Louis Vuitton Will Sue Coach Over Trade Secret Theft
Uh Oh! A top level exec of Coach is in hot water. The Fashion Law reports that Joon Ma is under scrutiny for possible theft of sensitive company information and data.
Joon Ma, who served as Louis Vuitton‘s VP of Canada and Bermuda, left the company for Coach on April 4. “Prior to leaving LVNA for Coach,” Louis Vuitton charges, “Ma transferred confidential LVNA information from her LVNA laptop computer to several external storage devices, and then deleted files and emails from her LVNA computer and email account in an effort to cover her tracks.” Ma also violated the non-compete clause in her contract, which stated that she must not accept work with a competitor of Louis Vuitton for six months following her resignation. This seems all the more relevant given Coach’s new direction: high-priced, status-symbol handbags priced at up to $5,000.
Louis Vuitton is particularly perturbed by the case because Ma was part of an elite group of LV executives that were not only privy to the company’s “most sensitive strategic plans and information,” but also knew “extensive confidential and trade secrets information concerning not only LVNA’s business but also the global business of the Louis Vuitton brand as a whole.” The company is asking Ma to return the confidential information, to cease working for Coach for six months per her non-compete, and for “well over $500,000.”

She has a penchant for controversy and during her London concert last week, Miley Cyrus made an eyebrow raising joke that angered quite a few fans.
The “We Can’t Stop” singer joked with the crowd and said, "You know, everyone's a little bit gay. It's the truth. Everyone's gay, all it takes is one cocktail."
She went on to say, "And if that doesn't work, sprinkle something in their drink. That's what I always do."
In addition, Miley toted a giant inflatable penis on stage with her later in the show, stirring up even more controversial stunts.
McDonald’s Testing New French Fries
McDonald’s is looking to add some flavor to its franchise with new seasoned french fries.
McDonald’s is now testing out a new kind of French fry on its American audience: DIY Seasoned Fries called “McDonald’s Shakin’ Flavor Fries.” The new fries are being tested out in Northern California and St. Louis.
From what I can tell, you pour the fries into a bag, then add the seasoning, and shake them up. “1) Pour ‘em 2) Sprinkle ‘em 3) Close ‘em. 4) Shake ‘em 5) Love ‘em,” the bag instructs. The flavors include Garlic Parmesan, Zesty Ranch and Spicy Buffalo. Some McDonald’s menus in Asia have featured this kind of French fry for years, but they’re new to McD’s in the U.S.
Look At The New Batmobile From Batman vs. Superman
The jury is still out on the forthcoming Batman vs. Superman movie. Thanks to its director, Zack Snyder, we get a sneak peak at the new Batmobile that does offer hope for the superhero flick.
While many are still feeling a ways about Ben Affleck donning the cowl as Batman/Bruce Wayne, or Jesse Eisenberg playing Lex Luthor, Snyder set fanboys foaming at the mouth with a tweet. "Could be time to pull the tarp...Tomorrow?," was the message Snyder tweeted this afternoon (May 12) along with the image of the rear end of the Dark Knight's whip of choice. This version of the vehicle has a sleeker look more in line with the comics than the Tumbler from Christopher Nolan's trilogy of films.
Batman vs. Superman, the sequel to Man Of Steel, is due in theaters May 6, 2016.
Master P TWEETS 14-Year-Old Daughter Itali's SAFE RETURN HOME
The drama in the Miller household escalated on Sunday after Master P sent out a tweet for help to find his missing 14-year-old daughter Itali Miller.
Master P released a You Tube video in an attempt to clear his name after his wife, Sonya Miller, claimed he had abducted their children.
In the videos, he talked to each of his children about their mother’s erratic behavior and alleged drug and alcohol abuse. P asked each child individually if they would rather move in with him or stay with their mother. All of his children chose to live with him, except Itali. You’ll recall she was the one who traveled out of town with a boy (with Sonya’s alleged consent) and also was allowed to throw a party that Sonya allegedly hosted and allowed drugs.
P took to his Twitter in a plea for help to find his “missing” daughter Itali who was last seen in Calabasas, California.
He tweeted:
A little backstory.....Itali allegedly moved in with her mother and older brother Romeo after their mother made claims that P wasn't helping her financially. P claimed if their mother would just clean herself up and go back to being a good mother to their children, she could have whatever her heart desires.
Fortunately, Itali has now returned safe and sound. P tweeted a thank you to all of his fans and the Calabasas police department for finding his daughter:
Glad she's safe. Hope they can work all of this out for the sake of their nine children...
FOX Announces Fall 2014 Schedule
With summer just around the corner, FOX announced its Fall 2014 program line up.
New shows on the network's include "Utopia" and "Gracepoint," while favorites such as "New Girl" and "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" are set to return.
Fox Entertainment chairman Kevin Reilly told reporters "Our portfolio of content this year reflects the biggest investment in programming we've ever made. Fox is redefining the network experience on our air and as a 24/7/365 platform, with distinctive series, addictive event dramas and can't-miss live specials that will deliver broadcast's most youthful audience at scale."
The network will also air a live rendition of "Grease" during a three hour broadcast in 2015.

Vince Young Cut By Cleveland Browns To Make Room For Johnny Manziel
Vince Young's Cleveland Browns comeback story of eleven days has just been cut short, literally. Which is thanks to the arrival of a couple of new quarterbacks in Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel and new recruit Connor Shaw.

Quarterback Vince Young, who signed with the Cleveland Browns on May 1, has been released by the franchise following the 2014 NFL draft.
The Browns announced the decision along with a few other cuts on Twitter: The Browns have released DB Brandon Hughes, DL Brian Sanford, QB Alex Tanney, RB Fozzy Whitaker and QB Vince Young.
Young's cut comes just days after the NFL draft concluded Saturday. It appears to be just more bad news for the Texas Longhorns program, which had no players taken in the entire draft.
Cleveland's decision to cut Young is far from the first time the quarterback has experienced a short-lived tenure with an NFL club.
Following five seasons with the Tennessee Titans, Young has bounced around to the Philadelphia Eagles, Buffalo Bills, Green Bay Packers and now the Browns. The former Longhorn hasn't made an opening-day roster since 2011 with the Eagles.
Any news of being released is heartbreaking for a professional athlete but this particular cut slices beneath the surface seeing that Young filed for bankruptcy at the beginning of the year.
Analysts are optimistic that the former first round draft pick can land on another team's roster by Week 1 of the 2014 NFL season but it's pure speculation at this point.
Nipsey Hussle Attend Fatburger Grand Opening In Crenshaw
Nipsey Hussle is known for looking out for his people and now he's also stepping up to feed them.
The professional indie artist attended the ribbon cutting ceremony at the new Fatburger chain, located in his own backyard of 5817 Crenshaw Blvd in Los Angeles. Neighborhood Nip made his life mission's last year by letting the world know that Crenshaw was on the map by dropping a mixtape of the same name, that made headlines for its $100 price tag.
Fatburger bills itself as "The Last Great Hamburger Stand" and the people came out in droves, as the first 100 customers received a limited edition t-shirt designed by Hussle himself. Back in February, Nip told MTV that with "Fatburger being an iconic brand in L.A., our core values aligned. We had an idea to co-brand the Crenshaw collection from the Marathon Clothing with the Fatburger logo."

Sad News: The Body Of Missing Designer Jay Ott Has Been Found
Missing designer Jay Ott has been found dead.The emerging designer has been missing since March. As a designer for Mary Kay and Ashley Olsen’s The Row and J Mendel, his death comes as an absolute shock.
The New York Times reports:
A body pulled from the water in Brooklyn has been identified as that of an emerging fashion designer missing since March.
The body of James Ott, 31, was identified by relatives on Friday, one day after the police retrieved the remains from the water near a pier at 58th Street in Bay Ridge.
The medical examiner’s office said it was still investigating the cause and manner of death. The police said they would wait for the medical examiner’s report before completing their investigation.
Our hearts go out to Jay’s family.

After attending her big sister’s bridal shower in Beverly Hills on Saturday, Khloe Kardashian flew to Atlanta to party with her rumored boo French Montana.
French and Khloe hit up Compound nightclub in ATL where French was scheduled to perform. And when he wasn’t rocking the mic, he kept his attention on Khloe. Hmm...it looks like a different atmosphere for Khloe as she looked a bit uncomfortable, hiding behind a pair of aviator shades.
But we’re sure none of that matters since she’s around her “man” whom she won’t claim…for now.

Twitter Introduces The Mute Button
Twitter announced it is introducing a new “mute” button that allows users to silence their friends without unfollowing them.
It’s a temporary fix to avoid users who are sounding off about a TV show you haven’t seen yet, a sports team you don’t care about — or the next time Kanye West goes on an epic Twitter rant.
“In the same way you can turn on device notifications so you never miss a Tweet from your favorite users, you can now mute users you’d like to hear from less,” the social network wrote in a blog post today.
Users won’t know that you’ve muted them and they can be unmuted at any time, Twitter said. Their tweets will simply vanish from your timeline when they’re muted.
The new feature began rolling out today, and everyone will have it in “coming weeks.”
I’ve always had that option on my phone. I muted the majority of my followers indefinitely; love that feature. Guess it’s finally gonna be available on the web version.
