Wendy Williams Cast in the Broadway Version of ‘Chicago’
Now I refuse to believe Broadway has gotten DESPERATE! Who knew Wendy could sing?! She can’t don’t be fooled!
Wendy Williams is going to be a part of the long-running musical “Chicago.”
The talkshow diva will take over the role of “Matron ‘Mama’” as the musical continues to attract audiences at the Ambassador Theatre.
Can we say the wig-wearing gossip queen is super stoked about the new gig?
“I can’t wait to sing and dance while still doing the talk show,” Williams announced during the broadcast of her show. “I can’t believe they asked me to do it.” Don't worry Wendy we can't neither!
In the past, Queen Latifah played the same role, as did R&B soul singer, Angie Stone. Yeah, but they can actually sing. As for this...well?????
