Gospel Artist Marvin Sapp & His Team DENIED SERVICE at Chicago’s Ruth Chris’ Steak House!
Sad simply sad! According to the folks over at earhustle411 famed Pastor and Gospel Artist Marvin Sapp was in town for Chicago’s Gospel Fest and afterwards Marvin and his entourage decided to go have dinner at the popular and uber expensive Ruth Chris’s Steakhouse located at 431 N. Dearborn near the Magnificent Mile in Chicago and was DENIED SERVICE because they didn’t have on the “proper” attire.
This is also according to The Official Marvin Sapp Facebook page. While in the restaurant Marvin witnessed there were many others patrons were dressed in jeans and t-shirts but Marvin and his team were still turned away.

Ruth Chris Steak House’s corporate offices are located in Florida, so this location is merely a franchise,
WOW This is DEFINITELY NOT the way to do business Ruth Chris. Since the incident several outlets have reached out to their Florida headquarters for comment and they have not commented thus far!
Note to Ruth Chris If the policy is to not serve anyone in jeans THAT MEANS – NO ONE…regardless of color!
