Kandi Burruss Loses Battle Against Kim Zolciak
Back in March singer-songwriter Kandi Burruss and her lawyer Phaedra Parks filed a lawsuit against their former Real Housewives of Atlanta cast-mate, Kim Zolicak, because Kim refused to share royalties from her 2009 hit single 'Tardy for the Party' which Kandi Burruss co-wrote and
Looks like Kim won't have to pay after all...
The judge in the case ruled in Kim Zolciak's favor because apparently there was no paperwork in place showing Kandi was entitled to any cut from the proceeds.
In her counter suit Kim claimed Kandi's sole purpose in taking her to court was to drum up publicity for her now canceled reality show The Kandi Factory…..WOMP!
