Ice Cube Does ASTOUNDING Magic Tricks With Elmo On "Sesame Street
Former NWA rapper/22 Jump Street actor Ice Cube caught up with his furry friend Elmo for a new episode of “Sesame Street”. And for his segment, Ice and Elmo explained the definition of the word ASTOUNDING, something surprisingly impressive or notable.

In the clip, Cube performs a few “astounding” magic tricks to help break down the meaning of the word in a fun way. He waves his magic wand to make a penny disappear, pulls a dinosaur out of his hat and THEN he turns himself into an actual ice cube. Ha!

Columbus Short: “The bench warrant is being dropped”
Former Scandal actor Columbus Short was back in the news yesterday. A bench warrant was issued for his arrest after Short missed a court hearing on felony battery charges stemming from a fight in March. But Short had a good excuse for not attending the hearing: he missed his flight from Atlanta.

In an email Short wrote, “Yes I didnt make it to court and it was a nightmare. My circumstance just is what it is. I own not making it to court but just report the facts.”
Short also included photos of his tickets to prove he missed his flight.
He continued:
“You have no idea what ive been going through. I slept in the airport last night after being bumped from the flight. Then was bumped on the morning flight. Truthfully because I was flying on a buddy pass. Thats real! None the less, when my lawyer told me I’d be taken into custody if I was late I left the airport. It’s been a really stressful week. I’m not paying $1,500 and the bench warrant is being dropped and the case is being continued once again. This is a real story and a real honest direct email. ONLY because I like you. So can we communicate before you just run with what u hear? We will have the dopest artist blogger friendship ever. But based in facts and truth not bits and pieces of facts and lies. Fair enough?”

According to People.com, Columbus pleaded not guilty in May to knocking a man unconscious and fracturing his left eye socket. He faces 4 years in prison if convicted.

San Francisco Giants are your WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONS!

One hundred times they won for each other.

They won 100 games for a manager who would just as soon bang his big head against a wall than publicly doubt them. They won 100 for a city that loves them and has come to expect the joy they have brought in this championship era.

As fate would have it, the Giants’ 100th win in 2014 made them kings of Major League Baseball once again.
They are World Series champions for the third time in five seasons after defying the odds for a road team in Game 7 and beating the Royals 3-2 in a brisk chill at Kauffman Stadium.
Michael Morse gave the Giants that lead with a fourth-inning single and the San Francisco bullpen, most notably Madison Bumgarner, pitched 7 1/3 shutout innings to deliver another parade for titletown – San Francisco.
Bumgarner pitched the final five innings, allowed two hits and survived a real scary moment with one out to go to seal not only the title, but a gilded page in baseball’s history books. He threw 21 innings in the World Series and surrendered one run.

The Giants are the first National League team since the 1942-46 St. Louis Cardinals to win the World Series three times within five seasons.
The Giants are the sixth wild card to win the Series and first since the new format forced two wild cards to play a do-or-die game to advance.
Bruce Bochy became the 10th manager with three titles. The other nine are in the Hall of Fame.
In 2010 the Giants celebrated in Texas, in 2012, aside a great lake. In 2014, they got to romp and rock in the middle of the continent.
After six relatively uninteresting games, the Series got very tense in Game 7.
Like Jake Peavy in Game 6, Tim Hudson did not finish the second inning. Manager Bruce Bochy pulled Hudson after he allowed the Royals to tie the game 2-2 after the Giants scored twice in the top of the inning.
Hudson’s 1 2/3 innings marked the shortest Game 7 start in 54 years.

Bochy needed 22 outs in relief. He got seven from Jeremy Affeldt, who pitched 11 2/3 innings this postseason and did not allow a run, then the final 15 from Bumgarner, the first 14 in a row.
Bumgarner already had surpassed what became a soft 50-pitch limit when the ninth inning began. But he made it known immediately he did not want to come out when he struck out Eric Hosmer on a high fastball. Then, Billy Butler fouled out.

The Royals were down to Alex Gordon, who floated a ball in front of center fielder Gregor Blanco. Blanco made the right play, letting the fall rather than dive for it. But the ball got by Blanco anyway to the wall, and Gordon got to third on the single and two-base error.

Santiago Casilla was warm in the bullpen, but Bochy stuck with Bumgarner, who got Salvador Perez to hit a high pop foul. The 2014 season hung in the air for what seemed like 5 minutes before Sandoval caught the ball hit by one of his best friends, fell on his back and raised his arms in triumph.

Bochy waited until the Giants had lead before he called upon Bumgarner to start the fifth. They took the 3-2 advantage on designated hitter Michael Morse’s RBI single in the fourth off Kelvin Herrera, who just replaced starter Jeremy Guthrie. Morse hit a 99-mph fastball on an 0-2 count.
Bumgarner has been an unending topic, and Hudson’s early exit might have assured Bochy a winter of second-guessing from people who thought Bumgarner should have pitched Games 1, 4 and 7, or even more radically, returned from Game 5 to pitch Wednesday on two days’ rest.

Bochy made it clear from the outset that Bumgarner would be available in relief only, but could go 40 or 50 pitches.
Royals manager Ned Yost poked the cage a bit in his news conference when he said, “Bumgarner is a great starting pitcher. We’ll see what kind of reliever he is.”
Yost soon found out. With a scoreless fifth, Bumgarner set a major-league record for innings in a single postseason at 48 2/3.

Before batting practice, Bochy seemed a bit subdued and pensive. He summarized Game 7 the best way possible when acknowledging that pretty much all of his pitchers were available at any time.
“It’s that game,” Bochy said. “We don’t get to play tomorrow.”
The Bumgarner issue took a lot of the spotlight off Hudson, who, at 39, was the oldest pitcher to start a winner-take-all World Series game. He was 15 days older than Roger Clemens was in Game 7 of the 2001 Series.
Of the three non-Bumgarner starters, Hudson was having the best postseason and threw well in Game 3 at AT&T Park after Alcides Escobar doubled on the first pitch.

On Wednesday, the Giants gave him a 2-0 second-inning lead on sacrifice flies by Morse and Brandon Crawford.
They had loaded the bases on two-strike singles by Hunter Pence and Brandon Belt after Guthrie made the first real mistake of the game and clipped Pablo Sandoval in the elbow with a pitch.
The Royals had an immediate response, tying the game 2-2 in the bottom half on an RBI double by Alex Gordon, who was 3-for-24 in the Series, and a one-out Omar Infante sacrifice fly.
Bochy promised he would not wait long before going to the bullpen and pulled Hudson after Escobar’s two-out single in the second. In Games 6 and 7, the Giants starters lasted a combined three innings.

Affeldt got Nori Aoki to hit a high chopper up the middle. Crawford made an outstanding play to catch the ball while simultenously reaching the base to force the speedy Escobar.

With Affeldt still pitching in the third, Joe Panik made a terrific diving stop on an Eric Hosmer grounder and flipped the ball with his glove to Crawford to start a double play, which was final only after the “safe” call at first was reversed on replay at Bochy’s behest.
The Giants then took the lead in the fourth and chased Guthrie.
After Sandoval’s leadoff infield single, Pence’s second single and Sandoval’s tag and dash to third on a Belt flyball, manager Ned Yost went to the hard-throwing righty setup man Herrera to face Morse.

After falling behind 0-2, Morse pushed a 99-mph fastball into right field for a single, his second RBI and a 3-2 Giants lead. Herrera limited the damage, though, preventing the Giants from getting Pence home from third

CONGRATULATIONS!

Mom beheaded by son was beloved professor
The woman who was beheaded Tuesday night at her Long Island apartment complex was a beloved professor at Farmingdale State College who was killed by her psychologically disturbed son, police sources said on Wednesday.
Patricia Ward, 66 — a 28-year veteran faculty member who taught language arts at the college — was decapitated by Derek Ward, 35, who lived with her, police sources said.
Derek Ward , who has a criminal record including gun charges, allegedly hacked her head off with a knife and kicked it across the street before throwing himself in front of a LIRR train, said Detective Lieutenant

“Mr. Ward has a psychiatric history dating back approximately 10 years. It exacerbated itself within the last year … It just seemed to be he was acting out,” Azzata said.
A knife believed to be the murder weapon was recovered at the scene, Azzata said.
Friends and co-workers mourned Ward’s death on Wednesday, calling it heartbreaking.
“We are in shock,” Patrick Calabria, vice president of institutional advancement at Farmingdale State College told The Post.
“The staff in her department is teary-eyed. We are providing counseling to the staff who need it. It’s a very sad day. A lot of people are taking it very hard,” he said.
Derek Ward’s body was found about a mile from the murder scene, cops said.
A former neighbor of the family called their relationship unusual.
“I knew something wasn’t exactly normal, but I don’t like to judge … You’d notice they were always together. I didn’t know if he lived with his mom because he was in some sort of mental state,” the neighbor said.
“I did notice that it did seem she was very protective, making sure he had certain things. I’d hear her ask ‘do you have your wallet?’ that type of thing,” the neighbor added.
He was arrested 2003 for criminal mischief and was put on probation.
In 2006, he was charged with possession of Smith and Wesson gun and 100 Valium pills and received 45 days in jail, police sources said.
Ward’s severed head and body were found on Secatogue Avenue near Eastern Parkway at around 7:55 p.m. on Tuesday, police sources said.

Rich Dollaz Arrested For Unpaid Child Support
Let’s just say Rich Dollaz isn’t haven’t the best day. The LHHNY reality star and music manager was arrested during a burger run for owing $11,000 in back child support.

TMZ reports…
Dollaz and his pals double parked outside the Edgewater, New Jersey police HQ Sunday night … so they could make a quick burger run to a nearby Five Guys. Cops went over to write Dollaz up when they ran his plates and discovered there was a warrant for his arrest.

Turns out … the 43-year-old music exec owes $11K in child support … so cops busted him burger in hand.
Dollaz was hauled off to Hudson County jail … where he’s still in custody.

We guess those reality show checks just aren’t cutting it, huh?
This isn’t the first time Dollaz has been arrested for child support. In 2013 he was arrested during an interview after his daughter’s mother, Chaundrea Nicolle, called authorities on him for much of the same.

Kris Jenner Young & Tender ‘Boyfriend’ Bragging About Wild Sex Is A Fake!
Kris Jenner has another imposter on her hands … this time a guy claiming to be the man she’s banging.
Reports TMZ:

Kris is dating a guy named Corey Gamble, so when another website snagged an interview with a dude claiming to be Corey they were all ears.
The guy then spilled some pretty juicy details about his relationship with Kris … saying they were having great sex. He also says he’s a kept man, because she gladly pays for everything. And to make things even more interesting … he says Kylie is living with Tyga.
Here’s the thing. We found out the guy is NOT Corey … he’s a phony who talks a good game. One clue … in the interview the guy says he hasn’t spoken with his mom about the relationship but thinks she’d disapprove. Corey’s mom is dead.

As for the real deal … as we reported Kris and Corey — who works as one of Justin Bieber’s road managers — are indeed dating. We’re told Kris is telling people it hasn’t gotten physical.
They’re definitely spending a lot of time together. The photo was taken as they left a Malibu sushi joint Monday night. MORE ON THESE LIES CAN BE FOUND HERE!

Jay Z, Beyonce & 50 Cent Join Jake Gyllenhall At The "Nightcrawler" Premiere
Fresh from their reported vow renewal, Beyonce and Jay Z lent some support to their friend Jake Gyllenhall at the NYC premiere of "Nightcrawler" at the AMC Loews Lincoln Square 13 theater.  In the film, Jake plays a freelancer who hopes to make it big by capturing exclusives on film and peddling it to a local TV station (in theaters Friday).

Back to Jay and Bey - the lovebirds have been spotted together on numerous occasions since their “On The Run” tour ended, including a house-hunting trip in Paris, visits to the Louvre museum, plenty of time in romping around London, and there are reports that they MAY move to Los Angeles.  It looks like they've successfully made it over whatever hurdle their marriage hit....if any.
Hit television producer/rapper 50 Cent was also at the premiere.  While 50 Cent is no longer a red hot rapper, we admire his film and television hustle.  We're eagerly anticipating the return of his "Power" series starring Omari Hardwick and Naturi Naughton. Like, twiddling our thumbs until 2015...
