According to reports Johnny Gill is suing The Four Seasons in Beverly Hills because no one intervened while he was being assaulted in a racially motivated attack back in 2011.
Johnny claims he and his friends were on the patio when he was approached by a drunk man hurling racial slurs. The man pushed Johnny into a heating lamp causing injuries serious enough to force him to cancel a show.
Johnny Gill is suing The Four Season for $1 million for negligence, failure to intervene, failure to exercise reasonable care, pain and suffering and medical expenses.
Racism, it will forever be until God come's back and destroys this world.
