Kendrick Lamar Sticks To Voting Stance, Responds To Backlash

Kendrick Lamar has no intentions of going back on his theory about voting being a waste of time, but he's encouraging everyone else to make their own decisions. Once the criticism reached its height, Lamar sent out a couple of tweets  telling his nearly 500,000 Twitter fans not to follow in his footsteps. “And when you do VOTE. Just make sure it's 4 the right reasons,” he wrote Monday (Aug. 27). “This way you won't point the finger at that black man like ya'll did. Again.”

Lamar, 25, revealed that he doesn't vote because in his mind, it won't bring about any real change. However, votes from the younger generation is of high importance to both President Obama and Mitt Romney. After addressing Hurricane Isaac earlier in the day, the president headed to Iowa to elicit support from students in the state, and will hit other colleges throughout the week.

In response to Lamar's comments, the League of Young Voters extended an invitation for discourse with the Compton, Calif. native. “If Kendrick inspired his neighbors to think seriously about the strength of their vote, we could begin to alter the popular discourse, and more importantly the economic policy of local and statewide government,” said executive director, Rob “Biko” Baker.

When his political views aren't being scrutinized, Lamar is busy performing all over the country in promotion of his long-awaited debut good kid m.A.A.d city, due out October 2.

Usher to Tameka on her Appeal……GIRL BYE!

Tameka Raymond is planning to appeal the ruling awarding Usher primary custody of their two sons and Usher is not the least bit surprised...

A source close to the situation told HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “Usher is not surprised at all that Tameka is appealing the ruling as he would have done the same exact thing if the tables were turned. He wishes this would all just go away but understands that this is the process. For all the claims Tameka is making, Usher is making sure he shows she is wrong so when they go back to court yet again he has an even stronger case. It is very bitter between them and Usher doesn’t want to talk to Tameka at all and only plans to see her in court or during supervised visits. Its very tense but Usher is definitely ready to fight in court again.”

Two-Year-Old Toddler Found Wandering In Parking Lot Without Any Clothes On

These Women shouldn’t be allowed to have anymore children! After employees found a toddler walking through the parking lot of a WaWa, they called Police. Luckily the little girl was able to point out where she lived.

Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Captain Mike Harvey said a store employee brought the child inside and put clothes on her before police arrived.

The little girl then led officers to her home, which was located near the store.

Deputy Elizabeth Scott knocked for several minutes before someone finally opened the door. The two adults inside had been sleeping when Scott had arrived, according to Harvey, adding that once let in the deputy was immediately overcome by the stench of the property.

 ‘Deputy Scott entered the residence and immediately noticed a strong odor of rotten food and animal waste,’ he said. ‘Rotten food was found in and around the kitchen and animal waste was found in many areas of the residence.’

In addition to the two-year-old, there were seven other children living in squalor in the home, police said. The children, who were also found to be dirty, ranged in age from seven months to 16-years-old.

Lam and Craig were the only adults found living in the house. Both are charged with felony child neglect.

Police say Lam is the mother of five of the children and Craig is the mother of the other three. Each woman is being held in the Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.

Detective Twyla DeMoranville, who focuses on crimes against children, and a social worker removed the eight children from the home. They were later turned over to their grandmothers. The children were unharmed, Harvey said.

Animal control officers removed four dogs, three puppies and two kittens from the house.

Lam was also slammed with charges of failing to maintain her premises in a sanitary condition and duties of a pet owner to provide food and water.

It’s one thing if you don’t mind living in filth but don’t have kids if your dirty azz can’t take care of them. Both women, Elizabeth Lam, 38, and Crystal Dawn Craig, 29, have been charged with child neglect.

Hope their Grandmothers take better care of them…but that’s questionable.

Amber Rose is Pregnant + Details On Unexpected Pregnancy 

Rumor has it that Amber Rose (real name Amber Levonchuck) and Wiz Khalifa (real name Cameron Jibril Thomaz) are expecting a bambino! According to reports, the couple who have been engaged since April of this year, are thrilled about their pregnancy. If this rumor is true, it TOTALLY explains the alleged baby bump that we saw her rockin’ this summer and why she’s stopped coloring her hair bleached blonde. It also explains why Amber, who is usually out and about, being photographed, has laid low–under the radar.

So was this a planned pregnancy? An insider tells Radar Online, absolutely not.

‘Amber and Wiz unexpectedly got pregnant, but they’re really happy to be starting a family together. Amber’s already had to make some big lifestyle changes, like not smoking cigarettes anymore. As a model she’s used to having a thin waist, so this is going to be an adjustment for her.’

From what we hear, the baby is due January 2013. No official confirmation has been shared from Amber or Wiz’s camp.

Karlie Redd’s Daughter Has Been Revealed!

Well we’ve all been wondering what’s Karlie Redd‘s REAL age, as she continues to lie and tell people that she’s “in her twenties.”  Yesterday, a picture began circulating online of a young woman who is suppose to be Redd’s daughter. 

The young woman is of college age and attending an HBCU, reportedly either Clark Atlanta University.

What Dez Bryant Rules?’ Asks Cowboys Owner Jerry Jones

*Apparently recent reports that Dallas Cowboys’ bad boy wide receiver Dez Bryant has been subject to a set of very restrictive rules is bogus, reports Sports Illustrated.

Jerry Jones, the owner of the Cowboys says he doesn’t know who came up with the so-called “Dez Bryant Rules,” but said they sude didn’t come from him and the team.

“I’m not so sure where the media has come up with detail of this nature,” Jones said Tuesday on a Dallas radio station, via the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.  “Fundamentally, Dez does, and I’m convinced, want to do many things that give him the opportunity to get on track the way he needs to, both on and off the field.”

According to Profootballtalk.com, special rules for Bryant could violate the collective bargaining agreement with the players.

“I think any of this talk or any of these references to what he’s going to be doing or what he is not going to be doing, in general, it’s one that would say just let’s conform to good behavior, the kind of behavior that the commissioner expects, that society expects and that anybody expects if you’re going to get the opportunities you are.” Jones added. “He does believe he has a great opportunity.”

And then there’s thi from Bryant’s adviser, David Wells who says the troubled athlete t went to the Cowboys for help and no guidelines have been finalized.

 “(Bryant) wanted to be a part of it,” Wells said. “Then Jerry Jones is in great support of this system and said, ‘Let’s get it done.’ It came out that it’s all about somebody forcing it, but he’s accepted responsibility himself to get past any negativity that’s out there and try to move forward.”

Maybe we’re making more out it than need be, but Wells  is quoted above as saying, “no guidelines have been finalized.” So we’ll leave it at that.

Lawyer Says Jay Z Didn't Know About the Lawsuit 

Last week news broke that Jay Z filed a lawsuit against his former personal chef for leaving the 40/40 club and taking his secret recipe for chicken wings with him [click here if you missed that].

Now the lawyer for the chef defends Jay Z saying he didn't know anything about the lawsuit...

"The 40/40 management were probably out to get him for one reason or another because they're poor managers," Mike Shand’s lawyer Vik Pawar told the Herald on Sunday.

"I suspect Jay-Z and Beyonce didn't know about the existence of the lawsuit. When they heard about it they were like, 'Mike's a great guy, why is [the] management company suing him? I want you guys to drop this lawsuit.' And that's what happened."

Shand was still a close friend of the two superstars, his lawyer said. "Mike did travel with Jay-Z and Beyonce for many years. They loved him and he loves them."

Chateau Marmont hotel to Lindsay Lohan GET OUT until you pay your $46,000 unpaid bill

Lindsay Lohan just can’t seem to keep her nose out of trouble – and now a newly leaked document reveals that the actress was recently banned from a hotel over a $46,350.04 unpaid bill.

Lilo stayed in the upscale Chateau Marmont Hotel in West Hollywood during June and July of this year, all the while racking up heavy room service bills.

The star ordered up room service meals, cigarettes and regularly used the mini bar during her stay but failed to pay the hotel for their services, forcing the manager to ban her from the premises.

In a letter to Lindsay obtained by TMZ, hotel general manager Philip Pavel wrote to the troubled 26-year-old on July 31, reiterating their ‘repeated attempts to resolve’ the bill.

Philip writes: ‘As you are aware from our previous correspondences starting on July 8, you currently owe the hotel a grand total of $46,350.04 in charges for your stay starting on May 30, 2012.’

The general manager of the hotel also informed Lindsay that she would no longer be welcome on their premises.

The letter continues: ‘As we have made repeated attempts to resolve this pressing matter over the last few weeks without any resolution, I regret to inform you that we will no longer be able to extend any further credit for you to remain in the hotel.

‘Please have all of your belongings removed from Suite 33 by 12:00PM, Wednesday, August, 1, 2012.’

Not only was Lindsay told that she would have to leave her suite at the hotel, she was also told that she could no longer use the facilities or eat in the popular restaurant.

Money makes the world go round: Amongst the things Lindsay was charged for were garden services, mini bar and cigarettes

‘Furthermore, until we get the matter of your outstanding debt paid, know that we will be unable to host you on property or in the restaurant.’

To perhaps coax Lindsay into paying her colossal bill, manager Philip Pavel even dismissed charges for rental use of a computer that Lindsay had been using.

LINDSAY LOHAN’S EXPENSIVE BILL

During Lindsay’s 47-day stay at the Chateau Marmont some of the things she spent money on included:

$3,145.07 on her minibar

$502.43 on cigarettes

$1,992.07 in the restaurant

$100 on a Chateau candle

‘In regard to your bill, please note that I have adjusted off the daily $75 charge for computer rental for use of the hotel’s laptop as a gesture of good faith, with the understanding that you will return the computer upon your departure tomorrow.’

Lindsay was staying in the hotel while she filmed Liz & Dick – where she plays Elizabeth Taylor in the biopic of her life.

In recent years the troubled star has become more famous for her court appearances than her acting work, with Lindsay reportedly hoping that her performance in Liz & Dick will help save her ailing reputation.

No stranger to scandal, Lindsay was recently caught up in an alleged jewellery heist after being formally named as a suspect in a robbery – with reports now suggesting that she will not face prosecution after she claimed that she had been framed.

Virginia Woman Who Took Michael Vick’s Dogs Faces Animal Cruelty Charges

The founder of a dog sanctuary at NFL star Michael Vick’s former dogfighting compound said Monday that she was shocked to learn that she faces charges of animal cruelty and inadequate care of animals.

Tamira Thayne said in a telephone interview from her Dogs Deserve Better operation in Surry County that she read a newspaper report about the charges, but had neither spoken to authorities nor been served warrants.

 “I know nothing about it,” Thayne said. “I just got home from my honeymoon in St. Lucia. Apparently I was abusing dogs while I was gone.”

Surry County Chief Animal Control Officer Tracy Terry said her office received complaints that led to an investigation, and the results prompted her to file the charges Friday. She declined to say specifically what led to the charges, but said Thayne should not be surprised.

“There’s certain things I just can’t disclose right now,” the officer said.

A hearing is set for Sept. 25 in Surry County General District Court on the inadequate care charge. No hearing date is set on the cruelty count. Both charges are misdemeanors.

Obviously, Thayne says she’s innocent of these charges.

 “We take special pains to make sure our dogs are safe and happy,” she said. “They have a great life here. Vick tortured dogs to death and never once got charged with animal cruelty. Somebody needs to tell me what the hell is going on here.”

Vick, the Philadelphia Eagles quarterback, served 18 months in prison after pleading guilty in federal court to participating in an interstate dogfighting conspiracy. The enterprise operated out of his five-bedroom home and 15-acre property in rural Surry County, which he sold to a developer after he was charged. Thayne’s organization bought the former Bad Newz Kennels property last year for about $600,000 and turned it into a sanctuary for dogs that have been chained and penned.

Terry said Dogs Deserve Better has been operating without state approval.

“The state veterinarian told her in January they were not going to approve her until she rectified some things,” Terry said.

Thayne said she thought she was in good graces with the government.

 “They told us to do certain things and we did them, and I haven’t heard from them,” she said. “To my knowledge, we’ve done everything they asked us to do.”

Let’s be honest with ourselves, we all wish we had a tail. Now let’s be really honest with ourselves, if you found yourself agreeing with that first statement in your head as you read it then you are a weirdo and we can’t be friends. Tails are stupid and serve no purpose on humans. Hell even dogs chase theirs because they want to bite them off. So for this “Who Wears It Better?” I’m not expecting much because that’s a question I’m not sure anyone has an answer to.
