Ochocinco Refuses to Sign Evelyn Lozada’s Divorce Paperwork
This should come as no surprise, but according to inside sources, Chad Ochocino Johnson is none too please about the pending divorce that his Basketball Wives reality star, Evelyn Lozada wants. On the most recent episode of ‘Hard Knocks’ he explained:

Meanwhile, TMZ reports that Ocho has refused to sign any divorce documents, as he believes that he can still win Evelyn back. However, under Florida law (where Evelyn filed the docs) the divorce can still be finalized with a judge’s approval.

Pharrell Williams was recently in New York City for Fashion Week. The 39-year-old mogul is engaged to designer, Helen Lasichanh, and the two have a son together, named Rocket (they named their son after the Elton John song, ‘Rocket man’). Before making the big commitment though, he admitted that he had a thing for older women.
“I like powerful women – women with some life experience – and I’m very attracted to intelligence. I lost my virginity when I was 16. She was older than me, and age has been a fetish of mine ever since.”

2012 BMI URBAN AWARDS
Urban music’s premier songwriters, producers and music publishers came together to celebrate one another during the BMI Urban Awards at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills. Mariah Carey was named a BMI Icon —. Following congratulatory messages from Diddy, Pharrell, L.A. Reid, and Sidney Poitier, Jermaine Dupri kicked off the tribute by mixing some of the hits he produced for Mariah. Joe belted out “We Belong Together,” gospel star Karen Clark-Sheard soared with “Anytime You Need a Friend,” Eric Benét dueted on “One Sweet Day,” and Fantasia tore the house down with a soulful version of “Hero.”
With Nick by her side, a gracious Mariah accepted the honor. “I’m just humbled and thankful and grateful,” said Mimi. “Thank you for blessing me with this moment.”
Nas opened the show with a four-song medley including “Daughters” and “Bye Baby,” and Future had the crowd singing along to his ubiquitous hit “Same Damn Time.”
Drake and Lil Wayne shared Songwriter of the Year honors, while Nicki Minaj’s “Super Bass” took home Song of the Year. Pop Wansel (Nicki Minaj, Elle Varner) was presented with Producer of the Year.

Mela Ferrer claims she was pressured to cover up the incident to protect Mariah's image and when she refused she was fired.
In a lawsuit that does not mention Mariah Carey by name, Mela, who was working at the Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center on a temporary assignment when Mariah gave birth, claims she was fired because the hospital was worried that the negative press would deter other celebrities from using their facility.
Mela says she was told the official cause of her termination was failure to follow protocol by consulting with the social work supervisor before filing her report, but Mela insists no such protocol was in place at the time.
68 year old Mela is seeking punitive damages for wrongful termination, violation of several state laws, breach of confidentiality and/or privacy, defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and age discrimination…..LOL Good luck Girl!
Well Looky Looky! Blake Lively 'marries Ryan Reynolds' in SECRET!
She is considered to be Hollywood's hottest property at the moment, but Blake Lively could be surrendering it all for domestic bliss.
It has been reported that the Gossip Girl actress, just 25, is now a married lady after saying 'I do' to partner Ryan Reynolds.
The couple have only been dating for a year, a rather long stretch by Tinseltown's consideration.
Blake is believed to have walked down the aisle at a private ceremony this evening at Boone Hall Plantation in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, just outside of Charleston, reports People.
The US publication states that the reception took place in a white tent, with good friend and chart-topper Florence Welch performing three songs before a DJ took over to spin decks at the party.
It was also confirmed that a cake had been driven down from Virginia for the event.
Despite high-profile romances with Gossip Girl co-star Penn Badgley - whom she dated for three years - and a brief flirtation with Leonardo DiCaprio, it is the first time Blake has been married.
Meanwhile, 35-year-old Ryan has already tried his hand at domestic bliss with Scarlett Johansson.
The Proposal heartthrob tied the knot to The Prestige beauty in September 2008, before separating just two years later when he filed for divorce in December 2010.
In July, Blake and Ryan sparked speculation that they had already married after a blundering law enforcer made an error while filling paperwork on a police report.
According to TMZ, the document was made after an officer attended their posh $2m New York home on July 8, following a complaint by Ryan that he was being followed by a photographer.
The report stated: 'Upon arrival, I spoke to Ryan Reynolds and his wife,' with the name of the individual in question blanked out.
In addition, it read: 'They explained that this (blank) coloured vehicle was observed outside their residence, and proceeded to follow their vehicle in an erratic manner.
'They believed that this individual was a photographer attempting to obtain pictures of them.
'Mr. Reynolds and his wife were advised to contact police should any persons enter their property.'
Stevie J.is back to doing what he does best! Working on New Music!
Stevie J. has always worked in the industry but since the success of the hit show Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta, he has the potential to make a lot of money. Stevie supposedly has some other projects going on like a relationship book, but making music for artists such as Mariah Carey, who he has worked with before, and Kanye West is gonna take Stevie to another level.
This is what Hip-Hop Wired reported about the story:
“I’m just going to continue to put out music, continue to put out product,” he tells Hip-Hop Wired. “Continue to be a great dad, and a moving force in our community.”
According to Stevie he will re-team with Carey, plus add Kanye West to his resume. “I’m working on music for Mariah, for Kanye, and for a host of other artists. I’m just gon’ keep producing and get back on my music game, now that television [is] over.”
Carey, who was honored as an icon at this year’s BMI Urban Awards, is working on a new album, the lead single of which is the inspirational track “Triumphant,” featuring Rick Ross and Meek Mill. Stevie produced “Breakdown,” “Honey,” and “Babydoll” for the songstress but wants to keep the details behind the new music he’s cooking up for her, under wraps. “You gotta’ stay tuned,” he says.

Fans pay tribute to late actor Michael Clarke Duncan during public viewing of casket
Fans were given the chance to pay their respects to late actor Michael Clarke Duncan.
The Hall of Liberty at Forest Lawn Memorial Parks and Mortuaries in Los Angeles opened its doors for a public viewing of the Hollywood star's casket, which was showered with flower arrangements.
Following a 30 minute slideshow presentation, an employee delivered a five minute eulogy for the 54-year-old icon, followed by a showing of The Green Mile.
The actor died of natural causes on September 3 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, two months after suffering a myocardial infarction.
Monday's service will be led by famed preacher Bishop Charles Blake, with Dr. H. Beecher Hicks will doing the eulogy.
The way he will be remembered: A slideshow of images was shown to fans in Michael's honour
Since Duncan's death, a growing memorial has appeared outside his home where fans and neighbours have left flowers, candles, notes and cards.
Since he died, many have rushed to pay tribute and pass on love to his fiancée Omarosa Manigault.
Tom Hanks, who starred alongside Michael in The Green Mile, said: 'I am terribly saddened at the loss of Big Mike. He was the treasure we all discovered on the set of The Green Mile. He was magic. He was a big love of man and his passing leaves us stunned.'
Memorial scheduled: A memorial service for Michael, who died natural causes, will take place tomorrow
Bruce Willis, who starred in four films alongside Michael, including The Whole Nine Yards and Sin City, said: 'Michael Duncan was a great actor, a great human being, and he was my very dear friend.
'I will miss Big Mike in a Big Way.'
Meanwhile, director Michael Bay - who gave Michael his first acting break in Armageddon - wrote on his blog: 'We found him in a gym. He cried at the first audition because he was so proud to audition for a Michael Bay and Jerry Bruckheimer movie, he just wanted to make his mom proud.
'We gave him the role in the room. Everyone loved him, his infectious spirit and great belly laugh. I'm really sad to lose him. Rest in peace buddy.'
Omarosa confirmed the news herself to Radar, saying: 'I am devastated. He was the love of my life.'
She has since taken to Twitter, quoting the Bible: 'Let not your hearts be troubled... John 14:1'.
The religious preacher also wrote: 'Thank you for your outpouring of love and support for my beloved Michael. @OfficialMCD He will truly be missed! Sincerely @OMAROSA'.
Michael's death came 'very suddenly', with TMZ reporting that Omarosa was present in the hospital room before momentarily leaving for a short period of time and when she returned he had died.
Her mother is believed to have been present when he passed.
The Green Mile role saw Michael become a global star, winning the best supporting actor category for the Black Reel Award, Broadcast Film Critics Association Award and Saturn Award ceremonies.
He was also nominated a further nine times, along with his Oscar nod, receiving recognition at the Golden Globes, MTV Movie Awards and Screen Actors Guild Awards.
As news of the tragic actor was revealed, celebrity tributes poured in via Twitter, with former NBA star Kenny Smith stating he was due to visit Duncan the day after he passed away.
The retired professional basketball player wrote: 'Don't put off tommor (sic) what you can do today!! RIP Michael Clarke Duncan!! I was suppose to go to hospital tommorow! Blessing to him and fam!!'

Gucci Mane learned the hard way … DO NOT shove a woman out of a moving Hummer … because that woman will sue you and then a judge will order you to cough up almost $60,000 in punitive damages.
Gucci was arrested in 2011 after he allegedly pushed a woman named Diana Graham out of a moving Hummer — all because she refused to go to a hotel room with him. He pled guilty to several charges and was sentenced to six months in jail.
Diana then sued the rapper for damages following the incident … claiming mental anguish, pain and emotional distress.
A Georgia judge recently ruled in her favor … a default judgement because Gucci failed to show up in court and submitted false testimony. The judge awarded Diana $58,161.24 for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering.
The judge also signed an order allowing Diana to go after the rapper’s cars, bank accounts and other assets to settle her debt.Calls to Gucci’s rep have not been returned.

Tommy Tiny Lister, Facing Five Years In Prison
Tommy ‘Tiny’ Lister, better knows as Deebo from ‘Friday‘, admitted that he and five other individuals conspired to obtain four different mortgages on homes in Los Angeles, California using falsified records according to a plea agreement obtained by TMZ.
Lister, admitted he and the other individuals defaulted $5.7 million worth in mortgages. Banks later sold them at a loss of more than $2.6 million.
The charge of conspiracy to commit fraud carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison and Lister agreed to plead guilty to a mortgage fraud scheme that cost
