Adele gives fans a reason to weep: No new album for another 2-3 years…

Billboard magazine has honoured Adele on the cover of their December 2011 ‘Year in Music’ issue. In an interview with the magazine, the 23-year-old says fans may have to wait for two or three years before she drops another new album. The curvy singer confirms she has not even begun writing songs for her next studio album. Here’s the quote that will sting fans the most:

“I’m really looking forward to some time to do nothing. I imagine I’ll be 25 or 26 by the time my next record comes out, as I haven’t even thought about my third record yet”

Which is not entirely true because back in August, she told the very same Billboard that her third studio album would comprise of a more ‘acoustic feel’, and include a fusion of country and bluegrass. Of course those comments were made when she could not have possibly predicted being forced to cancel her entire tour to undergo throat surgery. An extended break could be the best recovery she needs right now, and then she can come back and snatch wigs all over again.

"BBW" star Evelyn Lozada celebrated her 36th birthday with a "Sexy Miami Burlesque" theme recently, and later drove away in a new Maserati, a gift from fiance Chad Ochocinco.

The events was created by event planner Amaris Jones of Elite Home and Lifestyle. And while Teresa hosted about 20 of Evelyn's "real friends" at the home of Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson, they sipped on Ty-Ku Citrus Liqueur.
The party was catered by celebrity Chef David and Erika of "Delishe." And the birthday girl's cake was made by "Divine Delicacies"!

The entire weekend started at Chad's home on Saturday and on Sunday the ladies had a birthday dinner at Prime 112 before hitting hotspot LIV.
Clearly Jennifer is no longer in the circle. Or did Evelyn mail her t-shirt? Chick has a reputation for making shirts that piss her castmates off though...

Michelle Obama Helps Set New Jumping Jacks World Record

*First lady Michelle Obama is a mover and a shaker.Mrs. Obama set a new world record by getting the most people to participate in a day of jumping jacks. She announced Monday that she and 300,265 people participated in becoming the most people doing jumping jacks in a 24-hour period.

The old record is at a mere 20,000 people.

Her goal was to lead some 400 elementary and middle-school students from the capitol in a jumping jacks jump off on the South Lawn of the White House.

The event, which took place on Oct. 11 and 12, was organized by National Geographic Kids magazine, this being the publication’s fifth Guinness World Record…I LOVE MY FIRST LADY!

Waka Flocka Disses Wiz Khalifa and Drake on Dj

Waka took a break from making street hits to stir up some drama.
Waka Flocka caused quite a stir when he jumped on DJ Kay Slay’s Shade 45 radio show to send some not so kind words to Wiz Khalifa .

When discussing rappers who they think are strictly hype, Waka brought up Wiz Khalifa’s name.
“Hey Slay, how you feel about these rap n****s with all this hype?,” asked Waka.
“They ain’t got no swag, they really hype. They hype their way to the top.” Kay Slay replied back and said, “You name a name, I’ll name a name.”
Waka responded, “Wiz. Wiz.” POW POW, shots fired. Im guessing these two will not be collaborating soon.
Speaking of collaborations Waka’s ‘Round of Applause’ crooner Drake has been thrown under the bus too.

Cameron Diaz and P.Diddy/Sean Combs have been boning for a while. CB pointed out that Camy and Sean likely had an affair back in 2008-2009, and since Cameron and Alex Rodriguez split up, it looks like she’s gone back to Sean. I should note, however, that both Sean and Cameron claim that nothing’s happening. Except that they continue to be spotted out together, and eyewitnesses repeatedly claim that they’re making out in public.
Cameron Diaz and Diddy just can’t get enough of each other! On Dec. 10, the pair were spotted partying together at the Dream Downtown Hotel in NYC — and they weren’t hiding their affection.
“They were making out like teenagers,” says an eyewitness.

And it wasn’t their first public sighting together.

As Life & Style first reported, Cameron, 39, began dating Diddy, 42, in October, shortly after her breakup with New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez. Since then, the two have been spotted all over NYC together, having dinner at Catch Roof restaurant on Oct. 24, followed by a stroll through Washington Square Park the next day. A couple of weeks after that, they lunched together at Scarpetta in Beverly Hills.
This isn’t the first time things have turned romantic for the couple: In 2008, they were spotted making out at one of Prince’s house parties in LA.

Page Six also reports that Camy and Sean were “making out” (dry heave) at the Dream Downtown Hotel, so there must have been multiple witnesses. According to Page Six:
Spies said the blond actress… started the night off with dinner at Marble Lane in the lobby with friends. Afterward, the group migrated upstairs to PH-D, where Diddy came to meet Diaz at her table at about 1:15 a.m. After the music mogul ordered multiple bottles of Ciroc, Grey Goose and Patrón, onlookers said Diaz and Diddy were attached to each other all night. 

“They were kissing and making out,” and continued being “very affectionate” while they danced, our sources said.

Diaz and Diddy left the club together with the group just after 3 a.m. This isn’t the first time Diaz has been seen fiddling with Diddy. A Page Six spy saw the pair canoodling over lunch at Scarpetta in Beverly Hills last month following an earlier dinner at Meatpacking District hot spot Catch.
But Diaz’s rep insisted at the time they were discussing a movie project. Her rep still maintains, “They are friends and are not dating.” Diddy’s rep echoed that the two are “just friends.”

I think Cameron and Diddy’s reps are denying the romance because they’re just f–k buddies or whatever. Diddy is always down for something, and Cameron just wants to get laid post-A-Rod. The problem? WHY DIDDY?!?!?!? If you just want to hook up with some dude and it doesn’t matter and emotions aren’t involved, why not just go for some random hot piece? Why Diddy? He’s disgusting. My theory is that Cameron isn’t as happy-go-lucky about aging and stuff as she would have us think. I think whatever went down between Camy and A-Rod messed her up pretty badly – she completely changed while they were dating. She started working out all of the time and looking like a roidy monster, and she had something done to her face – fillers, I’m guessing. All of that doesn’t speak to a woman with a lot of confidence. I hope Camy gets back on track. Poor Cassie out in the cold again!

R. Kelly Selling Chicago Home Facing Foreclosure

*R. Kelly has placed his Chicago home on the market after he was threatened with foreclosure.
The R&B crooner faced losing the property in June after defaulting on his mortgage with JPMorgan Chase Bank. They claimed Kelly had stopped making monthly payments on the suburban property in the summer of 2010, prompting them to take action.
Kelly has now decided to sell off the gated home and has placed it on the market for just under $1.6 million, according to the Chicago Tribune.

The house is just one financial problem facing the singer. Earlier this year, he was hit with a tax lien for $837,000.

Beyonce Unloads Miami Property at a Loss

Making some changes in her life before baby gets here, Beyoncé has sold her Miami beachfront property, but took quite the loss on it.
According to public records obtained by TMZ, the “Love on Top” songstress purchased the tiny cabana located in a swanky condo complex back in 2002 for $465,000.
She recently sold the 190-square foot place with only one ½ bathroom for $110,000, which was below her asking price of $135,000 and way below what she originally paid for it.

The quaint beach house was rumored to be a changing place for B and her guests and for the use of the private bathroom instead of trekking all the way to the condo from the beach and/or pool.

Holiday shoppers' WATCH in horror as 'man stabs his wife to death' in a Walmart and store stays OPEN..WTF!?!

A South Carolina man has been charged with murder in the death of his wife, who was fatally stabbed inside a Greenville County Walmart
But as shoppers looked on in horror, store management roped off the area for homicide investigators and continued to operate as usual.
Avery L Blandin, 46, is accused of killing Lilia Blandin, 38, who worked at the Woodforest Bank inside the discount retail store in Berea.

Greenville County Sheriff's Office Master Deputy Jenning said police were called to at 1:21pm on Saturday to the Walmart at 6134 White Horse Road, where they found Mrs Blandin with stab wounds.

She was transported to the hospital but died shortly after.
Witnesses told deputies they heard a verbal fight between the woman and a male suspect, which escalated to a physical fight.

Shopper Phillip Tallent told local station WYFF4 he was looking for Christmas lights with his family when the horrifying scene unfolded, and he intervened.
Mr Tallent to the station he 'When I looked, I could see a couple of stabbing motions, and I really started to run towards the front (of the store).'
He continued: 'I seen it when (the man) was making a stomping motion at (Lilia Blandin) across her chest and neck area. I picked up the chair and I hit him.'
Mr Tallent said a man deputies identified as Avery Blandin ran towards the door with several witnesses failing in attempts to stop him.

He said the man fled the scene after pulling out a second knife.
'That's when I let him go because I already seen what he did with the first one, so I wasn't going to get involved with the next one,' Mr Tallent said.

Deputies confirmed a male suspect fled the scene. Mr Tallent told WYFF4 he was able to get the tag number of the car the man got into and gave it to investigators.
Walmart company spokesman Dianna Gee told Greenville’s News Channel 4 the company is assisting with the investigation and had turned over surveillance video footage from the store.

'We did, as requested, close our grocery checkout area to allow the police to do their work and provide some level of privacy, given the circumstances,' Ms Gee said.
'This was a senseless act of violence, and our thoughts and prayers go out to the victim’s family during this difficult time.'
Mr Blandin, of Simpsonville, was identified and located after the stabbing when he was involved in a traffic collision.
Deputies said Mr Blandin was taken to Greenville Memorial Hospital to receive treatment for injuries and will later be taken to Greenville County Detention Center to await a bond hearing on Monday.

It was not immediately known if he has an attorney.

Young Jeezy Premieres "A Hustlerz Ambition" Do

Jeezy’s had a premiere for his new documentary A Hustlerz Ambition. the documentary was dope and really exposed a side of Jeezy that is often unseen.

The film is narrated by actor Samuel L. Jackson and shows Jeezy’s rise to fame up until this point. Samuel L. Jackson isn’t the only celeb featured on the documentary.

Big name stars such as Rihanna, T.I., Jay-Z, and hilarious features from his mother and sister.

Jennifer Lopez 'to sell off jewels given to her by Marc Anthony including $4m engagement ring'

Jennifer Lopez's divorce has turned ugly after reports she is selling off all the jewellery Marc Anthony gave her during their seven year marriage.
The singer is even said to want to get rid of her stunning $4m engagement ring in a bid to make a fresh start.

Lopez and Anthony announced their split earlier this year.

'It was true when she split with Ben [Affleck], Diddy [Sean Combs] and obviously Ojani Noa,' the source added.

Hairspray star Nicki Blonsky is working as a shampoo girl in New York to make ends meet.
Actress Nikki Blonsky has taken up a job as a make-up artist in a New York salon to help pay off her bills.

Blonsky, who played Tracy Turnblad in 2007 musical Hairspray, is working at Superstar Hairstylists in her hometown of Great Neck after obtaining a cosmetology license.
The 23 year old insists she is "proud" to be working in the shop, and plans to continue to audition for acting roles.

In posts on Twitter.com, she writes, "It's true I'm workin (sic) at Superstar Salon as a make-up artist & more. I'm proud to be workin & helpin (sic) pay bills but I'll never loose (sic) sight of my dreams... Just cause I'm part time workin doesn't mean I'm gonna give up on my dreams (and) don't give up on yours. I might book something big soon, keep positive."

Earlier this summer (Jul11), Blonsky denied reports she was employed at a shoe store after falling on hard times, telling fans she wanted to "experiment" by working at the boutique….I hope she can get work in the film industry again. I think she’s very talented.

Ross on the viewer response to "Reed Between The Lines":
I don’t know all of the viewers’ reactions. The only access I have is through Twitter, but I feel really proud of what we’ve done … But it’s still very different from what’s been on BET and it takes people a minute either to find it or for their palate to get used to it because it’s not typically found on BET.

On comparisons to "The Cosby Show":
BET seems to be promoting it as the new Cosby, which I don’t think it helpful, and I don’t think makes sense.

On balancing her new responsibility as producer with acting:
I wouldn’t say difficult, but it’s definitely makes for a long day. But it is the kind of full plate that I adore. I adore this kind of work and it’s very rewarding. The producer role very much plays into the kind of person I am.

On how different her style is from her beloved characters, Joan and Carla:
I am different than both of those ladies. I dress sexier than Carla, meaning I wear more form-fitting clothes. I have a little more edge to the way I dress than both of the ladies. And I dress down way more than both of those ladies.

Ross’ advice to single Black women:
I don’t think anybody’s doomed if they’re single. The only thing that dooms you is if you’re not willing to stretch outside of your comfort zone to try different things.

Ne-Yo’s Soft Spot for Children, “I don’t think there should EVER be a forgotten child.”

Ne-Yo, was in D.C. for the last stop in his Annual Compound Foundation Tour. Ne-Yo’s Compound Foundation, joined forces with the Boys and Girls Clubs and Toys for Tots, for it’s annual Giving Tour.

The goal of the tour is to drive community awareness and action as part of its campaign to benefit children in foster care and group homes in Las Vegas, Chicago, Boston and Washington D.C. To date, Ne-Yo’s efforts have provided books, clothing and meals for 3,000 area children ages 3-18.
