Couples Feud: Tyson Beckford Claims He ‘Made’ Model Girlfriend Shanina Shaik, She Responds
Super hot model Tyson Beckford has been in the fashion/beauty and modeling industry for quite some time, and he’s no stranger to a pretty face. Now that he’s got his own little 21 year old dime piece on his arm– it looks like Mr. Beckford can’t take the heat of not always being the more beautiful one in the relationship.
Girlfriend Shanina Shaik was supposedly (according to Tyson) introduced to the whole world by him and now that she’s such a budding, glowing star the 41 year old model seems to want more of the spotlight back than what he’s already got.

Tyson spoke recently in an interview about his girlfriend who’s 20 years his junior, where he made claims of “making her.” Yes, almost like a Ray J statement. Beckford stated, “When I found her she was a regular girl. I helped place her with the right people, get her teeth cleaned, her body toned up. Everything changed and now everyone wants a piece of her. I hear people say, “You can do better than Tyson.” I’m like, “Really? Really?! I created her!”?’” He also shares, “I used to get ‘He’s too good-looking’ but I haven’t heard that in a long time.” If that’s any indication of his insecurities…

Yikes. So naturally, when his lady caught wind of his statements she simply shared with GG, “”I did not take his comments seriously. He has always supported me. But he did not make me. My mother made me.” Then through her absolutely perfect smile she said, “He’s in the dog house, but I’ll let him out if he’s good.”

Michael Jordan looking to sell the Charlotte Bobcats if team doesn’t turnaround?
Does Michael Jordan have plans to sell the Bobcats should he not be able to put a comptetive product on the floor and turn a profit? That’s what recent reports are saying. The New York Daily news is reporting that Jordan has directed Bobcats GM Richard Cho to start prepping a rebuilding plan and if things don’t start to change in the next 3 to 4 years, Jordan will look to sell the team.

Of course Jordan has come out to deny this report but let’s examine this from a business perspective. The Charlotte Bobcats claimed losses of $20 million last season and are headed for more this year. Previous owner Bob Johnson also had a hard time sustaining the franchise in Charlotte and the Hornets started out successfully but left because the city wouldn’t fund a new arena. Well, there’s a new arena now with a legend at the helm. There was a decent run a few seasons ago but mostly, there’s been nothing.
What we do know is that Michael Jordan as a basketball executive hasn’t been pretty. Remember the mess he left the Wizards in. Remember the fact that he selected Kwame Brown with the first pick of the XXXX draft. Then proceeded to tear him down instead of developing him…
His executive selection hasn’t been the greatest either but, he now has former Thunder assistant GM Cho in the fold and again, if you believe the initial report, he’s told Cho that he wants him to follow the “Thunder” model to build the team up.
One way or another, something has to change. Remember, Jordan was one of the owners willing to lose the season during the lockout. Even with the denials from his end, it’s still got to be a thought he’s bouncing around in his head. Plus, the report said 3 or 4 years down the line.

That falls in line with building a contender and if that fails tapping out after a 5 year try.Just my thoughts.

Michael Ealy Breaks Down ‘Think Like A Man, and Relationships!!
Michael Ealy is gearing up for his starring role in the romantic comedy Think Like A Man. And he’s dishing up dating advice…like not listening to “dumb ass friends”.
During a recent interview with The Huffington Post, the Golden Globe nominee discussed preparing for the role, relationship advice and his return to Broadway.

What are your thoughts of “Think Like A Man” after watching it for the first time?
As an actor, to watch yourself on that big screen the first time that I see it, I’m always a big critic of what I’ve done. But what I really got out of it was watching the dynamics between the other couples, which really kind of made the movie so much fun to watch. You really fall for these characters and that’s a testament to good performances and good directing.

How would you describe your character, Dominic?

Dominic is the dreamer, and he finds himself in love with Lauren, who is a very career-driven woman, and basically is having a really hard time finding his focus and his drive to execute what he wants out of life. In meeting his muse, who’s played by Taraji [P. Henson], the character of Lauren, he finds the execution, he finds the self-motivation. It’s just a great character arc.
Did you incorporate any past dating experiences into the role?

I definitely paid homage to a few people that I dated in my past who I’ve met and felt like, “Okay, you’re a dreamer, you just don’t have the execution right now.” There’s something very beautiful and compelling about someone who has ambition and someone who knows what they want, but it can get a little frustrating at times, so I understand that. I have sympathy for that. And so I tried to play him accordingly, I tried to give him a little bit of vulnerability and a dreamer’s sensibility. He’s just one of the boys. He’s not a standout guy, so he listens to his boys for all kinds of bad advice. But don’t we all? [Laughs]

In your opinion do you think more women should think like men?

Not really. I think women should have insight as to how men think. Just like men should have insight into how women think. One of the things that this movie does is, everybody looks at the dating game as just that: a game. But with this movie we bring you through that with the gamesmanship and “I’m doing this and you’re doing that,” and all of that chess-playing back and forth. But what brings this movie home in the end is the fact that everyone feels a sense of connection with the other person, which surmounts the gamesmanship. And everybody is able to put the games away and be themselves and that’s where they find the true connection.

Mary J. Blige Burger King Ad Pulled Offline

MAG FAB Solange and Mel B!
Solange Knowles has been flaunting her fab style all over the place lately. And her latest display is for the 10th Anniversary Issue of COMPLEX Magazine. Check out what the self-assured fashionista had to say in a game of "Would You Rather" about why powerful women love being sexually dominated and why she protects her loved ones at all costs (but needs boxing lessons from "Love & Hip Hop's Chrissy!).
In a top by Kenzo and skirt by Margarita Sapala in the April/May 2012 issue of COMPLEX magazine, the fashion loving deejay & Carol's Daughter spokeswoman is giving intimate details on what/who she'd rather be.

And Solange's answers may surprise you.

I’d rather be submissive than dominant. Strong, independent women share this sentiment of wanting to be taken over sexually behind closed doors. It’s the natural balance for a woman like me.

I’d rather live in the U.S. than Europe. I talk shit about the American way, and how much more together Europe is as a society, but traveling as much as I have, there are lots of things I appreciate about home. I plan on living in Europe at some point, but for now I’m good in Brooklyn.

I’d rather be on the cast of Love & Hip-Hop than Project Runway. I’ve never seen Project Runway, but I’m a huge Chrissy [Love & Hip-Hop star Christine Lampkin] fan. I’d need to take boxing lessons from her first though, nahmean?

I’d rather be the cool aunt than the authoritative aunt. The closer my sister came to motherhood, the more stern she was with my son, Julez, but when he was between the ages of 1 and 4, she put the s in spoiling. I had to deal with the cool aunt for seven years, and I’m ready for payback! Late nights, candy binges—I’m doing it all!

I’d rather have known my parents when they were younger than only know them as my parents. My mother was the most stylish, flawless woman I’ve ever seen. My father had a little cool, but my mother was a different breed of cool. I’ve looked through photographs of her that inspire me today. She’s partied at Studio 54, hung out in ski chalets in Colorado, and played Cleopatra in a play in Egypt. She’s insanely cool in her 50s, but I wouldn’t pass up being with her in her prime!

I’d rather be the protector than the protected. I’m naturally the protector—being a mother and having a famous family. You have to navigate when it’s right to protect. I’ve made mistakes, but just know, if you step to me and mine, me and Chrissy gon’ have to fuck you up.

And on the cover of the UK's FABULOUS Magazine: Mel B Dishes On Being A "B*tch" In FABULOUS
"Dancing With The Stars Australia" host Mel B. is flaunting that envious post-3-babies bod for the cover and spread.
Check out the pics and interview highlights below:

And if you're wondering about those rumors that her husband Stephen forced her to lose weight and if she's the b*tch everyone says she is, here's what Mel had to say about it all herself:

On the bitter fall out with family members:
“I love my family – simple as that – but my own family come first, completely. Stephen comes first with my kids, completely. People are always going to judge what they don’t understand or know about, and I think you [her family] are obviously very unhappy and I feel sorry for you.”

On her husband: “Stephen is a great husband and a great father. I’ve always been very self-sufficient – in high times and low times. The difference is that I am reliant on Stephen and he’s reliant on me and I’ve never been like that before. I trust him 100 per cent with my life.”

O

n if Stephen bullied her into losing weight after she gave birth to their daughter Madison: “Not at all. He always says it’s been like having three different women with me – he’s been with me when I was totally ripped, when I was huge and when I’m just a bit more curvy like I am now.”

On the biggest misconceptions about her: “I think the biggest misconception is that I’m a bitch. Lots of people think I am, but it doesn’t actually bother me…. My problem is I am always completely honest. If I don’t like someone, I just say so, I come right out with it and that can upset people. But I believe in saying what you think. I have high expectations of myself and people around me. But I am always unbelievably professional.

On how she lost the baby weight: “I was very focused. I had a plan and I stuck to it. I’ve never been a skinny minny and never will be, I just want to look good.”

On hopes of a Spice Girl reunion: “I always want a Spice Girls reunion, but it’s not up to me. We’re getting together for the Spice Girls musical so we’ll just see.

The exciting event, which took place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, was presented by ACM and brought out country music stars of all kind - along with Lionel's two lovely daughters, Nicole Richie and her younger half-sister, Sofia.

Stephon Marbury looses L.A. Mansion in Foreclosure Auction
Another one bites the dust! NBA millions once again goes down the drain as another NBA player preys victim to foreclosure. I didn’t even know Stephon was no longer in the league. According to TMZ it’s a good thing Stephon Marbury‘s making bank playing ball in China — because his L.A. mansion was just sold at a foreclosure auction.
According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Stephon owed $3.1 million on the 7-bdrm 8-bath 8,000 sq. ft. L.A. property — and the house was just sold to a lucky buyer for $2.275 million.
The docs don’t say whether the bank plans to go after Marbury for the balance — or if this settles his debt.
Stephon just won a championship playing basketball for the Beijing Ducks in the Chinese Basketball Association —

NICOLE ARI PARKER COVERS VIV MAGAZINE
Nicole Ari Parker graces the cover of the spring 2012 issue of VIV Magazine. The actress will make her Broadway debut alongside Blair Underwood in A Streetcar Named Desire. In winning the Broadway role of Tennessee Williams’ character Blanche Dubois, Nicole Ari Parker got the part of a lifetime — and an opportunity to explore her own feelings about aging and dependence.

“The greatest gift of getting to play the role of Blanche Dubois is that it’s reminded me to never give up. No matter if you get knocked down, stretched to your limit, lost your light and 20 very real years go by. And in some way I think that is the tragic beauty of Blanche. Even at the end, after all she has endured, she in her own special way, doesn’t give up.”

Karrine Steffans New Book
Karrine Steffans started her own publishing house and her first offering is an anthology of one night stands fueled by alcohol...
From Karrine.com

Drink F**k Sleep is a collection of essays depicting regrettable sexual experiences wherein alcohol was involved either before, during, or after. With gripping, personal accounts of tragic, heart-wrenching, sexually boundless, ultra-erotic, emotionally numbing, mind thrilling, and scintillating experiences, the featured writers narrow the divide between what people project and what they protect. It serves as a series of precautionary tales, as well as proof of life and the parallels of the human condition, regardless of our socioeconomic stations.
Yeah, that's how she describes it, but when you read it just sounds like porn. Go here from some excepts.
