Report: Tameka Seeking to Strip Usher of
Child Visitation Rights and More
According
to a report from TMZ, Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Raymond is taking action to take
away his daddy privileges with their two boys. She’s filed court papers in
Georgia asking a judge to strip the Grammy winning performer of joint physical
custody of their children ASAP.
According to the docs, Tameka claims Usher has repeatedly FAILED to obtain her permission to travel outside the state with the kids … which he’s legally obligated to do.
But there’s more … a lot more.
Tameka also claims Usher is required and has failed to:
– get her approval before hiring nannies
– give her first shot to watch the kids when he’s away for more than 8 hours
– allow her to take the kids for 2-weeks in the summer of 2011
– let her have custody of the kids during Christmas break 2010
Tameka also claims Usher closed her Saks 5th Avenue credit card — which he specifically said he wouldn’t do — and now she can no longer take advantage of the “special benefits” the card offers.
According to the docs, Usher also promised to pay $5k per month so Tameka could hire her own nanny for the kids — but he hasn’t paid in months, and now owes $34,000 worth of payments.
Tameka also claims there has been a “substantial change in [Usher's] income” since they got divorced — and because of his success, she should get even more money for child support.
A hearing on the matter is scheduled soon...

The Mother Monster posed for an artsy and provocative spread shot by Annie Leibovitz while speaking with the magazine about everything from relationships to moments of self doubt.
Highlights from Gaga's interview are as follows.
On getting proposed to after a breakup:“How f***ing romantic. Sure, pop a ring on my finger and make it all better. I can buy myself a f***ing ring.”
On her talent getting in the way of relationships:
“If I go to the piano and write a quick song and play it back, they are angry with how fast and effortless it is. That’s who I am, and I don’t apologize for it. Sunday night on episode 4 of "RHOA" Phaedra Parks presented Kandi with a HUGE birthday present in the form of ATL stripper ReDICKulous. Now we've all seen strippers on "RHOA" before....but it's a certain "self-service" act that he might have performed on stage that really set folks like Roland Martin and Kandi's momma off. First some background....Sex toy expert Kandi Burruss celebrated her 35th birthday. So preacher's kid Phaedra Parks hired her client ReDICKulous to do a birthday set. No biggie right? Well....you might remember that Phaedra said last season that she knew a stripper who could give himself oral sex....well...that's him!

one-year-old boy is undergoing surgery after he was shot in a hail of gunfire
which also injured seven other people along a California street.
Hiram Lawrence was apparently shot in the head when an estimated six gunmen targeted a group filming a rap video in Oakland yesterday.
He was in a critical condition and needed an emergency operation to relieve swelling on his brain, relatives said.
He had been driven to the city's Children's Hospital by his father, who also suffered a gunshot wound, it was reported on KTVU-TV.
Oakland Police Lieutenant Robert Chan said: 'We are aware of a one-year-old boy who was shot - possibly in the head - in critical condition right now.'

His cousin, Ailisha Rashard, told KTVU-TV: 'I've got faith in God. He's a strong little boy so he'll be alright.'
Some of those injured arrived in a van covered with ads for Oakland-based rapper Kafani, who was not believed to have been shot.
Investigators searched the van for evidence.

camera mounted on the liquor store captured the entire incident, which will help
police identify suspects and vehicles, it was reported.
The police lieutenant in charge said progress was being made on determining a possible motive in the case, although no information on suspects has been made available so far.

The suspects are still on the loose and no other details are available at the moment.

hosted his annual celebrity bowling event which raises money for the Ryan
Cameron Foundation Leadership Academy. The foundation was created to set a
positive avenue for our youth by developing mentor programs and after school
tutoring.Many of your favorite celebs were in attendance including T.I and
the Harris family, Lil Chuckee,Young Jeezy, Frankie, and many more.
This years theme was all about family. The Ryan Cameron Foundation’s mission statement includes its’ dedicated to creating healthy transitions from childhood to adulthood with resources and programs designed to empower, inspire, educate and encourage positive growth. Through the help of his foundation Cameron has given back 100% of his proceeds to social service and other community organizations which included giving away over 500 Atlanta Hawk tickets to local youth.

Former TLC member T-Boz has just filed for bankruptcy. And it's likely because deadbeat dad Mack 10 owes her $250,000 in child support for their daughter Chase.
In the messed up news of the day, Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins has filed for bankruptcy. She's suffered from a brain tumor and swine flu these last few years. And she has also lived with Sickle Cell disease for several years. So I'm sure the medical bills have been stacking up.
She owes her creditors $768,642.99 mostly from mortgages on her $1.2 million house. Remember back in 2008 when a home in her name was facing foreclosure, and she says her ex-husband and child's father, Mack 10, put it in her name ut it wasn't really hers? No word on if this is the same property in question.
Even after being in one of the most successful girl groups of all time, T-Boz only brings in $1200/month in royalties. And sources report her non excessive spending at $8,821 a month while bringing in $11,700/month in income.

Former Miss Michigan USA Kenya Bell has been revealed as one of the new cast members of the original "Basketball Wives" show. Kenya was arrested just this past May for stabbing her husband, Golden State Warrior Charlie Bell (who ironically gives relationship advice on his own website). And it all happened in front of their 2 children. Supposedly they were in the process of a divorce, but are still technically married.
According to court papers:
The Prosecutor’s office has charged Kenya Bell, former Miss Michigan USA, with assaulting her husband, basketball star Charlie Bell, with a box cutter on Sunday, said Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton.
The assault occurred inside Charlie Bell’s home in Grand Blanc Township in the presence of two children, Leyton said.
Kenya Bell was arraigned in Genesee District Court today on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and domestic violence, according to court records. She was released on $5,000 bond.
