Serena Williams On LEARNING To LOVE Her CURVES
In the May 2014 issue of FITNESS, tennis icon Serena Williams opens up about her body image and reveals that it took her many years to learn to love and appreciate her own skin. Here are the highlights:

"I think of myself as two different people, There's the Serena Williams that everyone knows: She's crazy… She can't make a mistake... And she's angry and just not nice, to be honest. I'm only that person for three hours a day when I'm on the court. The rest of the time I'm just Serena. I'm the class clown. It's not the real me. Even for me, it's shocking to see. But in another way, it's kind of cool to know that I have everything together on the court, because I don't really have my life together personally."
On body image and insecurity:
When I was young I thought I should be built more like an athlete -long and lean- not with a womanly figure. But then people my age started coming up to me and saying, 'I love you because of the way you look.' That was really motivating. So I learned to be proud of my curves and embrace my large boobs. It's all about loving who you are and realizing that you're beautiful."
On having an healthy diet:
'It all started because I didn’t want to bring bad food into the house.
I live with my sister, Venus, who has Sjögren’s syndrome, an autoimmune disease. Before her problems I ate a lot of junk I also found out three years ago that I’m allergic to wheat, so I’m trying to eat a clean diet of natural, raw foods.' book

And Beyonce and Jay Z celebrated with chocolate cake and mimosas as they enjoyed a cosy brunch at celeb hotspot Gjelina in Venice, California on Sunday.
The couple were spotted grabbing the intimate meal together at the trendy eatery on Abbot Kinney Boulevard.
Pop diva Beyonce, 32, wore a short-sleeved blue button-up and black high-heeled booties for her date with her husband.
The Partition singer covered her permed blonde weave with a black Brooklyn baseball cap and concealed her thighs with a black patterned bomber.
She appeared to be tucking into a delicious slice of flourless chocolate cake, $8, shared between her and Jay.
Meanwhile Jay Z - born Shawn Carter - wore a matching backwards Brooklyn baseball cap, eyeball sweatshirt, and grey trousers.
The previous night Beyoncé joined her younger sister Solange onstage at Coachella for a choreographed performance of Losing You.

He starts his new gig officially next week where he will drop into the show three times a week and share his special segments. This gig will not interfere with his standing job with LIVE.

The morning cast arrive to the state between 4:30 am and 5:00 am each morning in the business it is called “Call Time”. Good Morning America starts every morning at 7:00 am. Michael Strahan will work in the morning and then leave around 8:30 am to head to LIVE which is filmed around the corner.
Now let’s get to the money, Micheal is reportedly pulling in $5 million for his new gig that is big money while Robin Williams is reportedly making $8 million.
Brandy Officially Announces Split From Fiance Ryan Press: We Decided to Take A Step Back
The singer/actress and her fiance, Ryan Press, have officially ended their engagement.
Brandy’s rep confirmed the news with US Weekly, saying:
They are no longer together. The engagement is off, but the friendship is still on. They decided to take a
step back and reevaluate the relationship. Brandy is 35 now — that’s what her whole #35 on Twitter is about, becoming her own woman. Brandy has a daughter and she still wants to be married and have more kids but she is working on so many other things right now. They haven’t ended things on a bad note and they still speak all the time.
The couple began dating in 2012 and became engaged in 2013. Earlier this year, unconfirmed rumors swirled that the couple had broken up. Publicly The Game actress had refused to address the split but was spotted no longer wearing her engagement ring. The couple also halted making public appearances together.
It would have been the first marriage for Brandy, who has a 12-year-old daughter Sy’rai with ex-boyfriend Robert Smith.

Bern Nadette Stanis talked about the path of getting to happy in relationships. She told the story behind her first book “Situations 101″. Bern Nadette published her first relationship book back in 2006, she has a financial guide under the same moniker, and is releasing a new book for Summer 2014. In addition to her books Bern Nadette has an amazing event to benefit Alzheimer’s Disease slated for 4/19/14.
Did you know that Momma Dee has a relationship guide coming this summer? Don’t worry neither did I. So I can’t wait to see and read what Momma Dee has to say about relationship. It should be a intresting read. Queen Latifah & Centric Partner to Create First TV Network Dedicated to Black Women
I love to see women make strides and do it big, African American women have finally arrived….. Centric and Queen Latifah have partnered together to create a network dedicated to black women.
According to Black America Web:
Fact: “At more than 10 million strong, and in control of 20 billion dollars in buying power, the African American woman is an increasingly powerful, yet often overlooked consumer,” said Louis Carr, BET Networks President of Broadcast and Media Sales. With this is mind, Centric, BET‘s 24-hour music and entertainment network, has formed an exciting new partnership with Queen Latifah’s Flavor Unit Entertainment. The partnership will bring the axed VH1 hit, Single Ladies and The Queen Latifah Show (which will air in primetime) to the network.
“No other network has embraced [Black women] with content designed specifically for her– until now,” Carr says. “Centric is the first network to deliver the programming that celebrates, inspires and addresses her unique perspective.” The network will also airBEING, According to Him + Her, the annual Soul Train Awards,and Centric Comedy All-Stars.
“We are thrilled to be working once again with Flavor Unit Entertainment and Queen Latifah. She does it all and we are happy to have her join us as a creative force as we continue to grow Centric into a premiere destination for African-American women. The Ultimate Warrior's Cause Of Death Revealed
His sudden death was a huge blow to fans and now a cause of death has been determined for The Ultimate Warrior.
According to the Maricopa County medical examiner's office, the 54-year-old former wrestler died of "atherosclerotic/arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease" and of natural causes. No drugs or alcohol were involved.
Just days after he was inducted into the World Wrestling Entertainment Hall of Fame, the man formerly known as James Hellwig collapsed outside his hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona.
A full autopsy report is not expected to be completed for several months. Warrior is survived by his wife and two daughters.
