FINALLY, Kate Middleton Gives Birth to Royal Baby
After much anticipation, the Duchess of Cambridge has given birth! The royal bundle arrived at 4:24pm BST (11:24 am EST) on July 22, 2013.
And we can now announce, it's a BOY! The Royal bundle is 8lbs. 6oz., and both sides of the family are incredibly overjoyed. Said Prince William of his newborn son, "We could not be happier."
The baby's name and further details are yet to come, and we'll report back as soon as we can. For now, please join us in welcoming the most anticipated baby of our generation (or maybe ever), the new Prince of Cambridge!
Both mom and baby are healthy, and Dad Prince William was right by Kate's side. We can't help but feel that as their family has grown, ours has too. Congratulations to the new parents.

Michael Stipe of REM has told NME that he is “thrilled” that Jay-Z chose to include lyrics by his band on his latest album ‘Magna Carta Holy Grail’. Speaking to NME as part of this week’s cover feature on the US rapper, Stipe discussed his relationship with Jay-Z and his reaction to words from his song ‘Losing My Religion’ appearing on his new song ‘Heaven’. “I’ve known Jay for a long time, he’s super cool, super grounded, super smart and super talented,” says Stipe in the magazine, available digitally and on newsstands from today (July 17). “I’ve always had the deepest respect for him, and his music and choices. We’re thrilled (for our lyrics) to be included, it’s a really great honour.

Bobby Brown Pissed At Daughter’s Engagement, Says Nick Should Have Asked For His Blessing
“Who gives this woman to be married to this man?” Not Bobby Brown, or at least not yet. Bobbi Kristina, daughter of the late Whitney Houston and Brown announced her engagement to Nick Gordon last week. Although she seems to be happy with her new fiancé, Papa Brown is not too pleased. He is reportedly upset that Gordon did not ask him for his daughter’s hand in marriage. TMZ caught up with the singer who stated:
‘I’m not [happy]. When your daughter gets married its just different. When he calls me I’ll figure it out.

Looks like K. Michelle found someone to fix her little “woohah” problem and it’s not Jack Daniels!
On an episode of LHHATL, K. Michelle went to the doctor to get her lady business checked out. She claimed she had an issue getting things going without drinking.
Well doesn’t seem like she’s having that problem now! K. Michelle is dating Indiana Pacers player Lance Stephenson. As happy as she seems in the pictures, we can guess he’s the solution to her problem. He even bought her a puppy that they named Pacer.
Question is, was he the best choice for a boyfriend? Lance has been known to get a little physical with the opposite sex in the past. We would think K would stay away from guys like that after what she’s been through. The overly aggressive man seems to be the type she likes to bust it open for.

Singer Toni Braxton, who recently announced a new tour as well as a duet album with Babyface, was spotted out and about in LA last night back to her cropped coif she's known for.
Toni, who graciously stopped to pose for a pic with a fan, recently settled her latest bankruptcy suit and has become very vocal about social issues, including the recent George Zimmerman verdict. She tweeted, ”Today I am embarrassed to be an American…my heart goes out to the Martin family.”
The "Breath Again" diva also just celebrated the 20th anniversary of her debut disc, Toni Braxton. The disc (which sold 8-million copies) hit shelves on July 13, 1993! That'll make ya feel old.
Traci Braxton, who's gotten snatched with a hot new bod since she began documenting her health and fitness journey on the latest season of "BFV", dined out with Toni.

Kelly Price Explains How She Taught Her Teenage Daughter That She Doesn’t Need A Weave To Be Beautiful + Why She Was Almost ‘Too Fat For Fame’
Seven-time Grammy award nominee Kelly Price has officially joined the world of reality TV. With only 2 weeks of TV One’s ‘R&B Divas LA‘ under her belt,My homie DC’s The Jasmine Brand caught up with the 40-year-old songwriter (at the African Pride Beauty Beat event), picking her brain about why she made the leap into non-scripted TV, being plus sized in the music industry and now in Hollywood, along with teaching her daughter about loving her natural hair. They also got the Queens , NY native to give them some relationship advice (she’s been married to her handsome husband for 20 + years!). Check out a few excerpts from the interview below.
What her experience has been like thus far, filming ‘R&B Divas’:
You don’t know what reality TV is until you do it…and now I know what reality TV is! I’m not turned off by it. I have actually had an animal awakened in me, and so with that I am going to pursue it in a manner that only Kelly Price can. And that for me coming off of the ‘R&B Divas’ experience is to pursue reality TV with a Kelly Price twist and that would be ‘Too Fat For Fame.’
The meaning behind the title of the upcoming reality show, ‘Too Fat For Fame’:
For me to have a story of one who was nearly denied a successful career because I was too big…it’s time for me to pay it forward. Being an overweight girl, I am a worker. I’ve worked for everything it is that I have. So if there is anyone out there who is serious about having a career as a singer, as a model, as a dancer, as an actor, as an actress, as a personality in this industry…if they’re willing to work for it and they’ve had doors closed because they’re overweight, then this is the opportunity for them to have an opportunity.
How she is managing her weight:
I’ve had to learn how to adjust my eating to work for my lifestyle. I came to a point and I literally decided, I have been given an opportunity, there are people who are way more talented than Kelly. I’m not stupid. That’s just the truth. But I was given this opportunity so to let it pass me by, to die young and miss an incredible life because I couldn’t get myself disciplined enough to live would be stupid.
Raising her daughter to appreciate her hair:
Raising a young black girl in a society where they are being shown beauty is only one thing. It’s very difficult. To raise a young girl and to show her that anything is beautiful other than long, straight hair is not an easy job. I had a hard time trying to teach my daughter that ‘No you don’t need your hair pressed,’ and as she got older that ‘No you don’t need a weave…’ I think as black parents we have to be willing to fight the images that tell our daughters that unless that’s what they look like, they’re not beautiful.

R&B singer Robin Thicke found music producer Will.I.Am difficult to work with.
R&B star Robin Thicke struggled to connect with Black Eyed Peas frontman will.i.am as they wrote his new song due to the rapper's "eccentric" behaviour.
Thicke, who is currently enjoying success with his hit track Blurred Lines which he penned with Pharrell Williams, collaborated with the rapper for his latest offering Give It 2 U, but found him difficult to get along with.

Cops came down on rapper Nipsey Hussle in a big way in the middle of a Trayvon Martin protest rally last week ... handcuffing him after suspecting he was brandishing a gun.
Law enforcement sources tell us ... LAPD cops saw Nipsey doing something that made them believe he was walking around with a firearm. They descended on the rapper and cuffed him, but quickly determined he did NOT have a gun and they let him go.
It's unclear if Hussle was part of the rally, which took place in Leimert Park
