about the similarities between his new head Coach Rex Ryan and Kelly, McCoy simply told ESPN, that there were none.
McCoy went on to discuss his future with the Bills, stating that there are many talented players in Buffalo and that he feels that things will change. He talked about his new found like for his new home, stating how nice the people of the city were to him. As for Eagles fans, who still have love for their prized running back, Mccoy talked about the love he has for them and his excitement to return to the city with the Bills this season.

Witness To Michael Brown Shooting Sues City Of Ferguson, Darren Wilson
Dorian Johnson, a friend of Michael Brown Jr.’s who was also with him the day he was fatally shot by a Ferguson, Mo. police officer, has filed a lawsuit against the city and Darren Wilson, NBC reports.
Johnson, a witness to the shooting, alleges that he was wrongly stopped and shot at on Aug. 9, 2014. The lawsuit claims Wilson targeted Johnson without probable cause, firing upon him and Brown as they ran away.
Brown was killed in the encounter. In documents released after a grand jury elected not to indict Wilson, the officer claimed Brown charged at him, prompting him to fear for his life.

From NBC: “Officer Wilson acted with either deliberate indifference and/or reckless disregard toward” Johnson, the lawsuit says.

The suit also cited many of the Department of Justice findings, arguing that the city and former Police Chief Thomas Jackson “facilitated, encouraged and/or instigated” biased police behavior, including the “excessive force” used against Brown and Johnson.
According to the site, a Ferguson spokesman would not comment on the lawsuit, which seeks $25,000 in damages.

In addition to Johnson’s lawsuit, Brown’s parents also plan to file a wrongful-death lawsuit against the city.

‘Empire’ Does Strong Business Overseas, Challenging Long Held Belief About Black Shows
It’s no secret that films and television shows with predominantly Black casts have a rough time being acquired overseas, because the decision makers don’t believe viewers will tune in.
In January, “Empire” star Taraji P. Henson said the explosion of on-screen diversity in the U.S. and overseas will always come down to the dollar sign.
Below, The Hollywood Reporter details how the success of “Empire” in the States caused international networks to think twice about acquiring the series, as well as other successful American shows with predominantly black casts that were initially overlooked:

The Cosby Show was the first — and last — television series starring an African-American cast to become a worldwide hit. But the U.S. success of shows like Fox’s Empire, ABC’s Black-ish andHow to Get Away With Murder, and, in the pay TV sphere, Starz’ Power and Survivor’s Remorse, is beginning to attract the attention of international broadcasters and is opening up the global market for more diverse primetime programming.
Succeeding on the global market is the last glass ceiling. Despite diverse casts on international ratings juggernauts like CSI: Miami, Grey’s Anatomy and NCIS, no series in the past 30 years with an African-American lead — much less an entirely black cast — has become a worldwide hit.
A Fox executive that first pitched Empire to global networks says if the show had had an all-white cast “it would have sold out immediately.” Starz executive vp worldwide distribution Gene Georgeadmits selling Power and Survivor’s Remorse — the latter a half-hour comedy about a basketball star from the ghetto made good — has been a struggle.

“It’s been hard to get [international broadcasters] to think outside the box,” he admits.
But then the shows hit the U.S. airwaves and everything changed. Empire’s phenomenal ratings — viewership increased week-over-week, every week, closing with a season high of nearly 17 million total viewers — convinced buyers to take another look.

“When it started to air — every week it grew and grew — many important clients of ours have contacted us to rethink what they were doing,” Marion Edwards, 20th Century Fox Television Distribution’s president of international TV, told THR in March.
Empire is now sold out in virtually every major territory worldwide. Big terrestrial broadcasters like Germany’s ProSiebenSat.1, Network Ten in Australia and France’s M6 — networks with market positions similar to Fox’s in the U.S. — have acquired the series. In the U.K., where U.S. shows of any kind have a hard time getting on major networks, it went to E4, Channel 4’s smaller digital pay TV outlet. Fox International Channels, which is a smaller pay TV player in most foreign territories, has picked up the show for multiple global markets including Italy, Poland, the Netherlands and South Africa.

Empire has even conquered Asia, a notoriously difficult market for U.S. shows, with deals for such key territories as China, Japan, Korea and Hong Kong.
ABC has had similar success with How to Get Away With Murder and Black-ish. Even Starz’s more cutting-edge fare has found plenty of global buyers. Power, a crime drama about a drug dealer trying to go straight, which Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson executive produced, has sold to some 115 territories, including a recent deal with Sony Picture Television’s pay TV outlet AXN in Germany. Deals with several major territories, including France, the U.K. and Australia, are pending.Survivor’s Remorse has closed deals across Africa and the Middle East as well as Canada and Scandinavia, helped by Starz’s second-season renewal of the comedy starring Jessie T. Usher.

“I think nothing succeeds like success, nothing breeds imitation like success,” says Greg Drebin, senior vp worldwide marketing at 20th Century Fox Television Distribution, which is sellingEmpire worldwide. “The success of these shows [in the U.S.] has meant international networks are more open to them.”

Common Responds To Kean University BAN on him speaking at the Commencement Ceremony!
Grammy Award winner Common is speaking out after Kean University announced him as this year’s commencement speaker and then abruptly having a change of heart. The Oscar winner was set to deliver a speech at the May 21st ceremony, but New Jersey State Troopers weren’t having it. They are all up in arms over Common’s 2000 track “A Song for Assata,” a track about Assata Shakur, who was convicted in 1977 of killing Trooper Werner Foerster in 1973. Assata eventually escaped from prison and has been living in Cuba as a fugitive.

The “Glory” rapper trekked it back to his hometown and chopped it up with Chicago's WGCI 107.5 radio Kendra G after he delivered his commencement speech at the City Colleges of Chicago graduation (above) over the weekend. Kean University may have changed their mind, but it’s clear he has the support of the place he calls home.

When asked how he felt about New Jersey State Troopers protesting his speech at Kean University he said:
“I was disappointed I couldn’t speak for the students because they were expressing their wants to have me come out and speak. I also recognize that things that I stand for and believe in, if someone doesn’t want me there for that reason then I’m not going to go. If someone is saying we don’t want you hear because I supported Assata Shakur, who is someone who I believe to be an innocent. Who was a Freedom Fighter. A woman who was apart of the Blank Panthers. Because I did a song about her, if they don’t want me to speak at a college because of that reason, then I mean, I still support her.”

Nice.

Adam Levine Gets Flour-Bombed Outside Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Oh no! Adam did not get a little sweetness from a fan who flour-bombed him while he was leaving ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ on May 6. The Maroon 5 singer did NOT look happy about the random fan attack!

Poor Adam. Who knew signing autographs for fans could take such an awful turn?
The Voice judge crouched over after being covered in what appears to be flour. While he could have been flour-bombed on Jimmy Kimmel, that seems highly unlikely judging by the annoyed look on his face and from eyewitnesses on Twitter.
We’re eager to hear a response from Adam. Hopefully he’s able to take some advice from Taylor Swift and “shake it off!” It seems like Adam just can’t catch a break lately! The singer was recently attacked by an overenthusiastic fan on stage while he was performing during a Maroon 5 concert on April 6.

The fan came up from behind him and started hugging him. While he was initially shocked, he loosened up and gave her a hug right before his security escorted her off stage.

Chris Brown needs a better security system. Upon returning from a few days in Las Vegas—which included a ducking a battery charge—Breezy was greeted by a butt naked women in his bedroom, who had also damaged a couple of his whips.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … CB returned to his home in Agoura Hills, CA with his security team around 9:00 PM when he found a woman’s clothes in the foyer and “I LOVE YOU” spray painted on the kitchen counter.
