We're all excited about the upcoming holiday film Annie (Out December 19th) starring Quvenzhané Wallis and Jamie Foxx and the duo landed the cover of ESSENCE’s December issue. In a piece titled "Gifted & Grateful" Jamie and Quvenzhane (the face of Armani Junior) chatted with the magazine about their magical remake of the classic Annie, how much fun they had fun working together, handling show business, and how they each plan to ring in this holiday season.
When asked about his Oscar-nominated co-star, Jamie gushed about Quvenzhane,
“I don’t think we could have done this movie unless Quvenzhané came along. It’s sort of like she’s tailor-made for the role in a sense. I would challenge you to find a girl who personifies ‘Annie’ better than Quvenzhané does…
Also, we'll get to hear Quvenzhane sing. She told the mag, "Yes, that's me really singing". Adding to the holiday fun, this will be ESSENCE Magazine's first interactive cover as readers will be able to access additional media using the app, Blippar and holding their phone/mobile device up to the image of the cover. A couple of days ago, Big Sean and Ariana Grande shared their first couple selfie. The “Problem” songstress cozies up to her man while headed to a memorial for her late grandfather, in the photo posted to Instagram.
In the midst of relationship rumors, last month Ariana finally confirmed that they’re together in an interview with Telegraph Magazine.
“He is one of the most amazing men in the whole world, and that includes my grandfather and my brother, she told the publication. “I think the world of him, and he’s an amazing person. That’s kind of all there is to it.”

Jay Z Locks Down Deal To Buy Stake In Armand de Brignac
It's ANOTHER huge business move for the Carter household. And Beyonce & Jay Z have pretty much made simply being the face of a brand seem utterly basic.
They're now owning ish.
According to Bloomberg, the New York Times, and other credible outlets, a new company led by Jay Z just acquired Armand de Brignac Champagne (which Jay gave the moniker Ace of Spades).
Former owner Sovereign Brands said in a statement to outlets today:
“We are proud to announce that Sovereign Brands, a New York-based wine and spirits company owned by the Berish family, has sold its interest in the Armand de Brignac (‘Ace of Spades’) Champagne brand to a new company led by the globally renowned Shawn ‘Jay Z’ Carter,”
Yvonne Lardner, global director of brand communications for Sovereign, added in an emailed statement: “We have had a wonderful relationship with Jay Z throughout the years since he first discovered Armand de Brignac. He became interested in owning the brand and made us an offer we simply couldn’t refuse.”
Jay Z's company name and the terms of the deal (how much stake is it exactly) have not yet been revealed. But this is a big freakin' deal.

Beyonce Attends Topshop Topman Flagship Opening In NYC
Beyonce was all smiles as she attended the Topshop Topman New York City Flagship Opening Dinner at Grand Central Terminal. Just last week she announced her collaboration with Topshop to create an affordable athletic line with the brand. This is the brand’s second New York City store, located right in the heart of Rockefeller Center.
To add to Queen Bey’s smiles, she was just named the highest paid woman in music, ranking number one on Forbes Magazine‘s list. It’s no surprise that she pulled in $115 million, after having successful world tours, new albums, and clothing collaborations.
Other celebs and models were in attendance last night such as Ciara, Jourdan Dunn, Paris Hilton, and Cara Delevingne.
Beyonce opted for a simple but flawless look for last night’s event as she graced the red carpet in all Topshop attire. She wore a $130 sequined Topshop dress and $100 Topshop platform shoes.

Back in August Harlem rapper Jim Jones accused Damon Dash of ripping him off in a beverage deal gone wrong. Yesterday Jim went hard at Dame again this time exposing the former hip hop ceo for ripping off another guy and for just being broke.
The fights kicked off this time after Damon Dash made a post on Instagram talking about real Harlem niggas never fight each other.
That’s when Jim Jones reposted Damon’s original post and added his own caption calling Dame out for put a car in his employee David Chang’s name and refusing to pay the car note and then firing and physically attacking Chang after he asked for his money. Jimmy also tells Dame that he owes him $5k for cashing him out everyday like a side bish.

Marc Anthony and his model boo Shannon De Lima are engaged to be married and will be getting hitched later this month.
According to US Weekly:
Jennifer Lopez’s ex-husband popped the question back in March, and the couple are said to be planning on marrying in the Dominican Republic later this month.
Before getting back together with Shannon and asking her to marry him, the Vivir Mi Vida crooner dated Topshop owner Sir Philip Green’s 23-year-old daughter Chloe.
The couple called time on their relationship in February after one year together.
This marks the 46-year-old’s third marriage. He was wed to Miss Universe Dayanara Torres for three years and the couple have two children together, sons Cristian, 13, and 11-year-old Ryan.

Yung Berg Choked Masika Tucker After His Credit Card Got Declined
Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood star Yung Berg choked his girlfriend Masika Tucker. Now we’ve learned that the whole thing went down because Yung Berg’s credit card got declined.
According to sources close to Yung’s GF, Masika Tucker … after a booze-filled night at the “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” reunion show in NYC, Berg went to pay his bill, but the card was over the limit.
Yung stormed out, went to his hotel and Masika followed. She told him she paid the bill and schooled him for leaving her … and he reacted by grabbing her by the neck, throwing her on the bed and pulling her out of the room by her hair.
Yung then allegedly continued his assault by choking her out.
Masika is already jumping to Yung’s defense, saying it’s totally out of character for him … and she blames it all on alcohol. She so stupid!
