Will Smith parties with a “hot blonde” in Miami, Jada was “nowhere in sight”

Back in August, In Touch Weekly had an “exclusive” cover story, all about Will Smith and Jada Pinkett, and how their 14-year-marriage was/is on the rocks. Will and Jada denied the story at the time, but the effort totally seemed half-hearted. Part of the story was that Jada had an affair with Marc Anthony while both were married, and while they were working together on HawthoRNe. Jada and Will made some noise about suing, but nothing has been filed and the story is still sitting out there, being mentioned in every report about Will and Jada now. Anyway, a few months passed and there were new rumors about their marriage being in trouble. Will seems to be living permanently in Miami, while Jada is in NYC and LA. There are claims that both are “tired of faking it” and that Will is acting like a bachelor down in Miami.

Now The Enquirer has “exclusive” photos of Will partying with a “hot blonde” in South Beach. We can’t use the photos, so let me describe them – blurry Will Smith in the same frame as a Kristen Wiig-looking girl. Here’s more from the Enquirer:
With his 14-year-marriage teetering on the brink of divorce, Will Smith was caught partying in trendy South Beach with a hot blonde. Exclusive photos obtained by The Enquirer show Will with the unidentified blonde as the drinks and good times flowed at one of the Miami area’s ritziest romantic hideaways.

Meanwhile, Jada Pinkett Smith was nowhere in sight.

Will enjoyed his freedom by hitting South Beach on three nights. On Dec. 18, Will turned up at the upscale Sardinia restaurant with the blonde and a group of friends.

“He was fascinated by the woman,” a source at the restaurant told The Enquirer. “Several times I saw him put his hand on her arm. He was paying little attention to other people at the table. Then when they left and were waiting for their cars, he was shadowboxing and clowning around for her – and she was totally into him!”
On his other nights on the town, Will visited the exclusive eatery Casa Tua with buddies and several women, and he later enjoyed dinner with pals at Prime 112, one of his favorite eating spots.

“Will was behaving like a bachelor, and Jada seemed to be the last thing on his mind,” added the source.

I get that some (many) of you think that Will and Jada’s marriage is some kind of mutual bearding situation, and although I like conspiracy theories, I always bought that Will and Jada had a solid marriage. Was it a marriage with secrets and perhaps some Xenu-related drama? Sure. But… I like Will Smith. I always believed that he was a decent man. Is he screwing around on Jada?  The Chain of Fools singer was reported to have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer - claims Ms Franklin denied.

However, she did undergo an unidentified surgery in December that year and she had cancelled concerts and personal appearances up until May.
Her more transformed physique has now promoted rumours she underwent gastric bypass surgery.
But Ms Franklin said in a recent interview that she 'would never' go under the surgeon's knife for weight loss surgery.
Asked if she had had a gastric bypass, Ms Franklin replied: 'Definitely not - and would not. I heard that rumour. I said, "That is crazy." It definitely was not the bariatric or, what is it, gastric... Yeah, I can't even tell you the correct name of it.

'It's really not necessary to talk about one's personal medical health.'

Ms Franklin also addressed the rumours about reports she had pancreatic cancer and said: 'There was just so many wild things out there and just so many things being said that weren’t true…

'I just felt I needed to address it a little.'
'I don’t know where pancreatic cancer came from, she states. 'I was sitting there reading the newspaper and it was saying someone in my family said that.'
She clarified: 'No one in my family ever said that to anybody.'
Although she did not state what the nature of her health concerns were, the Baby I Love You hit-maker said that her doctors believe the surgery she had 'is going to add 15 to 20 more years' to her life.

Paula White Officially Appointed Senior Pastor of Zachery Tims' Fla. Church…But Riva Timms is suing to stop it!

 New Destiny Christian Center announced last week that Paula White is the new senior pastor of the Florida megachurch the late Zachery Tims founded 15 years ago with his ex-wife, Riva Tims, who is also suing the Florida megachurch. 

After weeks of speculation that White, who currently leads Without Walls International Church in Tampa, would be taking over leadership duties for the Apopka church, NDCC administrators confirmed the rumors in a press release.

"We celebrate the continuation of a vision, a vision launched back in 1996 with the founding of New Destiny Christian Center as a non-denominational church with a multi-cultural mission," read the statement attributed to Board of Directors member Elder Marguerite Esannason, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

"The central directive of this ministry has always been to build people of purpose, power and prayer. We believe Pastor Paula will continue to make New Destiny a church for all people, reaching out to the hurting and the lost by touching lives and helping individuals overcome the disabling challenges of life."

The decision comes amid an announcement from Riva Tims during a press conference Thursday morning that she has filed a lawsuit against New Destiny, which she reportedly called her "heritage and legacy."
"I'm here to declare to you today that as a founder of New Destiny Christian Center, that I am the real mother," Tims said at the press conference, according to Central Florida News 13.

The lawsuit claims church bylaws position her as the heiress apparent to the Apopka megachurch, the Orlando Sentinel reported. Ms. Tims' attorney, Attorney Robert Gibson, said that it was not up to the Board of Directors to choose Zachery Tims' successor, but that the decision should be made by church members.

Ms. Tims, mother to the four children her late husband left behind, helped co-found the 8,000-member New Destiny Christian Center in 1996 in Apopka, Fla. The pair divorced in 2009 after Zachery Tims reportedly had an extra-marital affair. Ms. Tims eventually founded her own church, Majestic Life Ministries in Orlando.

Tims, who flew to New York to identify her ex-husband's body and spoke from NDCC's pulpit days after his Aug. 12 death, revealed Dec. 22 that she had tried to meet with NDCC's board members as well as White, but was turned away.
"To the members of NDCC, I know there is a lot going on for you all right now. ... The children and I feel the same concerns many of you have expressed to me. Please know that even though the Board including Paula White refused to meet with me as the co-founder of NDCC on behalf of my children, I have a resolve that God is ALMIGHTY and HE is the righteous judge. Continue to pray for God's perfect will and that the Spirit of Truth will continually be manifested," NDCC's former first lady wrote in a Facebook post.

When it was announced that a search was on for a successor to fill the role left behind by 42-year-old Zachery Tims, there were apparently expectations from NDCC members and supporters of the first family that Riva Tims would be somehow involved in the process.
Riva Tims responded at the time to the calls for her involvement at NDCC, saying she had not been approached by church administrators.
The NDCC congregation was recently given a survey asking for their choice on a new senior pastor, but only White was listed, which reportedly upset some members.

Members of the Florida megachurch have held protests, demanding that board members resign from their position if they actually intended to reveal White, 45, as senior pastor. Some members reportedly plan to take legal action and have called for a boycott of Sunday services.

Riva Tims' supporters also rallied outside of the Apopka church demanding that NDCC's co-founder be considered for leadership.
When The Christian Post contacted New Destiny on Dec. 16 regarding speculation of White's appointment, executive administrator Minister Samuel Anderson declined to comment.

White, whose Without Walls International Church was co-founded with ex-husband Randy White in 1991, told NDCC congregants after Tims' death that she had considered the charismatic preacher as her "spiritual son."

The Tampa minister, who has twice divorced, will reportedly be a non-voting member of NDCC's Board of Directors and will answer to directors as well as the Board of Regents.
"I will come to my new assignment with a servant's heart, humbled by this great responsibility and grateful for the confidence the board has shown in naming me Senior Pastor," White said in a statement, according to the Orlando Sentinel. "I will work tirelessly each day to ensure that the mission of this church is fulfilled and that its ministry and congregation remain united and strong."

CP has made repeated attempts to speak with White or a representative at Without Walls International Church.
Riva Tims is not alone in voicing her opposition to White's appointment as senior pastor of New Destiny.

Lupe Fiasco Again Waiting On His Label When It Comes To The Release Of His New Album

Lupe Fiasco has yet again found himself in a tug of war with his label Atlantic Records over the release of his new album. 

The year 2012 is starting off with a bit of déjà vu for Chicago rapper Lupe Fiasco. According to Lupe he’s yet again waiting on Atlantic Records when it comes to the release of his next studio album, Food & Liquor II.
"The Lupe [Fiasco's Food & Liquor II] album is [coming out] hopefully. It's not on me," Lupe Fiasco explained to AOL’s The Boombox. "It's not done yet. I'm waiting on my record company, ain't nothing changed. Same business, it's on them."

Lupe was in the same predicament last year when his label constantly delayed the release of Lasers which was eventually released in March 2011. A petition was even released by fans demanding that Atlantic Records release the album.
While the rapper waits for Atlantic Records to give the go ahead for Food & Liquor II, Lupe revealed that he plans on doing a bit of touring prior to the release of the album.

"We got a big tour coming up in Australia in April, and we got a couple things sprinkled through the top part of the year," said Lupe. "Nothing real crazy, we're going to wait until the album drops to really go hard."

Authorities in California arrested a German man in connection with dozens of suspected arson attacks that destroyed parked cars, scorched buildings and rattled much of the nation's second-largest city over the New Year's weekend.

Harry Burkhart, 24, was booked for investigation of arson of an inhabited dwelling and was being held without bail, authorities said.

 Burkhart was arrested earlier in the day because he resembled a 'person of interest' captured on surveillance video, reportedly telling authorities 'I hate America' as he was arrested.

He was stopped by a reserve sheriff's deputy in a van being sought by arson investigators.
Fifty three blazes have flared since Friday in Hollywood, neighbouring West Hollywood and the San Fernando Valley, causing about $3million in damage.
According to Los Angeles Police Department Chief Charlie Beck, Burkhart is believed to a foreign national from Germany.
It is thought his mother is said to have faced a deportation hearing in Los Angeles County within the last two weeks.

Firefighters have not responded to any other suspicious fires since Burkhart was detained, Moore said.
Investigators were still busy Monday mapping out the sequence of the blazes, examining more than 100 clues and interviewing witnesses.
The fires left behind a trail of smouldering debris. Police urged residents to check their cars for any signs of tampering and to take simple precautions such as locking vehicles, keeping garage and carport lights on at night and reporting suspicious activity.

 Despite the arrest, authorities continued to urge vigilance.

'We're not resting, and we're not stopping" the extra patrols, police Commander Andrew Smith said. 'If you have lights in your carport area, keep them on tonight.'
Some other deliberately set fires were reported Thursday in Hollywood, and two people were arrested. But police said today that those suspects were not connected with the rash of other blazes.
Rick Savage, who was there when a man believed to be Burkhart was arrested, said a group of witnesses gave him the finger when he was sitting in the back of the squad car, and he smiled in response.
He told the LA Times: 'It was creepy. For the past three nights, it's been freaking me out.'
Mr Savage said he was awake because he has been nervous about the string of arsons in recent days in his and other nearby neighbourhoods.

 He said he had downloaded a police scanner application onto his iPad and went to the area at about 3:15am after hearing reports that authorities had tracked a person of interest in the case.

At a press conference, Los Angeles Police Chief Charlie Beck said: 'I feel very good that we've got the right guy. He had the right stuff in his van, and we are very confident we found our man.'

 The arrest was made after police released grainy surveillance video showing a man at a parking garage that was the scene of one of dozens of the suspicious car fires.

It is not known if the 'person of interest' is the same man as shown on the video surveillance and officials said it was 'too early to speculate'.
Police declined to say what evidence tied the cases together or give more information about how the fires were set.
Law enforcement sources told the Times that detectives were concerned that releasing more information could prompt the arsonist or arsonists to change tactics and encourage copycats.

DVDs were distributed yesterday featuring footage of the person of interest, a white male between 20 and 30 years old with a receding hairline and a shoulder-length ponytail.
He was seen on video on Saturday after emerging on foot from inside an underground parking structure on Hollywood Boulevard where a car fire was reported.
Battle: Firefighters try to put out an apartment fire that started from one of the 12 new carport fires set by an arsonist early Monday morning

 The outbreak of arson fires has left a trail of smoldering debris in Hollywood, West Hollywood, North Hollywood and the Fairfax district of Los Angeles since Thursday.

Authorities said they were investigating a total of 43 suspicious fires. Most of those fires were set in parked cars. In several cases, flames have jumped to carports and apartment units.
A reward of $60,000 had been offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the arsonist.
Detectives had been working round the clock to try and arrest the man responsible.
Police Cmdr Andrew Smith said: 'They are working on hundreds of clues, interviewing dozens of witnesses, picking up countless pieces of evidence.'

 Extra patrols were out in force on New Year's Eve. One of Saturday's attacks occurred at the Hollywood and Highland entertainment complex, a popular tourist destination and hotspot for holiday revelers.

Firefighters responded to a report of a small car fire in a parking structure that was out by the time they arrived.
Police urged residents to check their cars for any signs of tampering and take simple precautions such as locking their cars, keeping garage and carport lights on at night and reporting suspicious activity.
Police officials were working with Sheriff's Department detectives, city and county fire investigators and members of the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.

The arson attacks have left a trail of smouldering debris across the city since Thursday after dozens of fires were set. Most were set in parked cars and in several cases, flames spread to carports and apartments.
Fire crews said this recent spate has been unusual because of the frequency and location of the fires. Crews have been responding to other emergencies despite the focus on solving the arsons, fire spokesman Erik Scott said.
'We are not going to rest,' Los Angeles Fire Department assistant chief Pat Butler said at a joint police-fire news conference. 'We are going to work tirelessly.'

Fire dispatch supervisor Robert Diaz said most of the fires were put out before they could spread. 

Though some of the fires spread and damaged homes and apartments, none have brought injuries.
'We're pulling out all the stops,' fire department spokesman Brian Humphrey said. 'We're hoping that the person or people responsible will be brought to swift and complete justice.'
At least 16 more cars were set alight over a three-hour period early Saturday. Authorities have offered at least $60,000 for information leading to the capture of the arsonists.

San Fernando fire captain George Villegas told ABC News some people have been questioned in connection to the blazes.
'We've detained a number of people, none that we can say are legitimately connected to this investigation at this point,' he said.

West Hollywood Mayor John Duran heatedly spoke directly to the person or persons suspected of starting the fires, reports the LA Times. 

'What were you thinking?' he said. 'This is the most dense part of Los Angeles. If you’re trying to say something, this is not the way to say it.'
One of the blazes happened at the former home of late Doors lead singer Jim Morrison, who died in Paris in 1971 aged just 27.
He used to live in the house with girlfriend Pamela Courson in the 1960s and it provided the inspiration for the Doors' song ‘Love Street’.
The home was listed for nearly $1.2million earlier this year, according to real estate website Zillow.com.

Witness Sandy Gendel said he heard explosions from what he later determined were likely car tires.
He saw flames 30 feet high coming from the deck of the house and a gutted Mazda Miata.
'It was just like a towering inferno,' Gendel said.
Other Hollywood residents recounted their fear as the fires spread.
'I woke up really scared,’ evacuated resident Daniel Meza told KABC. ‘I heard somebody saying, “Fire, fire”. The smoke was in my face.’

Mr Meza had to run and get his little sister as well as wake up his parents and tell them all to get out of his block of flats.
‘It was a long, tough night,’ a Los Angeles County fire spokesman said, adding that the department does not yet have any suspect description.
'Thank goodness no one was seriously injured or killed,” Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa said at an afternoon news conference on Friday, where he was joined by county and West Hollywood officials. 

‘If you see something, say something,’ the L.A. County fire spokesman said.
County supervisor Zev Yaroslavsky told Msnbc.com that the county is putting up $25,000 and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is adding another $10,000.
Yaroslavsky added around $350,000 worth of damage was caused to property in West Hollywood by the fires on Friday alone.

Chris Brown Speaks of His Weird New Year’s Resolution

Chris Brown has rather weird and uncommon resolution for the year 2012. According to his manager, he will not talk to the press or do any form of interview in 2012.

According to sources from Hot 106 in Rhode Island, the star’s manager Tina Davis revealed this in an interview with Billboard. Tina said that Chris Brown will not be doing any interviews with any magazine or newspaper. Instead, he will pay attention to performing and recording, which sounds pretty fair. His manager added that he’s not trying to be rude or selfish or disrespectful to anyone. If anyone has to judge him, they should judge him for his talents.

Chris Brown is actually lucky that he has succeeded to be back on track after a 2009 incident with his girlfriend Rihanna. He violently beat his superstar girlfriend when he was 19 and was later sentenced to five years of labor-intensive probation and a year of domestic violence prevention classes. That could have been the end of his career. In fact, most people would simply step aside from the industry. however, Chris Brown did not lose hope and continued to record and release albums. But as you can guess, he was receiving negative feedback from Top 40 radio, his album didn’t sell, his material stopped being promoted and he literally disappeared from the industry.

But he didn’t stop trying. His patience paid off in 2011 as his first No. 1 album was on the Billboard 200 chart this year. According to Keith Caulfield, a chart expert at Billboard, “he has had a banner year.”

Although he’s back on track with huge success and with potential in the new year, some people still refer to the “2009 incident” saying that it was all Rihanna’s fault. According to sources, teenagers were interviewed where they said Rihanna deserved it. And here’s what Casey Corcoran, former director of the Boston Public Health Commission’s Start Strong Initiative had to say about the incident:

“Close to 50 percent of the young people we surveyed thought that Rihanna was actually responsible for the incident.”

Whether it’s an analytical opinion or just a straight statement because of being a fan of Chris, it’s true that the incident is over and Chris has got a career ahead of him. Let’s see how he continues to rise up in the industry in the year 2012.

Pastor Mase Sued for $35k

Pastor Mase, who was last heard from when he got arrested in Trannie Central Atlanta is being sued for running off with $35,0000 in jewels...

Getting sued for $35,000 definitely does not feel so good to rapper Mase -- especially when he claims he doesn't even have any obligation to pay the money in the first place!

Mase has been fighting an ongoing legal battle with Aydin and Company, a jeweler in Atlanta, since the summer. According to legal docs filed in Georgia, they claim Mase owes them $35,000 dating alllllll the way back to 2005. 

 
According to court filings, the jewelers haven't been able to serve Mase with legal papers after trying multiple times at his Georgia home -- each time being turned away by staff who say he isn't there. They claim he's been ducking them for months and they had a process server file an affidavit in the case ... stating Mase is "evading service."

For his part, Mase filed papers asking for the suit to be dismissed ... claiming improper service and the fact that he never signed the "alleged contract at issue in case."

The jewelers want their money, attorneys fees and 1.5% interest per month on the money he owes.

The first class cabin of Qantas's A380 super-jumbos looks astonishingly like the U.S.S. Enterprise in Star Trek - although you'll have to settle for earthly routes such as London to Sydney and Sydney to Los Angeles.
The interior, designed by Marc Newson includes LCD touch panels, leather seating, plants, sheepskin-covered full-length beds and more than 1,000 videos to choose from.

The central area (pictured top) is provided for flyers to stretch their legs and sit down for a drink.
Each berth even has a dresser for storing clothes - naturally, pyjamas are provided.

Reports swirled around the net that Drake brought his ex girlfriend to his NYE performance in NYC's Times Square. All just days after video vixen Dollicia Bryan confirmed via her rep that she and Drizzy were indeed dating.

We've now learned that Drake and Dollicia had a big blowout fight right before Drizzy left for NYC. And it was all over his colored contacts.
The two were dining at Villa Blanca in LA. We're told that Dollicia told Drake she didn't think it was a good look for him to wear hazel-colored contacts. Drake supposedly got upset and offended. And as the argument escalated, people in the restaurant witnessed Dollicia just get up from the table and walk away. Drake left the restaurant pissed afterwards.

While this all sounds superficial and crazy, we're not surprised at all. I’m told Dollicia stayed in Los Angeles for New Year's. Oh wells...Happy Nu Nu!...LOL!
