Morris Chestnut Gets SEXY For UPSCALE
"Best Man Holiday" star Morris Chestnut, who'll soon hit the big screen in Best Man Holiday (November 15), covers the latest issue of UPSCALE Magazine.  Inside, the sexy chocolatey goodness opened up about having a lasting marriage in Hollywood and dished on honesty in relationships. Here are the highlights:

On letting his wife be the woman of the house:
“I let my wife be the woman. You know? I let her be the woman...And she, in turn, when it comes down to it, she lets me be the man..."

On keeping his relationship going:
“With my wife, I’m always letting her know what the deal is. ‘It’s you. Ain’t nobody else. It’s you.’ And I think, conversely, that’s what a woman needs to do for a man."

On filming The Best Man Holiday:
“This movie, this was the most challenging thing that I’ve ever had to do. I was just so emotional. The character was just so emotional—way more than the first one. When we did the first movie, the scene where I was at the altar and I had to cry when I was getting married, that shook me. For, like, years, I would think about that scene. It would give me chills.”

Conrad Murray Sues Texas To Get His License Back [PHOTOS]
Conrad Murray, the man convicted of involuntary putting Michael Jackson in his final resting place is demanding he get his license back to practice medicine.
Originally given a four-year prison sentence, he was released just after two years for good behavior. And he's wasting no time trying to get back in the saddle so he can pass out some more pills.
Reports ABC:
Conrad Murray accuses the Texas Medical Board of prematurely revoking his license. The former Houston cardiologist was released from a California jail this week after serving less than two years for involuntary manslaughter.
Murray was convicted in 2011 of giving Jackson a lethal overdose of a powerful anesthetic. But in a lawsuit filed in Austin this week, Murray claims his conviction isn't final in California until his appeals are exhausted.
Murray states in an affidavit that he's more than $400,000 in debt and can't afford to pay court costs.
TMZ caught up with Murray upon his release and he told them the late Michael Jackson would be "appalled on how he was being treated." Equally appalling is the struggle 'fro Murray is sporting while out and about with his son.
No matter if it was a premature revocation or not, who's really going to be his patient at this point?

Ne-Yo Dips Out On A $800 Restaurant Tab
Hey Ne-Yo, here’s a tip — leave one next time. And pay your bill while you’re at it.
The Grammy winner spent an evening dining with a group of 10 at West Village restaurant Negril, where he sipped on multiple Grey Goose screwdrivers and ordered mac and cheese and chicken plates, racking up an $800 bill. But the “Sexy Love” singer allegedly walked out without paying a dime — or giving his overworked waitress a tip.

“We had a Monday Night Football thing, the Giants were in, too, and Ne-Yo came in with [road manager] Jayvon Smith, a group of girls, some guys and a bodyguard,” one eyewitness said. “He was ordering all this stuff and he kept asking people what they want, and kept the drinks coming.”

Even though the waitress on Ne-Yo duty was “run ragged” by his needy group, the source says she was overly helpful and enthusiastic toward the singer and his crew. “The waitress was really sweet, she even helped his bodyguard, who sat at the bar while the group ate,” says the source. “She’s smiling like she’s going to get a good tip and she ends up looking for him after no one paid the bill.”

According to the source, Ne-Yo’s server took the check over to his table when the group looked like they were about to leave — only to have them start arguing over who would foot the bill. “She asked specifically, ‘Is it okay if everyone is on your check?’ and he said, ‘Yes,” says our source. “She hands it to him, he hands it to his manager, his manager hands it to another guy in the group, who hands it back to Ne-Yo.”
Negril’s manager reportedly pursued Ne-Yo’s group to a nearby lounge to get payment, but was rebuffed by his bodyguard.
But the game of keep-away wasn’t over yet. The source says Ne-Yo then handed it back to Smith, who walked out, got in a waiting SUV with the singer and drove off.
After discovering the group was headed to the Griffin to party some more, the manager of Negril walked to the nearby Gansevoort St. lounge to see if anyone in the party would please pay the bill. “Someone in the group promised they’d be back tomorrow to pay up, then Ne-Yo’s bodyguard was trying to block the manager,” another source said. “He said ‘Ne-Yo is busy, I’m not going to get his credit card right now.’ ”

We’re told Ne-Yo, who named one album “Year of the Gentleman,” remains anything but. Our source says he has yet to pay the bill or a tip.“The waitress was so upset,” says our first source. “She looked like she was working so hard.”

Stevie J Owes A Million In Child Support
It looks like “Love & Hip-Hop ATL” star Stevie J may be getting his checks garnished and is reportedly facing a warrant out for his arrest.
According to MediaTakeOut got its hands on some incriminating evidence against “Stebbie:”
Stevie has two children with his ex-girlfriend, a former music exec named Carroll Bennett. Carol filed for child support in 1999, when the couple split. Word is that Stevie, realizing that he was on the hook for big $$ ran to Atlanta like a hyena – where he started a new life. Carol alleges that he’s paid little or no child support since that time.
But Carol is not sitting back – she is an educated woman, who know her rights, and more importantly her children’s rights. So she’s kept up with her paperwork and made sure that New York issued a warrant for Stevie J. He is now in arrears for over $1 million. See the papers below.

Here are the highlights:

What have been some of your greatest success stories at the Bailey Agency School of Fashion?
My first model search winner, Nissa Pouncey, is incredible. She has been hooked up with major advertising campaigns like Abercrombie & Fitch and working during New York Fashion Week. I am so excited that through my model search I was able to make her dream come true. When I found her she was 13 years old; it feels great to change someone’s life and make it amazing. That’s the best thing I can do is actually help a kid change her life and a make a dream come true. That is what I am most proud of, that my school allows kids to “go for it” and have incredible success.
Of all your travels around the world, what is your favorite place to visit? Why?
Traveling is my passion. I love South Africa. I love Australia. You know, I get to see a lot of places through my modeling career. I love Paris, of course. I love the Caribbean, I love Angola. I could never just name just one. I got to travel early on in high school because of my modeling career. Traveling is the only thing I love doing in my spare time when I am not working or on the show or working with my school.

What prompted you to release your own doll?
From my Bailey Agency School of Fashion. … Most of my students have kids that come in that are 5 and up. My core is probably [ages] 8 to 15. I grew up playing with dolls and I never had a doll that looked like me, especially with an Afro, and that was important to me to have in my doll.

TLC’s Chilli Wants Media to Stop Slamming Her Teenage Son, Launches Petition

As we have seen celebs can take a hit in the media. With their every move documented, judged or scrutinized some would say it the pitfalls of fame. But are their children off limits? Chilli of TLC says yes. Recently, Chilli born (Rozonda Thomas) launched an online petition against the popular site Mediatakeout for cyberbullying. The 42-year-old mom says the site and its owner Fred Mwangaguhunga consistently post negative stories about her 16-year-old son Tron and other celeb kids. In the petition she explains the need to protect her son explaining,

Most of you know me as a member of the group TLC, but everyone who knows me personally knows being a MOM is my number one priority. The health and safety of my son means more to me that any accomplishment or achievement I’ve received being an entertainer. Recently my son was targeted negatively by popular gossip site MediaTakeOut.com. I can’t describe the anger I felt at my son being ridiculed continuously by MediaTakeOut.com for no other reason than the fact that he’s my son. MediaTakeOut.com has posted numerous false stories about me, and other celebrity friends of mine and while I don’t like it, I realize that is a part of what comes with celebrity. However when my 16-year-old son is being attacked, that is when I take off the celebrity hat and become the protective Mother that I am, and I know many of you are.
The love for our children is one of the things that connects us across culture, race, age and even gender. I know there are many celebrity parents that have to or one day will have to comfort their children when being attacked by media and it isn’t right. Adults have the mental capacity to deal and prioritize. Most importantly my son had no choice in who his mother was just like many other celebrity kids do not.  It isn’t fair that our children have to deal with cyber bullying because of the career choice of their parents. Anyone under the age of 18 should not be ridiculed or targeted by MediaTakeOut.com or any other website.
Further adding,
There are countless anti-bullying campaigns geared towards teens and I support the message with my own non-profit, Chilli’s Crew. If we can rally to stop bullying in schools and via social media. How much more should we support an anti-bullying message for entertainment websites that host millions of readers a month? Who are the advertisers posting on these sites? Why are they supporting a site bullying minors? We need to make the website and their advertisers accountable.

Chilli is calling for the articles to be removed from their site and apology is issued to her son. The petition has garnered close to 1,000 signatures. Owner Mwangaguhunga has yet to release an official statement.

What do you think? Are celebrity children off limits?

NFL Star Leaves Team After Prank
An apparent lunch room prank gone awry has led to Miami Dolphins offensive tackle Jonathan Martin leaving the team.
Martin, in his second year out of Stanford, left the team and is seeking treatment for emotional issues. He missed Thursday’s game against the Bengals. Although no details of the nature of the prank have been reported, Martin bolted out of the Dolphins’ lunch room on Monday and has not returned since.

The Herald reported that Martin, 23, was the frequent target of ribbing from his teammates as a rookie. Martin, who has started all 23 games during his brief NFL career, was recently switched from left tackle to right tackle after the Dolphins (3-4) acquired veteran Bryant McKinnie.
The Dolphins listed Martin as doubtful on this week’s injury report. “Jonathan Martin’s status was addressed on the injury report as an illness,” the newspaper reported. Martin is spending time with his family, according to a player who spoke with the lineman since Monday’s incident.

After a promising start, the Dolphins have lost four straight games. “Obviously frustrated,” QB Ryan Tannehill said of the losing streak via the Dolphins’ official Twitter account, “obviously want to get this back on track.”

What do you think happened?

Lady Goes From Paying $509/Month To $1.11/Month On Obamacare
While most of the country haggles and laments over the busted government website for health care, Gail Roach simply picked up the phone and asked a specialist to walk her through her options.

Roach, 57, said she found plenty, and suddenly she realized she would have the opportunity to walk away from her retirement health care package that required her to pay $509 a month for her premium.
Roach has Type 2 diabetes, which drove up her costs. However, through the Affordable Care Act, she found a policy offering a monthly premium at only $70.
After cashing in on a tax credit and taking advantage of a feature called the Cost Sharing Benefit, Roach saw her premium drop to a measly $1.11 a month.
woman amazing healthcare $1.11
“I couldn’t believe it. I just couldn’t believe it. But it was within my budget,” Roach said.
Now she’s telling everyone who’ll listen that they must exercise patience while the administration straightens out problems with the website.

“I’m telling people they need to look into it. They need to be patient about it,” said Roach. “Go to the website. If you can’t get on, call the number on the website and just be very patient because it’s very much worth it.”
