ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK? Dolce & Gabbana Found Guilty of Tax Evasion
Fashion designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, founders of the world-famous fashion label Dolce & Gabbana, were sentenced in Milan today to a suspended 18-month jail term after their conviction in a long-running tax-fraud case was upheld.
Italy’s appeals court upheld a verdict issued last June against the pair, who are as famous as the stars they dress, on charges of using Luxembourg holding company Gado to avoid paying taxes on royalties of about 1 billion euros ($1.38 billion).
The sentence was reduced from 20 months because the statute of limitations applied to certain facts in the case.
A lawyer for Dolce and Gabbana, who have always denied any wrongdoing, said they would appeal the decision. “I am speechless. We are all shocked. The judgment is inexplicable and we will appeal,” Massimo Dinoia said after the judgment.
The court also upheld a stiff fine and sentenced four others — three Dolce & Gabbana managers, including Dolce’s brother Alfonso, and a tax consultant — to suspended prison terms ranging from 14 to 18 months.
“I am speechless. I am flabbergasted. We will definitely appeal,” said Massimo Dinoia, a lawyer for the designers. In Italy, rulings can be challenged twice before they are final.

It looked as if Eva Marcille and Kevin McCall were the perfect couple from the outside looking in, but we found out they had a few skeletons in their closet after Eva filed a restraining order against Kevin.
Last month, the “Top Model” made claims that Kevin kicked down doors and attempted to snatch their daughter, Marley Rae, from her arms during a heated argument. NOW… it’s being reported Eva filed for custody of their daughter and a judge granted her motion. Unfortunately for Kevin, he has been denied visitation until their next court hearing. Meaning, he won’t be able to see Marley Rae until then.
A rep for Eva spoke to TMZ saying, "It is unfortunate that life has thrown a curve Into Eva's life but as a responsible parent and adult she's taking steps to ensure the safety and well-being of their child and herself."

The-Dream WANTED By Police For Attacking His Pregnant Ex-Girlfriend
Singer-record producer The-Dream is reportedly wanted by New York Police Department following an alleged assault to his pregnant ex-girlfriend Lydia Nam.
The alleged incident took place in April 2013 at the Plaza Hotel about three months before she gave birth to their son. There is no information whether she sought medical treatment following the alleged incident or what caused the alleged actions.
It’s unclear what prompted the alleged attack and if Nam ever sought medical attention — but for some reason, she didn’t file a police report until November, which is when she described the alleged assault to police.”
The Dream is now wanted for questioning and when found, will be taken into custody.
While The Dream seems to be on the run, sources close to the producer say that the singer insists Nam is lying, is a vengeful woman and has created these false accusations as a scheme to extend her visa in the United States, as she is Canadian.
In addition to the alleged attack, The-Dream reportedly was arrested last June in Newport Beach, CA following a domestic violence case which also involved Nam. She did not want to press charge, so the DA dropped the case.

Taking one step further in his quest for world domination, Kanye West just unveiled the promotional poster for his forthcoming “Yeezus” film.
The “Love Lockdown” rapper’s latest venture was written by Brett Easton Ellis and the artwork noticeably resembles the aesthetic of Ellis’ iconic masterpiece “American Psycho.”
West dropped a trailer for the “Yeezus” project back in February, revealing that Hype Williams was serving as the movie’s director.

Columbus Short’s career has taken a spiral downward. He lost his job on the hottest show on TV ‘Scandal‘ and facing TWO criminal charges… What gives? The actor broke into and raided his estranged wife Tuere Tanee McCall’s house over the Easter weekend.
According to TMZ Tanee has filed further court documents after he entered the premises without permission, despite the fact he has a restraining order against him coming near the property.
Tanee claims the 31-year-old left her fearing for the safety of their two-year-old daughter after he broke the door of it’s hinges, ripped bed sheets and left lights on.

He said in a statement:

The announcement of his exit from the series comes amid two pending criminal cases, one accusing him of misdemeanor spousal battery and another accusing him of felony battery that seriously injured a man during an altercation at a West Hollywood restaurant in March.If convicted, Short faces up to four years in state prison.
Floyd Mayweather Posts Ex-Fiancée's Abortion Doc
World champion boxer Floyd Mayweather has the Internets buzzing for all of the wrong reasons this morning. The reason: a photo of his ex-fiancée Shantel Jackson's alleged abortion documents that he posted and has since been deleted.
Reports TMZ:
Floyd Mayweather says he broke off his engagement with Shantel Jackson because she got an ABORTION without his blessing ... this according to the boxer's social media pages.
Floyd's Facebook page AND his Instagram account each displayed an image of what appears to be ultrasound results and analysis showing at least two fetuses.
The document was accompanied by a caption that read, "The real reason me and Shantel Christine Jackson @missjackson broke up was because she got a abortion, and I'm totally against killing babies. She killed our twin babies."
Floyd and Shantel split up last year ... after Floyd had given her a $10 million diamond engagement ring. Jackson recently told us she has moved on.
We've tried to reach out to Floyd's camp -- so far, no luck.
