According to TMZ Chris Brown is being held in solitary confinement for 23 hours a day and only allowed one shower every two days.
Chris Brown will remain behind bars until the conclusion of his Washington D.C. assault case, scheduled to begin April 23. If convicted Chris Brown could be transferred to prison for violating his probation for assaulting Rihanna in 2009.
Chris Brown‘s mother Joyce Hawkins was inconsolable in court on Mar. 17 after learning that Breezy will spend the next month in jail. Joyce didn’t hold back tears as a Los Angeles Superior Court Judge ordered her son go back to jail until April 23. You’ll recall that Chris, 24, was kicked out of an undisclosed rehabilitation center on Mar. 14 for violating facility policies. We’re told Joyce was so moved with emotion that Chris’ lawyer Mark Geragos had to give her his shoulder to lean on.
“After the judge said Chris was to be remanded into custody, she broke down,” an eyewitness inside the courtroom EXCLUSIVELY revealed. “She was in tears and Mark went over and consoled her. She was crying in his chest and I overheard him tell her ‘don’t worry, he’ll be fine. We’re taking care of things.’”
