#RHOA: It's Official, Kandi Burruss's Atlanta Restaurant Shooting Lawsuit Is Dropped and can’t be refiled!
Earlier this year, Kandi Burruss announced that she was leaving the drama of Real Housewives of Atlanta behind after 14 seasons. Now, she can leave some of the legal drama resulting from a scary event that happened at one of her restaurants in the past as well.
Back in 2020, three people were injured in a shooting at Kandi’s restaurant, Old Lady Gang. One of the victims was a 14-year-old girl, Kiya Humphries.

In the aftermath, Kiya’s mother Tammy Johnson filed a suit against Kandi and the shopping center where OLG is located. However, court documents show that Tammy has decided to drop the suit.

Via InTouch, court docs show that Tammy asked for the lawsuit to be dismissed with prejudice. So it can’t be refiled, even if new evidence about the shooting emerges.
Per the papers, Kiya, Tammy, and three other family members visited OLG on February 14, 2020. One family member saw two men arguing in the parking lot.

The suit revealed that “Kiya Johnson was near the front of the restaurant in the waiting area not far from the door.”
It continued, “While waiting to be seated at Old Lady Gang, a man entered and was near the front of the restaurant. Shortly afterwards, a second man, who was wearing a red tracksuit, entered Old Lady Gang. Upon information and belief, the men who entered Old Lady Gang were the same men who were arguing in the parking lot prior to the shooting.”
Tammy alleged red tracksuit guy began shooting. One of the bullets struck Kiya in the calf. She needed medical attention, surgery, and therapy.

“Kiya Humphries has experienced severe physical and emotional pain and suffering as a result of the gunshot wound she sustained…”
Additionally, she believed OLG and the shopping center should take greater safety measures. “As a direct and proximate result of the failure of Defendants Old Lady Gang II, LLC and/or Old Lady Gang Concessions, LLC, and/or Old Lady Gang’s Southern Cuisine LLLP to exercise ordinary care in keeping the Old Lady Gang restaurant premises and approaches safe, Kiya Humphries suffered a gunshot wound and severe bodily injury.”

Tammy was seeking unspecified damages in the now-dismissed suit.

#HipHopNews: LL Cool J Annoyed With Rappers Who Only Make Music About Money Says “The Wallet Can’t Un-Corny You.”
Rap icon, LL Cool J, recently voiced his frustration with the current trend of rappers focusing solely on bread in their music. Basically thinks all that repetitive money talk is getting old, tired and outright whack. Maybe we’re embellishing a bit but you get the gist.
It all went down during an interview with Baller Alert, where the “Around the Way Girl” rapper turned NCIS actor went in on his peers for their narrow lyrical content, saying:

”When a rapper comes out, and he’s talking that money talk, you love it. But 12 years later, he’s still talking that money talk, and now you’re looking at him like, ‘Dude, do you have anything else to talk about?’”
LL Cool J is no spring chicken who’s been in a many GOAT conversations so he has the right to make his points on any and all things Hip Hop. At 56, he emphasized the importance of meaningful lyrics, citing Bob Marley as an example:

”He talked about something. He had something to say. And guess what? You don’t care what Bob Marley had in the bank. Because that’s not the metric for success. It’s not the metric for cultural success. Bob Marley did not have to be rich. He was rich in what he did and what he created and what he put in the world. That s**t matters,” he went on to explain.

LL added, “The wallet can’t un-corny you.” Boom, that part.
If you need a history lesson, LL Cool J, born James Todd Smith, achieved commercial success with his debut single “I Need A Beat” in 1984. He continued to release hits like “I Need Love,” “I’m Bad,” and “Mama Said Knock You Out.”

ICYMI, in 2021, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for his significant contributions to music. We listed a few. Basically, he’s a star, and like we said, in the GOAT conversation for a multitude of reasons and if he thinks a lot of these so called rappers are corny then maybe he has a point.

Monica Reunites With WME Talent Agency, Calls Them “The Perfect Partner”

Monica has reunited with WME, the talent agency that represented her in the early days of her career.
“I’m truly excited about this full circle moment to reconnect with WME since that’s where it all started for me with my debut album, ‘Miss Thang!,’” said the “Don’t Take It Personal (Just One Of Dem Days)” singer in a statement.

She continued, “My heart is filled with immense joy as I reunite with my first talent agency for the upcoming 30th anniversary of ‘Miss Thang.’ I’m grateful, humbled and immeasurably thrilled about the possibilities of this reunion! Their exceptional track record and knowledge regarding my brand, both past and present, makes them the perfect partner for myself as an artist, and MonDeenise Productions as a whole. I look forward to working closely with their incredible team and exploring new opportunities.”

WME also confirmed that her new R&B album, MDA, —formerly Trenches — and her long-awaited country album, Open Roads, will both be released later this year. Exact dates have not been announced.
In the meantime, Monica’s been quite busy. She launched her own label, MonDeenise Music, in 2019 with its debut single, “Commitment,” peaking at No. 1 on the Billboard R&B chart.

Recently, she joined Nicki Minaj for a select number of dates on the latter’s Pink Friday 2 tour. Back in June, she and Brandy reunited for the remix of Ariana Grande’s “the boy is mine.” The “So Gone” singer also appeared as a surprise guest during the Atlanta run of Missy Elliott’s Out Of This World tour.

Wesley Snipes On Returning As Blade For ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’: “I Didn’t Think That Marvel Was Into It”
Wesley Snipes recalls how the idea of reprising his superhero role as Blade in Deadpool and Wolverine came about.
Snipes opened up about a call he got from Ryan Reynolds and how he questioned if it would ever happen.

“It started with a text from Ryan Reynolds,” Snipes told Entertainment Weekly.
Snipes joked that when he saw the text and he said, “I hate this guy,” telling Reynolds directly, “You know, this is a joke. We’ve been playing this for like two decades. We’ve actually liked each other the whole time.”

The actor said Reynolds told him he had an idea, but Snipes was hesitant at first, questioning how he would execute it.
“It’s very unlikely,” Snipes said. “And I said, ‘Well, if you can make it happen. Sure. I’ll come and do it.'”

He continued, “I did not think it was possible. I didn’t think he would be able to pull it off. I didn’t think that Marvel was into it. Disney was into it. And also because they had Mahershala, you know, cast for the next upcoming version of it. So, it didn’t make sense to me.”
Snipes first played the superhero in 1998’s Blade, directed by Stephen Norrington. The actor would reprise the role in 2002’s Blade II and 2004’s Blade: Trinity.

In 2019, Marvel confirmed they were working on a Blade reboot starring Ali. The project has been plagued by delays, including the loss of director Bassam Tariq and the writers’ strike.

Blade is now set to be directed by Yann Demange and scheduled for release on November 7, 2025.

'Scream VII' Returns To Roots With Neve Campbell Reclaiming The Lead
"Scream VII" a.k.a. "Scream 7" will embark on a nostalgic journey back to its origins, with the highly anticipated return of Neve Campbell as Sidney Prescott. Campbell, the protagonist of the original four installments, confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that the seventh film will prioritize her character's narrative.
"We are going to follow Sidney," Campbell stated. The concept of focusing on Sidney's journey resonates with the successful return of Jamie Lee Curtis as Laurie Strode in the "Halloween" franchise.
Upon receiving the pitch, Campbell was immediately drawn back to the series. "They did pitch the concept to me, and it's the reason that I jumped on board," she said. While she has not yet received the final script, she is eagerly anticipating its arrival.

Campbell expressed her enduring love for the franchise and her appreciation for its impact. "I love these movies, they are so much fun to be a part of," she enthused. "I'm so grateful for them. I could never have imagined being a part of a movie that would have lasted this many decades."

"Scream VII" will be helmed by Kevin Williamson, the original screenwriter behind "Scream", "Scream 2" and "Scream 4". He also served as a producer on "Scream 3", "Scream (2022)" and "Scream VI".

Following a pay dispute, Campbell initially declined to return for "Scream VI". However, Spyglass Media Group listened to her concerns and offered her a satisfactory compensation for 'Scream VII'. "I'm super grateful that they came around on it," Campbell said.
Currently, Campbell is the only confirmed cast member for "Scream VII". The franchise has been shaken by the departure of Melissa Barrera and Jenna Ortega, both of whom were set to lead the new generation of characters. Courteney Cox is expected to reprise her role as Gale Weathers.

"Scream VII" is set to begin production in December. The franchise's original scribe and director returning marks a significant moment for the series, as it prepares to reconnect with its roots and delve deeper into the story of its iconic protagonist, Sidney Prescott.

US Vice President Kamala Harris, right, arrives for a campaign event in Atlanta, Georgia, US, on Tuesday, July 30, 2024. Harris pledged to find bipartisan agreement on the US-Mexico border at a rally in Georgia, seeking to blunt a line of attack from

Vice President Kamala Harris spoke for a little over 20 minutes, focusing on her political record as a prosecutor, district attorney and the attorney general of California.
"In those roles I took on perpetrators of all kinds, predators who abused women, fraudsters who ripped off consumers, cheaters who broke the rules for their own gain," she told the crowd. "So, hear me when I say, I know Donald Trump’s type."

She also toyed with the idea of debating Trump one day, pointing out that he pulled out of his previously agreed to September debate against Biden after the current president announced he would be dropping out of the race.

"Here's the funny thing about that: So, he won’t debate, but he and his running mate sure seem to have a lot to say about me," she laughed. "And, by the way, don’t you find some of their stuff to just be plain weird? Well, Donald? I do hope you'll reconsider to meet me on the debate stage, because as the saying goes, ‘If you’ve got something to say, say it to my face.'"
Kamala Harris, the presumptive Democratic nominee for president, held a campaign rally at the Georgia State Convocation Center in Atlanta on July 30, 2024.

This was Harris’ first visit to the Peach State since President Joe Biden bowed out of the 2024 race. She has visited Georgia about a half-dozen times this year, making it her 15th visit since becoming vice president.
"I thought she was so eloquent, so presidential, and I think she is so ready to fight for us," said attendee Abby Larimer.

Harris has seen momentum in her presidential bid and appears to have energized both her base and left-leaning independents. She is hoping to keep Georgia in play for the presidential election in November.

In addition, she is hoping to sway Republicans who do not openly support former President Donald Trump. Last week, former Georgia Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan threw his support behind Harris, citing Trump’s incitement of the Jan. 5 riot at the Capitol. She is hoping to win over GOP voters who supported Nikki Haley during the primary elections.

Harris is also hoping to flip the age-related narrative that was used against Biden onto Trump, who is now the oldest presidential candidate at 77.
Harris's rally comes days before an announced rally for her Republican opponents, President Donald Trump and his running mate JD Vance.

Tiffany Haddish Blames 'The Media' For Her Reaction To Seeing A Grocery Store In An African Country
Tiffany Haddish has come under heavy criticism for making a controversial video of her visit to a grocery store in Zimbabwe.
The comedian and actress was called "ignorant" for acting surprised about the quality of the store and pointing out the presence of items like "organic strawberries" and frozen foods.

After being slammed for her behavior, Tiffany Haddish defended herself by claiming that she was only calling out the fake portrayal of African stores by US media.
Haddish has reacted to criticism over the TikTok video she posted of her recent trip to Zimbabwe.

During the visit, the comedian checked out a local supermarket and shared her reaction to the various items available for sale inside.
As she perused the stores, Haddish seemed surprised at how well-stocked the supermarket was and made multiple comments about the size of the building.

In the TikTok clip, she tried to use an "African" accent when she said the word "Zimbabwe." Haddish said, "Hey, y'all. So I'm out here in Zimbabwe? They got a grocery store! It's beautiful."
Haddish then highlighted multiple items she was shocked to find in the store, such as "organic strawberries," "sugarcane," and "dates."

The actress also checked the meat section and said it "didn't smell bad." She was impressed with the presence of a frozen food section and "a whole wall of alcohol."
After the TikTok video went viral, many users criticized Haddish for implying that the store was modern for an African country.
Many slammed the "Night School" actress for her "ignorant" reaction to the grocery store, which is a staple for many African countries.

Some fans even heavily abused Haddish, calling her names like a "f-cking idiot" and saying she mocked Zimbabwean people.
Others questioned what was wrong with the comedian that she had to record a reaction to the supermarket and share it online.
Some users also accused Haddish of perpetuating stupid and harmful stereotypes about Africans and how the countries work.
One comment read, "Peak ignorance!!!!" while another person wrote, "You seriously cannot be this ignorant!!!"

After the TikTok video went viral and received massive criticism, Haddish finally took to X, formerly Twitter, to give an explanation and defend herself from the hate.
According to the "Girls Trip" actress, she was only trying to demystify the foreign media's portrayal of Africa and how people purchase food.
"We got here and I have been eyes full of tears finding out the truth. The media be lying," Haddish said, per TMZ. "I thought I would share 'cause I know people in the USA that believe Africans don't have anything."
Haddish also made it clear that she really enjoyed her time in Zimbabwe and felt much safer there than in her home in Los Angeles.

The actress complimented the natural food and encouraged more people to experience Africa for themselves.
Most of Haddish's comments responding to the criticism were interactions with followers who had called her out for the TikTok post.
One person asked the actress, "Did you think we ate grass?" and she responded with a message about the portrayal of Africa made by US media.
Her reply was, "No. But the media had me thinking all of your foods are purchased in out door [sic] markets with goats and cows just hanging out waiting to be slaughtered. With all kinds of smells and flies everywhere."

In another reply, Haddish explained again that she had a different intention for the TikTok video.
She wrote, "If they would have showed you the whole video you would have seen me say I am demystifying some bullshit that we have been told and showed in America."
Despite Haddish's multiple replies and explanations about the TikTok, some fans only became more frustrated with the comedian.

One person commented, "[You] have access to literally all channels and books for [you] to be this ignorant." Another fan wrote, "You could have done your own research and not depend on the media. I mean, Google is free!"

Fantasia Reveals How Her Struggle to Pay Off Million-Dollar Debt Left Both Her Knees in Shambles

Fantasia has a Grammy Award and multiple NAACP Image Awards, but those accolades in the entertainment industry came at a cost. “The Color Purple” star went through financial hardships, including owing a large debt to the U.S. government.
Forbes caught up with Fantasia at the Atlanta-set ForbesBLK Summit 2024 in June. That conversation featured the “American Idol” season 3 winner explaining how she ended owing Uncle Sam seven figures in back taxes.

“I always tell people that I lost everything twice, and I think that everybody places that with bankruptcy, but for me, it was like I had a bunch of people on my team who said they were handling all the business. I look up and I owe a million dollars, in taxes and because of that my lawyer didn’t show up to court and then they put my house up for auction,” Fantasia recalled in front of an audience

The singer and actress also admitted that money troubles impacted her extended family of about five or six people who lived with her in Charlotte, North Carolina. She eventually paid off the $1 million tax debt. However, Fantasia had to cancel several shows due to an injury in 2018 while trying to make enough money to sustain her lifestyle. She spent the following two years recovering as much as possible.

“In the midst of paying that million dollars, I messed up both my knees. Let’s talk about it. I had to have two knee surgeries, tore my knees up trying to fix it,” Fantasia said.

She added, “I lost it all and then I just went back to work. I didn’t file for bankruptcy. I didn’t even know nothing about that. Nobody sat me down and was like, ‘Look, this is what you can do.’ It was either go to work or go to jail. That’s all I kept thinking, and I wasn’t ready for jail.”
Fantasia’s money problems go back over a decade. While speaking with Oprah.com in 2010, the R&B vocalist expressed hitting rock bottom after finding out her card got declined while trying to pay for a pizza.

In 2012, TMZ reported Fantasia listed her five-bedroom Charlotte mansion for $800,000. She originally bought the home for $1.3 million in 2007. By 2013, the “I Believe” hitmaker reportedly lost the house by transferring the deed to the bank to avoid the foreclosure process.

A clip from Fantasia’s ForbesBLK Summit 2024 appearance recently resurfaced on TikTok. Some commenters under the Livebitz post praised the 40-year-old entertainer for her perseverance. Other TikTokers had questions and concerns.
“Her lawyers didn’t advise her to file bankruptcy [thinking face emoji],” one person wrote on the social media platform.
Someone else asked, “And she still had to pay the mortgage?” Another individual wondered, “Did she ever receive a letter or [an] email?”

In contrast, a supporter commented, “That’s why God is [blessing] you right now because in all that you had to go through you still got joy.” Another fan posted, “So many lessons from her wisdom and transparency.”
Fantasia was able to bounce back from her financial downfall. Her critically acclaimed performance in the 2023 film “The Color Purple” earned the reality show veteran a victory in the Outstanding Actress in a Motion Picture category at the 55th NAACP Image Awards on March 16, 2024.

She is also a mother of three and wife of Kendell Taylor.

Illinois Sheriff Admits Office ‘Failed’ Sonya Massey Following Fatal Shooting By Police Officer: ‘I Ask For Your Forgiveness’
In his first public statement since the fatal shooting of Sonya Massey, Illinois Sheriff Jack Campbell acknowledged his office’s failure to protect her.
During a community meeting at a church in Springfield, IL, on July 30, Jack Campbell admitted,“[Sonya Massey] called for help, and we failed.”
Sonya Massey, 36, dialed 911 on July 6 to report a potential intruder at her home near Springfield. Deputies Sean Grayson and another officer responded to the call.

According to court documents, the shooting incident occurred while Sonya Massey was handling a pot of boiling water.
Sean Grayson, 30, shot and killed Massey during the encounter after threatening her with a bullet to the face if she used the boiling water as a weapon against him.

On July 17, Sean Grayson was indicted on charges including first-degree murder and official misconduct. He has pleaded not guilty and remains in custody.
Sheriff Jack Campbell’s remarks came amid ongoing scrutiny and a recent Illinois State Police investigation, which found no justification for Sean Grayson’s use of deadly force, according to Sangamon County State’s Attorney John Milhiser.

At the community meeting, facilitated by the U.S. Justice Department’s community relations service, Jack Campbell asked for forgiveness from Sonya Massey’s family and the community:
“I stand here today before you, with arms wide open, and I ask for your forgiveness … I offer up no excuses. What I do is offer our attempt to do better. To be better.”
The shooting has drawn comparisons to other high-profile cases of police violence against Black individuals, such as those involving Breonna Taylor and George Floyd.

Civil rights attorney Ben Crump, representing Massey’s family, has connected her death to broader issues of police violence, suggesting it will have an impact on the 2024 presidential election:
“Just like George Floyd was a catalyst for the 2020 election, we believe this will be similarly impactful on the 2024 presidential election.”

Hamas Leader Ismail Haniyeh Killed In Iran Attack

Ismail Haniyeh has been killed in an assassination attack in Tehran, Iran.
The leader of Hamas was killed, along with his bodyguard, as he was in town to celebrate the swearing in of Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian, according to CNN.

Iran’s state media press TV reported the assassination early Wednesday (July 31), citing the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
Hamas also issued a statement saying Ismail was killed in an Israeli raid on his residence after taking part in the inauguration.
Details on Ismail‘s killing are currently unknown and the story is still developing.

Earlier this year, three of Ismail‘s sons and four of his grandchildren were reportedly killed in Israeli airstrikes.
According to AP, Israel has vowed to kill Ismail and other Hamas leaders following the October 7th attack on Israel.
This news comes after just last week, Vice President and Presidential nominee Kamala Harris called for an immediate ceasefire in the war in Gaza.

The Valley's Jax Taylor Going to In-Patient Treatment Center for Mental Health Struggles Amid Season 2 Filming
Jax Taylor is seeking help for his mental health struggles.
The 45-year-old The Valley star has been very open about his struggles and as recent, in the debut season of the Bravo series, his now estranged wife Brittany Cartwright has told him he needs to get help before they can move forward in their relationship.

Now, several months later, it appears as though he is doing just that as a rep for the reality star confirms he’s getting in-patient treatment.
“Jax has always been candid about his mental health struggles, especially during the past few months on his podcast,” a rep shared with TMZ.
“He has made the decision to seek in-patient treatment. This is a particularly sensitive time for him and his family. They ask for privacy and respect until he is ready to speak more on this matter.”

Just a couple days ago, Jax shared a photo, with the words written, “Be strong enough to stand alone, smart enough to know when you need help, and brave enough to ask for it.”
He captioned the post, “😌🙏❤️”
Jax and Brittany are currently still separated and living apart, after they announced their separation back in February. Earlier this summer, he said they are both open to dating others during their separation.

Season two of The Valley is currently filming and it’s likely we will see Jax‘s decision making to seek treatment play out in the new episodes.

Cardi B addresses claims of a foreclosure on her $5M mansion amid financial woes

Cardi B's Atlanta mansion is not up for sale.
The clarification came via her X account on Monday after Icy Scoop News claimed she was 'facing foreclosure' and struggling 'to make payments.'
The post has since been deleted but it was up long enough for the WAP rapper to take notice.
"LMAOOO You bum btches wish… me and offset bought that house in 2019 for 5 million now it’s worth 7, check the Atlanta market," Cardi's post read.

"And no, we not selling it… and if I ever sold it I would just sell my part to Offset since he loves Atlanta. Throwing salt on my home? Hating bad."
Icy Scoop News original tweet read: "Cardi B's secret struggle: She's allegedly trying to sell one of her homes but is deeply upside down on it. Facing foreclosure, the pressure is mounting as she fights to make the payments. The stakes have never been higher."
The Grammy winner and Offset purchased a $5.8million mansion in Sandy Springs, a suburb of Atlanta, in December of 2019.
The mansion is spread across 22,000 square feet with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and four half-baths. The entire property sits on 5.84 wooded acres, according to Realtor.com.

Tensions High at NABJ Convention Following Trump’s Scheduled Appearance and Co-Chair’s Resignation
*The National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) convention has been thrust into controversy just one day after announcing that former President Donald Trump will address the group in Chicago tomorrow, Wednesday. Yesterday,  Tuesday, convention co-chair Karen Attiah announced her resignation, citing her exclusion from the decision to invite Trump.
Attiah expressed her discontent on X, formerly known as Twitter, stating, “While my decision was influenced by a variety of factors, I was not involved or consulted with in any way with the decision to platform Trump in such a format.”

The decision to invite Trump has ignited a wave of criticism from prominent journalists. Jim Trotter, NABJ’s 2023 Journalist of the Year, referred to the decision as “poor” and said “it’s difficult to put into words” his disappointment. Pulitzer Prize nominee and previous NABJ award winner, Carron J. Phillips, was more forthright, calling it “the single dumbest and worst decision in NABJ history.”
In response to Phillips, Tia Mitchell of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution defended the decision. “I helped make this call. And it’s in line with invitations NABJ has sent to every presidential candidate for decades. But continue to go off on your feed. I’ll continue to work to create opportunities for journalists to interview the potential next President,” Mitchell wrote on X, reports The NY Post.
Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson also commented on the scheduled appearance of the former president on Tuesday.

The convention, which runs from July 31 to August 4 at the Hilton Chicago in the South Loop, is described on NABJ’s website as a hub for journalism education, career development, networking, and innovation.

Trump’s appearance is scheduled for a Q&A session with political journalists at noon on Wednesday, focusing on pressing issues facing the Black community.
The event will be moderated by ABC News Senior Congressional Correspondent Rachel Scott, along with FOX News’s Harris Faulkner and Semafor’s Kadia Goba.

Donald Trump was invited to the 2024 NABJ convention in Chicago
Despite the backlash, NABJ President Ken Lemon emphasized the organization’s commitment to bringing diverse perspectives to the forefront.

“We look forward to our attendees hearing from former President Trump on the critical issues our members and their audiences care about most,” Lemon said. “While NABJ does not endorse political candidates as a journalism organization, we understand the serious work of our members, and welcome the opportunity for them to ask the tough questions that will provide the truthful answers Black Americans want and need to know.”

The event, although not open to the general public, will be live-streamed via NABJ’s YouTube and Facebook pages.
Post the Q&A session, Trump will head to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, for a rally, with later plans to return to Butler, Pennsylvania for the first time since an attempted assassination.
As the convention unfolds, the decision to host Trump remains a polarizing issue among its members, reflecting broader national divisions over the former president. While some view his participation as a critical journalistic opportunity, others perceive it as an endorsement of a figure whose policies and rhetoric have often been at odds with the interests of the Black community.

NFL Hall of Famer Terrell Davis Faces Temporary United Airlines Travel Ban After Controversial Handcuffing Incident

*As we reported earlier this month, Pro Football Hall of Famer and former Denver Broncos running back Terrell Davis found himself at the center of a travel controversy when he was handcuffed and removed from a United Airlines flight. The airline has now issued Davis a temporary travel ban notice, pending a full review of the incident.
Davis took to Instagram Tuesday morning to express his frustration, posting a screenshot of an email from United’s Passenger Incident Review Committee. The email cited United’s policy to “delay or refuse any passenger whose conduct or condition threatens the safety of the employees and passengers.”

“Based on the nature of the reported incident that occurred on UA1061 on July 13, 2024, this shall serve as a notice that you are not permitted to fly on United Airlines or any regional carrier operating as United Express until a review of the incident by United’s Passenger Incident Review Committee has occurred,” read the email.

The letter also mentioned that the airline “would like to consider” Davis’ version of events before making a final determination, requesting a response from him within 96 hours of receiving the notice. USA TODAY has reached out to United for further comments.
In his Instagram post, Davis explained the incident, detailing how he had been traveling with his family when his son asked for a cup of ice during beverage service. The flight attendant did not respond to the request, prompting Davis to “calmly reach behind me and lightly tap his arm.” The flight attendant then allegedly shouted, “Don’t hit me,” and retreated to the front of the plane, leaving both Davis and other passengers baffled.

“I thought nothing of it other than this particular employee was incredibly rude and blatantly wrong in his accusations of me hitting him,” Davis wrote. He further explained that upon landing, passengers were instructed to remain seated while six FBI and law enforcement agents boarded the plane to arrest him.

Davis was taken into custody for questioning, and he claimed that the agents ultimately determined the flight attendant’s accusations were unfounded. They reportedly apologized profusely and offered to support Davis and his family in any way possible.
Despite being cleared of any wrongdoing by law enforcement, Davis expressed his exasperation over the ongoing issues with United Airlines. “Adding insult to injury, @united not only had me removed from their flight in handcuffs, but placed me on their No Fly List after it was determined I did nothing wrong and was released,” he wrote on Instagram.

The incident has led to difficult conversations within his household, and Davis vows to continue advocating for the rights and proper treatment of all passengers on United flights.

“While my family and I continue to have difficult conversations with our children, I will continue to fight for what is right for all passengers of @united,” he asserted.
As the case remains under investigation by the FBI, many questions are still unanswered about the conduct of both parties involved. Davis’ supporters and followers are keenly awaiting the outcome of United’s review and the potential for any policy changes to prevent such incidents in the future.

SiR Says His Toronto Show At Drake And Live Nation's HISTORY Was Canceled
Top Dawg Entertainment’s troubles with performing in Canada continue. On Tuesday (July 30), SiR revealed that his sold-out show in Toronto was scrapped less than 24 hours before he would’ve been scheduled to take the stage.
The “You Can’t Save Me” artist humorously quote-tweeted a July 18 post where he insisted his concert wouldn’t get called off like ScHoolboy Q’s: “This s**t didn’t age well at all.” Elsewhere, he wrote, “So sorry to my Toronto fans. The show has been canceled. We’re working on rescheduling for a later date.”

ScHoolboy Q made light of the incident by writing, “Take yo’ a** home, boy… Sing on the bus. It’s [over with].” SiR responded, “They DON’T like us” — which could mean exactly that or be a subtle reference to Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us.”

“For those wondering, we sold that show out. It was canceled by the venue. Not sure why. My apologies again to those that came just to see me,” he concluded before asking who was ready for the Detroit stop of his “Life Is Good Tour.”
Notably, both ScHoolboy Q and SiR were booked to perform at the HISTORY, a venue launched in collaboration between Drake and Live Nation in 2023. The venue can hold 2,500 attendees, and Ice Spice, Shenseea and Vince Staples are among the artists set to take the stage there later in the year.

When ScHoolboy Q’s Toronto concert was axed on July 17, social media almost immediately placed the blame on Lamar and Drake’s high-profile rap beef. The West Coast rapper more or less confirmed the speculation by mentioning that TDE president Terrence “Punch” Henderson had recently been in the same vicinity as Lil Wayne and Birdman. Around the same time, PARTYNEXTDOOR had a show at Los Angeles’ Hollywood Palladium without any issues.

“If we wanted to get y’all, we would’ve just did it,” he said via Twitter. “Now, when somebody [gets] hurt, don’t cry.”

#RHOA: Nene Leakes Steps Out In LaQuan Smith
They say age is just a number and when we think of Nene Leakes, that sentiment comes to mind. The Real Housewife of Atlanta has always had an affinity for the finer things in life, including clothing that came straight off the runway. We’re talking about Jean Paul Gaultier, which she still wears often, her sheer moment in the past, and other labels from Louis Vuitton to Black owned-brands like LaQuan Smith which she wore this week.

One thing about Leakes, she doesn’t shy away from showing skin. In her recent posts this week, she wore a black full-body cutout dress designed by LaQuan Smith. The long-sleeved, full-length dress was paired with a clear pair of Jessica Rich heels. When we saw this look as her caption read we simply had to channel our inner Beyonce as she did.

Other looks that she’s been serving throughout the month have built up to this LaQuan Smith moment. From her all-black corset and cargo outfit earlier this month to dipping her toes into more summery hues such as her form-fitting lavender dress or orange feather-detailed tank top and trousers from LaPointe, which subsequently sold out, Leakes is a fashion connoisseur in her own right.

We’ll be keeping an eye out for more of her “bow down” fashion moments that she keeps delivering. From the looks of this week, there seems to be plenty more on the way.

#MusicNews: Ryan Leslie Pops Up On NPR Music’s ‘Tiny Desk Concert’ Series

Ever since assuming the role of producer and host of NPR Music’s Tiny Desk Concert series, Bobby Carter has shaken the table. He’s brought some notable R&B artists to the office recently, including Chaka Khan and SWV. For his next selection (see what we did there?), he invited acclaimed producer and artist Ryan Leslie to NPR’s Washington, D.C. headquarters to make his Tiny Desk debut.
R. Les has largely been out of the mainstream spotlight since he decided to go independent and forge his own path while embracing new technologies. The musical maestro was high on Carter’s Tiny Desk performer wishlist, and Leslie proved to be a solid choice.

Despite releasing the brand-new album You Know My Speed earlier this year, Ryan decided to perform all classic material during his energetic and exciting set. His performance was heavy on songs from his 2008 self-titled debut album. He began with the Ryan Leslie album cut “Just Right” before transitioning into “Something That I Like” from his 2009 sophomore album Transition.

Accompanied by his band abackground vocalists Charity Davis, Corey Latif Williams and Samara Brown, Ryan multitasked by playing synths, singing, rapping and charming the audience with songs like his hit single “Diamond Girl,” Cassie’s “Long Way 2 Go” and Red Cafe’s “Fly Together.” He took it back to his first album to wrap his performance with “How It Was Supposed To Be” and the still-intoxicating track “Addiction.”

Sinead O'Connor's Cause Of Death Revealed

Sinead O'Connor's official cause of death has been unveiled a year after her passing. The "Nothing Compares 2 U" singer's death certificate, obtained by the Irish Independent, reveals that she succumbed to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma. The certificate notes she was also suffering from a low-grade lower respiratory tract infection.

O'Connor's husband, John Reynolds, registered her death in London on July 24, 2024. The singer had passed away in her London home the day before after being found "unresponsive" by authorities.
The South London coroner's office had ruled in January that O'Connor's death was due to natural causes. Police had initially treated her passing as suspicious but later determined there was no foul play.

O'Connor had struggled with mental health issues for much of her life, including PTSD and depression. In 2022, her 17-year-old son Shane O'Connor took his own life.
The Irish singer's passing at age 56 prompted an outpouring of grief and tributes. She is survived by three children, including daughter Roisin Waters.

Known for her powerful vocals, close-cropped haircut, and outspoken political views, O'Connor made her mark with her debut album "The Lion and the Cobra" in 1987. Her 1990 masterpiece "I Do Not Want What I Haven't Got" featured the global hit "Nothing Compares 2 U" and other enduring favorites.

Taylor Swift-Themed Event Ends w/ 2 Children Dead & Several Others Hospitalized In UK Mass Stabbing
A Taylor Swift-themed dance workshop tragically ended after a mass stabbing took place in the United Kingdom.
According to reports, the incident occurred earlier today (July 29) at a property located in Southport, England. Merseyside Police were able to track down and arrest a 17-year-old male in connection to the brutal attack. The stabbing took place at a Taylor Swift kids’ dance and yoga workshop, which was attended by at least 25 young girls between the ages of 6 and 11.

At the time of this report, two children have died and nine other individuals were injured, including six who are in critical condition.
Authorities said in a statement that the suspect “remains in police custody and will be questioned about the incident.”
UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer condemned the shocking news on X (formerly Twitter). He wrote,

“Horrendous and deeply shocking news emerging from Southport. My thoughts are with all those affected.
I would like to thank the police and emergency services for their swift response.
I am being kept updated as the situation develops.”

The motive behind the stabbing has not yet been revealed.

Three Foolio Murder Suspects Have Been Arrested By Tampa Police, With Two More Remaining At Large

Tampa police have arrested three of five of the people suspected of involvement in the murder of Florida rapper Foolio, who was gunned down in June at the age of 26. According to TMZ, Tampa police announced they arrested Alicia Andrews, Isaiah Chance, and Sean Gathright in Jacksonville; all three have been charged with first-degree murder. The two remaining suspects are brothers, Davion and Rashad Murphy. Per the Tampa Police Chief Lee Bercaw, all five have connections to a gang supposedly tied to another rapper, Yungeen Ace, with whom Foolio was known to be feuding over the past few years as both gained popularity.

Foolio was killed in the early hours of June 23, as multiple gunmen surrounded and shot at his vehicle in the parking lot of a Holiday Inn, where he was celebrating his 26th birthday after getting booted from an Airbnb for violating occupancy rules. TMZ shared security video released by police that showed the shooters approaching the hotel parking lot and firing at the rapper’s car with automatic rifles. Three other victims were apparently shot and hospitalized, but there were no other reported fatalities.

Yungeen Ace’s feud with Foolio went viral as a result of Ace’s 2021 song “Who I Smoke,” which drew attention for its interpolation of Vanessa Carlton’s fan-favorite 2002 hit “A Thousand Miles.” After Foolio’s death, he released another diss track, “Do It.”

Ciara gets her own day in Atlanta
The princess has been celebrated in her hometown. On July 28 — the second night of Missy Elliott‘s “Out Of This World” Tour stop in Atlanta at State Farm Arena — the City of Atlanta honored Ciara with a proclamation and her own day in the city.
“The Atlanta City Council is pleased to honor Ciara Princess Harris,” Atlanta City Council member Michael Julian Bond said. “Born in College Park, Georgia, just outside of here. She grew up in Decatur and has over 30 million records sold, 40 million singles sold and three platinum albums worldwide.

“She’s a philanthropist,” the city official continued. “She speaks out on behalf of women’s rights and young girls. She’s a mentor and educator. She puts her money back in the community. So it is our privilege, our pleasure to honor you today with this proclamation. Now, therefore, on behalf of the city council and the City of Atlanta, hereby proclaim this day, July 28, 2024, as Ciara Day.”
Ciara, on stage, shocked to get honored a second-straight night, smiled and laughed as the compliments rained down. A crown was placed on her head, as a proud Jazze Pha applauded along with the rest of the crowd. On the tour’s first night in Atlanta, Ciara received plaques for the 20th anniversary of her album, Goodies.

Due to being the final act before the headlining Missy Elliott, Ciara kept her remarks brief.
“I’m so grateful,” she said. “I’m kind of speechless because I was not expecting this. What I wanted to say to you guys is that all it takes is one person to believe in yourself. I didn’t have much but I had a big dream. That was all it took.”

“To all my single moms out there, you can figure it out. I want you to know that. To all my ladies in the house tonight? If you have a dream, hold on to it because you have the power with everything within you. Your gender or your color will stop you from where you want to go in life. Live every moment to the fullest, and look up to the fullest. Keep dreaming. I love you guys. Thank you, Atlanta!” the “Level Up” hitmaker said.

R. Kelly Takes His Case to the Supreme Court
Two years ago Grammy Award winning singer / songwriter R. Kelly was sentenced to 30 years in prison for human trafficking and violating the Mann Act. Now Kellz is trying to have his conviction overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court...

From TMZ
R. Kelly is asking the United States Supreme Court to throw out his convictions for possession of child corn and inducing minors to have six – claiming his alleged acts occurred decades ago and the charges were therefore barred by the statute of limitations.
Here's the deal ... when R. Kelly was accused in 2020 of possessing child cornography and engaging in sixual acts with underage girls way back in the mid to late-1990s, he argued the statute of limitations had already run its course.
But, prosecutors argued a 2003 law – called the PROTECT Act – made the statute of limitations indefinite for child six crimes.
Basically, Kelly's attorney, Jennifer Bonjean, argues that because the conduct for which Kelly's now serving time occurred in the '90s but the PROTECT Act wasn't passed until 2003, the Act's expanded statute of limitations doesn't apply to the charges against him.

The PROTECT Act extends the statute of limitations indefinitely for alleged crimes committed AFTER the law went into effect in 2003, but Congress specifically didn't include a clause allowing the law to be applied to alleged conduct committed BEFORE 2003.
You'll recall, Kelly was convicted of six of 13 counts back in 2020 -- three for child cornography and three for inducement counts.
He received a 20-year sentence and was ordered to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages to his alleged victims.
The Supreme Court will decide in the next few months whether to hear Kelly's appeal.Olympic schedule for July 30: Simone Biles,

Kamala Harris Quotes an Episode of “The Simpsons ”During Surprise Appearance at Show's Comic-Con Panel
“We must move forward, not backward; upward, not forward; and always twirling, twirling, twirling towards freedom,” Harris said in a video clip. Vice President Kamala Harris made a surprise appearance during The Simpsons panel at San Diego Comic-Con 2024 on Saturday, July 27.
Harris, 59, addressed fans of Fox's animated series in a video clip played at the end of a panel celebrating the show, according to multiple reports.
"We must move forward, not backward; upward, not forward; and always twirling, twirling, twirling towards freedom,” Harris said, quoting the 1996 "Treehouse of Horror VII" episode in a pre-recorded clip, per The Hollywood Reporter.

To introduce the clip, The Simpsons creator Matt Groening told the audience that they were about to hear from a "superfan." No context was given about when the clip was recorded.
“Treehouse of Horror VII" originally aired in October 1996 ahead of the election between former President Bill Clinton and his challenger at the time, the late Bob Dole. The two candidates were being impersonated by aliens Kang and Kodos in the Halloween episode.

Harris' appearance at the panel comes after fans on social media have been pointing out the similarities between the politician and the animated character Lisa Simpson in a 2000 episode of the series, titled "Bart to the Future," where Lisa became the first female president.
Lisa wore a purple blazer accessorized with a pearl necklace in the episode. The Simpsons writer Al Jean pointed out in a post on X (formerly Twitter) featuring side-by-side photos of Harris and Lisa that the character's outfit was similar to the one that Harris wore on Inauguration Day in 2021 when she was sworn in as vice president.

"@TheSimpsons 'prediction' I’m proud to be a part of," Jean wrote in the post on July 21, the day that President Joe Biden dropped out of the 2024 presidential race and announced his endorsement of Harris.

Chipotle CEO Announces Increased Portions Following Social Media Complaints

*Your next Chipotle order might feel a bit heavier. CEO Brian Niccol announced during a recent earnings call that all 3,500 U.S. locations will serve larger portions, according to NBC News. This addresses social media complaints that the chain has been short-changing customers.

“Getting the feedback caused us to relook at our execution across our entire system,” Niccol said, per NBC News. “We have focused in on those outlier portion scores based on consumer surveys.”
Niccol noted that only 10% of restaurants required retraining to meet the “right standards.”
“We are re-emphasizing training and coaching to ensure we are consistently making bowls and burritos correctly. We have also leaned in and re-emphasized generous portions across all of our restaurants,” Niccol added.

Popular TikTok food critic Keith Lee criticized Chipotle in a viral video over his small portions, which prompted customers to check if they were being shorted.
In May, customers began filming their orders being prepared and many left if the portions were too small. This led to rumors that employees provided larger portions only to those recording. Chipotle denied giving any instructions to employees about filming.

Coco Gauff loses at Paris Olympics, still has 2 chances to medal

Coco Gauff lost today at the Paris Olympics in singles competition to Croatian Donna Vekić, who is ranked #13 in the world, 7-6 (7). 6-2 and has been eliminated from singles medal contention.
Perhaps it was her grueling schedule that got to her, but 20-year-old tennis superstar Coco Gauff lost today at the Paris Olympics in singles competition, losing to Croatian Donna Vekić, who is ranked #13 in the world.

After her win yesterday, Gauff discussed the heat in Paris.
“I came from Florida, where it is hotter, but obviously, I mean, it is hot out there,” she said. “You feel it, but I feel like I know how to survive in that type of weather, maybe better than some other players. I did use the ice towel, which I rarely do in matches, but it was more of a preventative thing because I’m in three events. Even today. I usually wouldn’t take an ice bath after a match like this, but I’m just trying my best to be preventative before maybe I feel fatigue and everything. Obviously, my last two matches have went quick, so I’m just trying to think for the future towards the end of the tournament.”

Though she lost in singles competition, Gauff plays later today in mixed doubles, teaming with top American male player Taylor Fritz. The duo will play Nadia Podoroska and Maximo Gonzalez of Argentina. Gauff is also playing women’s doubles, where she is playing with Jessica Pegula and will play Linda Noskova and Karolina Muchova of Czechia tomorrow morning.

Pegula, who lost yesterday in women’s singles, discussed playing with Gauff.
“I definitely still obviously want to do well in doubles with Coco,” she proclaimed. “That’s our goal, to at least to keep going to get to some medal rounds. That’s been our goal, I think, since we knew we were going to play.”

Although Gauff will not accomplish her goal of winning singles gold at the Paris Olympics, she still has two chances to win in women’s doubles and mixed doubles.

They came. They saw. They conquered! Team USA claimed gold in the women’s gymnastics team final at the Paris Olympics on Tuesday. The victory marked a triumphant return for Simone Biles, who led the team to victory after her mid-competition withdrawal from the Tokyo Olympics in 2021. Biles, along with teammates Jade Carey, Jordan Chiles, Sunisa Lee, and Hezly Rivera, scored a total of 171.296, finishing 5.802 points ahead of silver medalists Italy, with Brazil taking bronze.

This achievement marks Biles’s fifth Olympic gold, Lee and Carey’s second, and Chiles and Rivera’s first.
Team USA had previously won silver in Tokyo and Beijing and gold in Rio and London.

The competition began with strong performances on the vault by Chiles, Carey, and Biles, all scoring above 14. Biles led with a score of 14.900. On the uneven bars, Chiles, Biles, and Lee continued the momentum, each scoring above 14. Lee then led the team on the balance beam with a score of 14.600. In the floor routine, Lee scored 13.533, Chiles 13.966, and Biles 14.666.

The women’s victory came just a day after the U.S. men’s team won a bronze medal, their first since 2008.
The individual finals will follow, starting with the all-around on August 1.
Biles and Lee, the all-around gold medalist from Tokyo, will represent the U.S., marking the first time two all-around Olympic champions will compete head-to-head at the Games.

Bill Maher Calls Taylor Swift 'Very Tacky', Thinks She'll Be Dumped By Travis Kelce
Comedian and TV host Bill Maher recently shared his thoughts on Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's relationship, predicting that the couple will inevitably break up. During a conversation with Haliey Welch, known as "Hawk Tuah Girl," on his "Club Random" podcast, Maher questioned the sustainability of Swift and Kelce's romance.

"I'm sure she's a lovely person, but the whole thing with the football player," Maher began, referring to Swift, 34. He continued, "I just felt like 35 was a little old to be like, 'My boyfriend's a football player and I wear his jersey to the game with his number on it!' I mean, come on."

Swift has been a regular presence at Kansas City Chiefs games, proudly sporting Kelce's number. Despite showing unwavering support for her boyfriend, Maher remains unconvinced about their future together. "He's gonna dump her, though. You know that," Maher bluntly stated, likening Swift's fate to being doused with Gatorade at the Super Bowl: inevitable but unpredictable.

Haliey Welch defended Swift, suggesting that the singer should do "whatever makes her happy." However, she also acknowledged the potential for Swift to turn any breakup into another hit album, referencing Swift's past heartbreak-inspired songs. "It won't be 'f**k John Mayer' no more, it will be 'f**k Travis,' " Welch said, alluding to Swift's breakup tracks from her relationship with John Mayer.
Maher didn't stop at predicting the breakup. He criticized Swift for continuously writing songs about her exes, calling it "very tacky." He went on to suggest that she should perhaps consider penning a song titled "Maybe It's Me."

Despite his harsh critique, Maher admitted he admires Swift's success, comparing her impact on music to that of The Beatles, Frank Sinatra, and Elvis Presley.

Though Maher has his doubts, the couple appears to be going strong. Swift and Kelce's relationship has been in the spotlight since they were first linked in September 2023. Swift has been candid about not keeping their relationship private, unlike her previous romance with Joe Alwyn. Kelce, too, has expressed his comfort with the public attention that comes with dating the global superstar.

LeToya Luckett Allegedly Quietly Married To Mystery Husband
LeToya Luckett may believe that third time's a charm. The former Destiny's Child member has reportedly quietly married her mystery man, three years after the end of her marriage to Tommicus Walker.
Sources tell Media Take Out that the wedding took place at the elegant Le Tesserae in Houston this past weekend. Tons of celebrities were said to be in attendance, including her former groupmate Kelly Rowland and Beyonce Knowles' mother Tina Knowles. The "Lemonade" singer herself wasn't said to be present at the nuptials.

Very little is known about the alleged wedding celebration and there's no image or video from the event as the site notes that all guests were required to surrender their phones at the door to make sure no one leaked about the wedding.

As for identity of LeToya's alleged new husband, it remains unknown. Sources say he is "not in the music or entertainment industry," but the R&B artist and her man are very much in love.
Should the news be true, it's the third marriage for LeToya, who was previously married to motivational speaker Rob Hill Sr and Tommicus Walker. Her first marriage lasted just two months in 2016. She went on marry Tommicus in 2017. The former pair share two children together. In January 2021, LeToya made public her decision to go separate ways with Tommicus.

"After very prayerful consideration, Tommicus and I have decided to get a divorce. It is my deepest desire for us to be loving co-parents and keep a peaceful environment out of respect for our children," she wrote in a note along with a family portrait.

Asking public to give them privacy, she thanked fans "in advance for your prayers, support, & space to heal as we tread through this challenging time." In the caption of the post, she simply wrote, "Love always."
Their split came following allegation that Tommicus had a secret "family." He later denied that he ever cheated on LeToya, claiming on social media, "For the record, I NEVER STEPPED OUT ON MY WIFE.

Excerpts From Kim Porter's Alleged Memoir Has surfaced online!

Since her death six years ago there have been rumors that Kim Porter had been working on a memoir.
Now an alleged excerpt from the secret memoir has surfaced online...

From Radar Online
Diddy's late ex-girlfriend Kim Porter detailed the alleged abuse she suffered at the hands of the disgraced producer, who fathered three of her children, in a never-before-seen memoir.
A source, whom wished to remain anonymous, provided the document to RadarOnline.com and said it was found on Porter's long-lost flash drive.
It was given to the informant by someone "very close to Kim and Diddy" and was written in the months leading up to her sudden death, the individual claimed.

While we have unable to independently verify those claims, the 40-page manuscript — which we have reviewed — is filled with explosive anecdotes about the actress and model's time with the rapper, born Sean John Combs.
In one chapter, Porter wrote about how the "jealous" rapper's short fuse made her "walk on eggshells", and recalled one instance where he allegedly sent her to the hospital after brutally beating her with a chair.

Porter described the exchange that led to her hospital visit in the purported memoir obtained by RadarOnline.com, writing: "We were supposed to go out for dinner, but he was in a foul mood. Sean yelled, 'What the f---!' I would have to walk on eggshells as I came out of the bathroom, but I found him holding flowers, so I smiled, 'You brought me flowers!' Sean yelled, 'No! So who the f--- are they from?' I was bewildered, and told him honestly, 'I don't know. Probably just a fan.'"

"He threw the attached card at me. I picked it up to read it. 'Sean i...' He slapped me so hard I hit the ground. Sean yelled, 'Who the f--- were you with the other night?' I looked down at the card that was lying next to me, and it read, 'The other night was amazing, we must do it again.'"
According to the document, when she tried to explain Combs "threw the flowers" at her and said: "That's not how this works! You have my child! you don't touch anyone, unless I allow it!"
She wrote: "[Diddy] picked up my coffee mug and slammed it against the wall. Coffee flew everywhere as he yelled, 'Who the f--- this n---- think he is?'"

While "desperately trying to calm him down", Porter insisted: "It was just coffee with the producer, it was nothing!" She explained they met up to discuss "maybe me starring in another movie that he wants to produce".
"Sean exploded even more, 'He wants to put the move on my f---ing family?' At the top of his lungs 'My f---ing family!' He flipped the table over, breaking it. It was a heavy table, but Sean is stronger than he looks."

"I pleaded with him, 'Sean please!' He yelled at me, 'What?!' I tried my best to calm him down, 'He probably didn't know. It didn't come up. You're publicly dating someone else. So...' He screamed at me, and it somehow seemed even more intense, 'So, you didn't tell him back off?!'"

"And then out of nowhere, he hit me with a chair. I don't remember anything after that, until I woke up in a hospital room."
According to the document, Porter said when she woke up in the hospital, "My arm was in a cast, hanging from a sling. My face hurt. My eyebrow was in immense pain, as was my lip. As I came to, the first face I saw, was of the man that put me here."
"Sean asked with concern in his voice, 'How are you feeling?' I responded, 'Stay away from me.'"
Writing in the supposed manuscript, she said Diddy apologized and told her: "I don't know what came over me", but she was afraid for her safety because they were in a "private hospital room, and no one would hear me. I could scream like my life depended on it, but it wouldn't matter."

As she lay in the hospital bed, the musician allegedly said: "I was just so jealous. You know how I am...I'm sorry. Baby, I promise, I'll never put my hands on you again, I swear."
She recalled thinking: "I've heard this song one too many times."
Porter then wrote she was concerned Diddy might lie and say she "had a car accident", claiming he told her: "They'll pity you, that you hit your head."

"He was going to make me look crazy. They were going to believe him. He was a Kingpin."
Yet she said Combs spent "the next six months helping me heal, and working his way back into my life. And into my bed."
"I was so d---ed stupid. And of course, I wasn't cast for either movie. From what I understand, the producer died of pneumonia."
It was unclear when the alleged incident occurred, but Porter noted that Combs was "publicly dating someone else" at the time.
The source who gave RadarOnline.com access to the document plans to publish the entire thing under the title, Kim's Lost Words: A Journey for Justice, From the Other Side.
