Doctors 'killed baby during birth and tried to cover it up with a Caesarean' Arteisha Betts went into labor in March 2011 only 28 weeks and five days into her term

In a court complaint that reads like the script of a horror film, Arteisha Betts and Travis Ammonette, of Florissant
The 10-complaint lawsuit cites Midwest Maternal & Fetal Medicine Services, LLC, Signature Medical Group Inc and the two doctors. However, the suit does not list St John’s Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis
According to the court filing, Betts and Ammonette were told by Dr Moore during a February 2011 appointment that the baby will have to be delivered via C-section rather than vaginally because the child had an abnormally large abdomen, Patch Florissant reported.
But when the expectant mother prematurely went into labor on March 22 only 28 weeks and five days into her term, the complaint indicates that Dr Webb 'would not agree' to the Cesarean and 'would only deliver her baby by way of attempted trial of vaginal delivery.'
The couple claim that the obstetrician also refused to let them go to a different hospital for a Cesarian.
‘Believing that she had no other choice than to agree to a trial of vaginal delivery, plaintiff Arteisha Betts consented to a trial of vaginal delivery under duress and protest,’ according to the complaint.
The infant's head was delivered in the first stage of the birthing process, but in the second stage which got under way at around 10.30pm, the lawsuit claims that his large abdomen became lodged in the birth canal.
According to the complaint, Dr Webb applied traction to the child's head in an attempt to dislodge his body, at which point the infant was decapitated.
Citing the complaint, the Courthouse News Services reported that blood shot out from the baby’s arteries and veins, spilling onto the floor in full view of the mother and Ammonette, who was sitting only two to four feet away from the birthing bed.
The lawsuit states that Webb then 'pushed decedent's head and body back into plaintiff Arteisha Betts' birth canal' and called for an emergency C-section.
The doctor started cutting into the woman's abdomen before the anesthesia fully set in, causing her great pain and suffering in the process, the suit says.
During the procedure, the doctor ‘surgically and completely removed’ the child's head from his neck and torso.
Before handing the little boy named Kaden Travis to his parents, Webb had allegedly 'intentionally concealed' his neck wounds, although the complaint does not specify how it was done.
The suit seeks unspecified damages to cover pregnancy costs, funeral expenses as well as personal injury and wrongful death.

Later last night after begin released Jr decided to go on a Twitter rant toward the police saying F them and “u need anger management!” about the cops who arrested him. It was reported by E Online! that he was pulled over for blasting loud music in a Los Angles neighborhood where officer found that he had a previous $ 10,000 for speeding.

On what made Laura kick her fitness routine into high gear
“I got lazy after the fourth baby. I said, ‘oh well.’ I got big, f— it. I’m just gonna keep it rolling,” says Laura while having her hair toyed with. “I still ate like I was pregnant for a while. I’m the type of person who says ‘Next Monday, or the 15th,’ that was me. One day my daughter was like ‘you got milk chocolate t—,’ because my nipples were so big and so dark. And then she was playing with my back fat, and it made me say, ‘wait a minute.’ ”
On losing weight naturally instead of surgery
“When I got serious the weight started dropping off. I did my workout throughout my house, because I was uncomfortable going to the gym. I didn’t wanna wear Gilbert’s shirts to the gym, I didn’t want anyone looking at me, period. After I lost about 20 pounds I went to a doctor and said ‘can you take all of this off?’ He said, ‘No, you need to work out.’ The doctor told me if you lose 50 pounds I’ll do [a tummy tuck] for free in two months. I gave myself three months and lost 64 pounds.”

.“My first motivation was to get back at Gilbert like, ‘I’ll show you what you lost.’ But it became more than that. It became about me, it became about my health, and I did something about it."

But it's not all roses from the whole "Basketball Wives LA" cast. While their inaugural season saw about 2 million viewers per episode, this season is barely half that. After the premiere a few weeks ago, the show is getting almost a million viewers per episode.
And with most of the other reality shows getting at least double that on VH1, we can't help but think the L.A.
Child Support, Car Repossessions & More: Bow Wow’s Money Woes Continue
Apparently, the rumors about BET's newest rapper-turned-TV host are true. 25-year-old Bow Wow (real name Shad Moss) is having some serious financial issues and they're playing out in the media publicly. Thus far, we've learned that he stopped making payments on his tricked out Ferrari and a collection agency says that he owes $283K. And that's not it! Allegedly, last year, Bow Wow fell behind in a business bank loan (he took out a $300K loan) and had monthly payments of almost $5K. We hear that he fell behind in the loan and now the bank repossessed Bow's Lamborghini Murcielago and still owes the bank over $20K.
If that's not enough, earlier this month, Bow Wow was having some child support woes with his child's mother, Joie Chavis, over their one-year-old daughter. A court ordered him to pay $3K a month, but there's been some discrepencies on whether or not his salary at BET has been factored into the monthly amount. The real question is what's up with Bow's janky financial situation? TMZ reports that Bow Wow blames his management team, but is working to get his finances in order–for all parties involved.
GAME ON: VH1 Announces "Marrying The Game" Reality Series Details
Now that The Game and fiancee Tiffney Cambridge have decided to make that trip down the aisle, VH1 has announced "Marrying The Game" which follows the couple as they prepare for marriage.
VH1 has announced the upcoming debut of "Marrying The Game" which follows the couple's love story of an ambitious 5th grade history teacher who fell in love with a bad boy rapper. And though the couple have been together eight years and already have two kids together (King Justice (5 years old) and Cali Dream (2 years old), the decision to marry hasn't been an easy one as Tiffney has already called off the nuptials once before due to The Game's "rapper" lifestyle.
Also, the couple's previous "wedding site" was taken offline for the public. Perhaps they want to keep everything a secret to use for the show?
Fans can check out all the drama and see "if" the couple actually makes it down the aisle on Monday, November 19 at 9:30PM on VH1.
Tyra Banks To Make Autobiographical Comedy Series "Fivehead"
After being the butt of many jokes throughout her teen years, Tyra Banks will get the last laugh when she takes her former awkwardness and turns it into a new comedy series.
According to report by Deadline on Saturday (October 13), the iconic supermodel will create an autobiographical laugh riot for ABC, titled, "Fivehead."
Explaining the meaning behind the interesting title, Tyra said, "In high school, if you have glasses, you’re a ‘four eyes.’ If you have braces, you’re a ‘metal mouth.’ But if you had my forehead? You’re a FIVEHEAD,”
Banks will team up on the potential series with friend, TV writer-producer, and "America's Next Top Model" co-creator, Kenya Barris. “To be able to witness her career was wild, but to be able to watch Tyra grow up was nothing short of nutty,” Barris said in a statement, adding, “I am blown away by the opportunity to tell not just a great story but a story that I remember so fondly.”
