Chris Brown VS Brian McKnight!

Good Grief! R&B ain’t selling enough nowadays so while a bulk of the urban artists are hopping over into the pop and dance categories, Brian McKnight has tapped into the X-rated genre. Last month, Brian was offering to show us how our ‘p–sy works‘ in an explicit R&B jam and now he’s singing jingles for Porno sites. This week, he released a new jingle for YOUPORN that featured lyrics like, ‘You wanna see some f–king anal, I can get you close enough to smell.’

His fans, of course, are in an uproar. Singing porno jingles was not what they had imagined their Brian McKnight’s legacy to be. And Brian isn’t taking his criticism well as he spends the bulk of his days on twitter responding back to his fired up fans. Today, he made a point to shade the likes of Chris Brown, R. Kelly and Floyd Mayweather (who just started serving his 87 day jail sentence for assaulting his ex-girl) while on the defense about his music:

Since everyone’s so opinionated I’m taking suggestions on what I should do next I’m thinking rent a lambo and beat the shit outta my girl…That’s acceptable these days

Or maybe have sex with a 14 year old girl on film it, that’s acceptable these days

Or let the court system let me make 35 million before I do my 87 days in a private cell for domestic abuse that’s acceptable these days

It’s not shade I’m just reminding all of us what we accept on a daily basis

He may have a point but he definitely opened up a can of worms on that one..

LOCKED FOR 3 MONTHS!

Boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. turned himself in last Friday to begin a 3-month jail stint in Las Vegas for assaulting his baby mama back in 2010.
Prior to turning himself in, Floyd has been on fairly good behavior, even being credited by Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Melissa Saragosa with attending weekly domestic violence counseling sessions.

His BFF rapper 50 Cent commented on the situation saying, "He'll be all right. It's an uncomfortable situation for everyone. Everyone has a different version of the same story. It's no different than anyone going through a divorce and how your friends can become your vested enemies."

And don't assume that Floyd will get the star treatment from his prison mates. He'll be housed in a solo cell (with no television) and will only be allowed out for one hour day. Depending on his behavior, he could eventually be granted a few hours of exercise everyday with other inmates.

Drew Barrymore Ties The Knot for the THIRD Time!

Giving marital bliss another go, Drew Barrymore tied the knot for the third time on Saturday night (June 2).
The 37-year-old actress exchanged vows with her art consultant beau, Will Kopelman, during a rabbi officiated ceremony at her Montecito, California estate.
According to a People magazine insider, the celebratory affair was "a classic, simple, very pretty, garden-inspired wedding."
With the bride decked out in a Chanel gown, a handful of famous faces were in attendance including Cameron Diaz - who acted as Barrymore's maid of honor - as well as Jimmy Fallon and Busy Philips.
Dishing about the groom's demeanor prior to the "I Do's" at Friday night's rehearsal dinner, a source told press, “He looked very handsome and was smiling the entire time he walked toward the rehearsal dinner area."

Drew and Will's nuptials come as the pair are said to be expecting their first child together, though the two have opted to stay mum when asked about the baby rumors.

According to reports from TMZ.com, the couple has listed their Los Angeles area homes as “pocket listings.” Pocket listings are when real estate agents have agreements to sell a home but it does not appear in the multiple listing service. Sources close to the couple tell the gossip site they are planning to rent a house together.

And insider tells TMZ that Kardashian’s Beverly Hills home has an asking price of $5 million. She bought the Tuscan-style villa in 2010 for $3.4 million. The five-bedroom spread boasts a pool and a spa. According to Curbed, however, the reality star has been living instead in a $40,000-a-month rental in Beverly Hills following her split with husband Kris Humphries.

According to Zillow, West previously tried to sell his home in 2010 when it was listed for $3.995 million. His sleek and modern home, built in 2002 has three bedrooms, a theater and built-in computers in every room.

To make things sound even more serious, a new source says that Kanye is dying to be a daddy! A friend of Kanye’s told Us Weekly, “They’re seriously talking marriage…and yes, she would.”
Oh no, Kim… Are more wedding bells in her future? Let’s hope this goes better than the last one. Or two.
“Kanye can’t wait to see her carrying his child,” says Kanye’s friend. ”He says she will look beautiful pregnant.” Kim would certainly make a beautiful bride, but this might be moving too fast! Nene Leakes To Make A Million For RHOA Season Five?

It’s no wonder Nene has been running around screaming ‘I’m Rich B-tch’ while looking like money. She’s raking in that cash.

As one of the highest paid reality stars in ‘Real Housewives’ history, she brought in an estimated (and reported) $750,000 last season and it is said that she will clock upward of a million for the upcoming RHOA Season five. This doesn’t include her new role on NBC’s ‘The New Normal’ which premieres this Fall.

Meanwhile, although her boisterous attitude made her one of the most popular reality stars out, Nene admits that she decided to calm down a bit once she realized she had a brand to build. She’s smartened up over the past few seasons but she doesn’t think Evelyn Lozada and the ‘Basketball Wives’ have gotten the point just yet. She tells Vibe:
You can say whatever y’all want about reality TV, Atlanta Housewives, we don’t do that. We definitely have had our verbal fights, but never physical fights. I can’t believe the fighting and the bullying. It looks bad. It really looks bad. I don’t like when people say it affects Black women or the Black community. I think it affects all communities. I think it looks bad on women; it looks bad on everybody. When I look at it, I just can’t believe it. And, you know, I’m friends with Jennifer [Williams] and she’s on Basketball Wives. [..] when I watch, I’m like, “How much do they get paid?” [Laughs] My goodness.

And then I think about—they can’t want to do too much in their careers. A good ole argument, everybody likes that every now and then to tune into, but you couldn’t be trying to have too much in your career because that stuff, it don’t work. You can’t represent a product and be that way. That just doesn’t work. That’s one of the reasons when I’m sitting on my show, I’m thinking I’m just tired. Because at some point this can’t even help my future. You know, you would want to think that it would help your future.

I don’t know if apologizing is going to work. It’s great to go back and say, “I’m sorry and I learned from the mistake.” But the damage is done and people saw it. You can do some stuff and people will tune out and never tune back in. It’s sort of like putting a bad taste in somebody’s mouth. Some people may not ever tune in again. You could’ve damaged your career. The person that was looking at you to do something, they may not want to use you now. I can’t take it.

And producer Hit-Boy had the honor of being asked up on stage (only other person to get that other than Rihanna) and tweeted:

“HOV didn’t just really call me on stage in Paris to crowd surf. The Roc family is too real. I’m the 2nd person only to ever grace WTT stage.”

And chillin' in VIP, Kelly, Michelle, Bey, Dream Spike (and we also hear Amar'e Stoudemire and his baby moms were there too) partied it up while The Throne took the stage:

Queen Latifah; I did NOT Come out!

On May 19, actress/rapper/HSN mogul Queen Latifah performed at the 2012 Long Beach Lesbian & Gay Pride Event. And , of course, folks around the net assumed this was her way of "coming out of the closet." 
Now, she's addressing the rumors that she "came out" during her performance. She told Entertainment Weekly,

“That definitely wasn’t the case. I’ve never dealt with the question of my personal life in public. It’s just not gonna happen.”

But don't take Queen's statement as a diss to the LGBT community. She continued,

“To me, doing a gay pride show is one of the most fun things. My first show that paid more than $10,000 was in a gay club on New Year’s Eve in San Francisco. Tupac happened to be in town, so he came to kick it with me. This was the early ’90s. And the boys were like, ‘Take your shirt off, Tupac!’ He wasn’t doing that. But we had a blast in there.”

Queen also addressed the bullying that many people in the community experience, saying,

“I know that the most important thing and the only thing I have to give is love. When people are going through hatred and bullying, the biggest thing to fight that is love. So that’s all I encouraged my audience to do that night: to share their light and share their love. Period.”

Idris Elba: ‘The Less I Talk About Being Black, The Better’

In a recent interview with Vulture, Idris Elba was quoted as saying “The less I talk about being black, the better.”
The quote can be very misunderstood and will quite possibly could set off a firestorm in the media. The entire statement that goes with the quote reads: better.”
“I’m so bored of answering that. Are there differences between black actors’ opportunities and white actors’ opportunities? Yes, there are. It’s been said. I’d rather a young black actor read about success as opposed to how tough it was. I get these roles because I can act and that’s it. Hopefully that’s it. The less I talk about being black, the better.”

Idris Elba will also be playing Nelson Mandela in an upcoming biopic about the African leader.

Lil Wayne Banned From OKC vs Spurs Game

Sources are saying Lil Wayne was dissed last Thursday night at the Thunder vs. Spurs game, when he tried to get in, but he was turned down at the door. Wayne tweeted this:

According to sports blogger Jill, their may be a beef between Lil Wayne and OKC star James Harden! Word is Harden is in love with rapper Trina, the two are seen hugging below at after one of his games. But just a few days ago Weezy also professed his love for Trina. Insiders say Harden may be jealous and got Weezy banned from the arena.

Well, Thunder execs cleared all this mess up by saying Lil Wayne is welcome to attend playoff games in Oklahoma City, but he needs to buy a ticket just like everyone else. I know that’s right!!
