According to a new report from RumorFix.com, Parks has separated from her husband of two years, Apollo Nida. Nida ran into serious legal issues in January, being arrested and charged for fraud and identity theft. Nida currently remains on house arrest ahead of his trial for the charges. Phaedra has also experienced a slightly fallout from her husband’s legal troubles, with the lawyer reportedly attempting to clear herself of any charges in connection to Nida’s case.
Recently, Nida appeared before the U.S. District Court in Atlanta, facing charges for bank fraud and identity theft. Nida was released on a pretrial bond of $25,000. Since his arrest, Parks’ social media feeds have been glaringly absent of any photos with her husband.
While Nida is scheduled to return to court for his federal trial on March 25, parks has been busy with a book tour for her advice guide, "Secrets of a Southern Belle." The book was released last year, and the timing of the tour has left many speculating about the state of the pair’s marriage.
