Rihanna for Vogue UK - May 2020!
Rihanna is turning the pages of British Vogue. In between running her multibillion-dollar empire, the 32-year-old businesswoman opens up about life, love, and her desire to become a mother in the May issue of the magazine. On one of the two covers, photographed by Steven Klein, the singer dons a white Burberry suit and a Stephen Jones durag, while rocking afro puffs and an oversized Raf Simons suit in another photo.
In the interview, the Fenty Beauty mogul once again addresses her long-awaited ninth album. “I can’t say when I’m going to drop,” she says. “But I am very aggressively working on music.”
On her NAACP Image Awards speech: “We can’t let the desensitivity seep in. How many of us in this room have colleagues and partners and friends from other races, sexes, religions?” she asked, before invoking some of the tragedies that have become closely associated with the Black Lives Matter movement. “When we’re marching and protesting and posting about the Michael Brown Jrs and the Atatiana Jeffersons of the world, tell your friends to pull up!”

On launching Fenty Maison last year: “Being the first black woman to lead a luxury house, especially under LVMH, it was a huge deal to see him just encourage people to buy black, “I felt connected to it, and knowing why really made me feel like there’s no way I can ignore this.”

#RHOA: WAIT! NeNe wants Eva Eliminated from the Show👀?
NeNe Leakes has never been one to hold back. But now, she's really not holding back.
"It's been a lot of things that have been unfair throughout this entire season," the Real Housewives of Atlanta star says of season 12. "The rules don't apply to everyone, in my opinion. The rules are very one-sided. And, once again, I feel like, if I’m doing something, there’s a much brighter light shined on it; and they do much worser things to each other. And it’s like, ‘OK, OK. I’m sorry. OK, sorry. Sorry.’ But with me? It has to be bigger than life. So, when the reunion does happen -- believe you me -- I will be walking in there, OK, with guns blazing. Trust."

"They better tie their wigs down," she adds. "I’m telling you, 'cause I’m coming." NeNe has found herself facing off with the majority of her co-stars this season on RHOA, most notably Kenya Moore. Viewers will see at least one more explosive face-off between the two before season's end. NeNe puts the blame for the blow-up, which goes down at Kandi Burruss' baby shower, fully on Kenya.
"You see her provoking and everything, I can’t wait for you to see it," NeNe teases. "She gets up out of her seat and walks around and stands beside me. Like, girl, you have to stop that, because somebody is going to beat you down. Like, you can’t just do that to people in heated moments and think that it’s OK. And she needs to be held accountable for doing things like that, it doesn’t make sense."

The moment in question follows NeNe and Kenya's tense argument in Greece, in which NeNe appeared to spit on Kenya. After that, though, NeNe says she was "cool" with Kenya, while Kenya wanted to keep things going. NeNe says this is a pattern with Kenya, and with some of the other women in the group.
"I was like, girl, cut it out," NeNe recalls. "And the things that I’ve heard her say was that, ‘They use my daughter, my husband, and my mother. Those are the three things you don’t use against me.’ Girl! Have you forgotten the footage that we have of you talking about everybody’s husband and marriage? From Kim Fields, to Porsha [Williams], to Phaedra [Parks], you know, to everyone! It doesn’t make sense. How dare you have the rules apply to everyone but yourself?"

"But she wanted to hold this against me and roll with it 'til the end, because I am NeNe Leakes," NeNe declares. "And when you connect your name with Nene Leakes' name, people pay attention. So -- and these girls know that. So that's why they do what they do."
NeNe alleges Kandi recently used NeNe's name for attention, too, engaging in a social media back-and-forth over some comments NeNe made on a YouTube live stream about feeling betrayed by Kandi for no reason. Kandi says that's not the case, though; that she was just giving back to NeNe what NeNe handed out.

"That's why any of them do what they do, because they feel like, with NeNe’s name, it’s a rocket," NeNe says, though. "That means that I am that girl, you know that, right? I’m that girl."
NeNe says Kenya is "trying to take the seat of Kim Zolciak," NeNe's one-time friend-turned-longtime adversary on RHOA. (Today, the women are in a good place.)
"But the problem with that is, Kenya, is that Kim and I had a real friendship," NeNe notes. "We actually lived in the same neighborhood, we had a real friendship, so there were real feelings there. With you, it’s like eating cardboard, it’s dry. No, thank you!"
"You know what? I’d love to see a real battle," NeNe admits. "If there’s some real issue there, it’s OK. But when the issue is not that real, it’s like… I don’t know, I guess they call that making good TV? I don’t know. I call it making stupidness."

Even so, given the chance, NeNe says she would keep the current RHOA cast intact, minus one.
"We have a great cast right now except for one person, I think," she shares. "I think only one person on this cast doesn't seem to have carried any weight this season. And I think that’s very obvious who that person is, and I don’t think they actually sit in the cast that well."
When pushed to name names, NeNe relented that she’s talking about Eva Marcille, who missed out on the cast trip to Greece because she was pregnant.

“I don’t feel like Eva brings that much to the cast,” NeNe says. “I’m just being honest. It’s really like, when you look at a show like, everybody -- like the whole cast -- is away, and you don’t miss the person at all, it's sort of like, we didn’t even know you were here, you know? And all season, doing a lot of scenes from FaceTime, that’s been the last couple of seasons … So, If I had to change, I would change her.”

"I don’t have any harsh feelings towards her, it appears she has harsh feelings towards me," she goes on to mention. "And [she] proved it all season long, with her sitting in the car with Cynthia [Bailey] riding, rolling her eyes, having all these things to say, as if I really did something to her. Now maybe I stole her baby and I didn’t know it, who knows? Who knows? Anything happens with me, you know, everything is so elevated."

#HipHopNews: Kodak Black Sentenced To 12 Months In Prison For Gun Charges, Says Lawyer!
Kodak Black has been sentenced to 12 months, which will run concurrently with the federal time he is currently serving, the rapper has also been ordered to pay a $325 mandatory state charge and a $50 DNA fee. A new development has allegedly been made in Kodak Black’s Niagara County case, according to the attorney who represents the Florida rapper.

On Monday (March 30), lawyer Bradford Cohen revealed in a social media post that Kodak, who pleaded guilty on March 11 to attempted second-degree criminal possession of a weapon after getting arrested when trying to cross the U.S. border into Canada, will be serving 12 months in prison. The time handed down to Kodak, however, will run concurrently with his existing 46-month federal sentence stemming from him illegally purchasing a firearm in his home state, the Buffalo News reports.

Cohen, who was not Kodak’s legal counsel on this particular case, said that although the case was resolved, it should have been dismissed because two individuals who were in the car with the rapper testified that Kodak was not aware of the firearm that was in the vehicle at the time. “It was registered and legal to one of the other individuals he was with, they agreed to 12 month to run concurrent with his current sentence,” the attorney wrote in the IG post.
The “Zeze” rapper is currently serving time for the weapons charges he was convicted of last year. He was initially scheduled to be sentenced on March 24, but according to Niagara County’s WIVB, Kodak’s sentencing was rescheduled for March 27.

Kodak Black and three other men were arrested in April of 2019 after authorities claimed they had marijuana and a Glock 9mm inside of a Cadillac Escalade as they attempted to travel to Canada from the states. Kodak did not declare the gun upon arriving at the border and as a result, U.S. Customs Agents arrested Kodak and the three men accompanying him.

Jevon King, Miss And Tobago For Miss Universe 2014, Announced She Gave Birth To A Baby Boy Named Pace by DJ and Producer Diplo!
It looks like Diplo has become a father of three. Rumors have been going around that the famed record producer and DJ has recently welcomed a baby boy with Trinidadian beauty queen Jevon King.
Diplo has yet to comment on this report or posted any announcement on his Instagram account. However, Jevon has confirmed that she gave birth to a boy named Pace on March 20. The Miss Trinidad and Tobago Universe 2014 has also been documenting her pregnancy journey on her account, though she never revealed who her baby daddy is.

In a post announcing her pregnancy, she shared a photo of her cradling her baby bump in a white gown. In the caption of the post, she also reflected on turning 30 this year as saying, "I was so terrified of turning 30 this year! I kept looking at my life and second guessing my accomplishment."
"I thought about my personal goals that I wanted to achieve but didn't just yet. My mom would always tell me 'everything will fall into place when the time is right'. Boy oh boy it did!" she continued. "Something about feeling you growing inside me makes me feel so complete. I love you so much already. I can't wait to hold you , smell you and be loved by you unconditionally. Usually I turn up for my birthday but this year is a different kind of turn up, we celebrate you!"
Diplo is already a father to Lockett and Lazer, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend Kathryn Lockhart. The pair started dating and welcomed their first child in 2010. In an interview, Diplo mentioned that the two of them "didn't plan for" the pregnancy but that he "couldn't ask for a better person to share a life with." Diplo and Kathryn broke up years later, but stayed in touch for the sake of their son. In 2014, she gave birth to their second child despite breaking up.

Lizzo Buys Lunch For ER Staff At Multiple Hospitals!
It’s hard to feel “Good as Hell” in a pandemic, but Lizzo will keep you fed, at least.
The “Juice” singer, 31, sent lunch to the ER staff at a number of hospitals, including a University of Minnesota affiliate in Minneapolis, where Lizzo first started her singing career, the Seattle Times is reporting.
“She sent several hospitals food that were hit really hard for staff working around the clock,” her publicist told the Times via email. “She is planning to send food to more hospitals as well.”
In non-corona-related Lizzo news, the ebullient singer recently went toe-to-to with TikTok; the app had apparently made a habit of removing clips of Lizzo in a swimsuit. “Tiktok keeps taking down my videos with me in my bathing suits,” she mused, adding, “But allows other videos with girls in bathing suits.” Just under two weeks later, news broke that the app was consciously suppressing clips from users who were disabled, or not aesthetically “up to par.”

DJ Jazzy Jeff Believes He Had Coronavirus, Showed Symptoms While Battling Pneumonia!
DJ Jazzy Jeff revealed on Instagram he is feeling symptoms of COVID-19, the respiratory illness caused by the coronavirus, while he recovers from pneumonia. The music producer, best known for his collaborations with Will Smith, did not say if he was tested for coronavirus, but told fans to take the virus seriously. He said he has lost his senses of smell and taste, one of the possible symptoms of the disease.

"Pls say a prayer for all the sick... it's a lot more than you know!!" the DJ, whose real name is Jeffrey Allen Townes, wrote on his Instagram Story, reports HipHopDX. "I'm recovering from pneumonia in both my lungs... I lost my sense of smell and taste which is a main sign of the virus. I would NOT be here if not for my guardian angel of a wife!"
Townes, 55, later wrote, "Please take this serious... It does not care who you are... what you do or what your plans are. Stay safe."
The performer has apparently not been feeling well for several weeks. In his most recent tweet, he complained about feeling ill.
"I'll be happy when I’m home and I can cough freely...LOL," he tweeted back on March 7.
Townes shot to fame as one half of DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince, along with Smith. He went on to have a recurring role on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air as Jazz, Smith's best friend. The duo won two Grammys together before Townes and Smith went their separate ways. Townes has continued to record and perform, with tour dates scheduled in April and May.

He’s BACK! Christopher Meloni Returns as Elliot Stabler To Headline New Dick Wolf Drama Series For NBC!
A beloved TV character is coming back. NBC has given a 13-episode series order to a new Dick Wolf crime drama series starring Christopher Meloni reprising his Law & Order: SVU role as Elliot Stabler. The SVU spinoff drama, which marks the actor’s return to Wolf World, revolves around the NYPD organized crime unit led by Stabler (Meloni). It is the first show to come out of the massive new five-year, nine-figure, multi-platform deal Wolf signed with Universal Television last month, which includes multiple series commitments.
The new series, which could be branded as part of the Law & Order franchise, is executive produced by Wolf, Arthur W. Forney and Peter Jankowski for Wolf Entertainment and Universal TV, a division of NBCUniversal Content Studios. I hear former Chicago P.D showrunner Matt Olmstead is being eyed as writer-showrunner.
Like Law & Order: SVU, headlined by Mariska Hargitay as Olivia Benson, the new drama is set in New York, allowing for potential seamless crossovers with SVU, set at another NYPD unit, and for Benson-Stabler reunions.
With their undeniable on-screen chemistry and great rapport on and off the set, Hargitay and Meloni were one of television’s most popular duos for over a decade.

Meloni was the male lead opposite Hargitay for SVU‘s first 12 seasons, with their characters both partners and best friends. Stabler is an Irish American who, during the time he was featured on SVU, was married (his wife Kathy was played by Isabel Gillies) with five children. The role earned Meloni a lead actor in a drama series Emmy nomination in 2006.
Following Meloni’s exit after Season 12, his character was written off, with Stabler abruptly retiring from the police force.

Since departing SVU in 2011, Meloni headlined the Syfy series Happy! and Fox comedy series Surviving Jack, starred on the praised WGA America series Underground, and did memorable arcs on True Blood and The Handmaid’s Tale.
During his almost nine years away from SVU, Meloni remained close with Hargitay and the Wolf family. In January, the former co-stars appeared together, alongside Wolf, in The Paley Center Salutes Law & Order: SVU TV special on NBC. It was around that time I first heard chatter of a potential new Wolf series with Meloni. Formal conversations started soon thereafter.

Meloni is repped by Gersh and Industry Entertainment.
On NBC, the new series will join the four existing Dick Wolf series, SVU and the three Chicago dramas, all of which received massive three-year renewals last month as part of Wolf’s new pact. The network also has been developing a Law & Order: Hate Crimes offshoot series.

Charlamagne Won’t Confirm Or Deny If He’s Leaving ‘The Breakfast Club’: My Contract Is Up In December!
Charlamagne is addressing rumors that he’s leaving Power 105.1’s hit radio morning show The Breakfast Club after nearly 10 years.
On his other project, The Brilliant Idiots, his co-host Andrew Schulz asked him about speculation that he was leaving the show. Charlamagne responded with
“Who said that?” Andrew Schulz said he believes it was fellow emcee Joe Budden who made the claims on his own podcast.
“I think that’s Joe [Budden’s] opinion. I can’t be mad at Joe’s opinion because he’s basing it off of a conversation we had  when he was on Breakfast Club with State of the Culture interview.”

He said, “Joe just asked are we redoing our contracts or something to that extent. We all just got silent basically, I just said ‘My contract is up in December.’ Which is true. Take that however you want to take it. Joe’s just going off the speculation that he’s heard out there. A lot of people ran with what I said in that ‘State of the Culture’ interview and they did articles on it and stuff like that. It became a little story… but I’m not tripping off that. I was actually listening to the Joe Budden podcast that day.”

He said what bothers him the most is incorrect information being reported.

“I don’t like the misinformation about platforms, whether it’s ‘Brilliant Idiots’ or ‘The Breakfast Club.’ Both of those are my babies. ‘Brilliant Idiots’ is something I’ve been doing for the past seven years, ‘Breakfast Club’ is something I’ve been doing for the past nine. So I saw Joe say that, and I’m looking at Youtube comments and I see pople say things like ‘Brilliant Idiots’ isn’t that successful. And I’m like, that’s so disrespectful because it just shows how misinformed people are.”
Right now, the YouTube channel for Brilliant Idiots has 114,000 subscribers. Charlamagne also said that he loves the niche following for the podcast and that it’s had more than 80 million listens since it began.

Do you think Charlamagne is leaving The Breakfast Club?

Andy Cohen Returns To ‘Watch What Happens Live’ Despite Coronavirus Diagnosis!
On March 20, a few hours after Andy Cohen announced through Variety that he was moving his Bravo talk show “Watch What Happens Live” to his West Village apartment, he tested positive for Covid-19, and had to scrap that plan.

But 10 days later, Cohen is feeling better, according to a Bravo spokesperson. And as of Monday at 11 p.m., the show is back on, evolving into “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen: @ Home.” It will be shot by Cohen himself, with Bravolebrities and other guests joining by video chat.
“My show has always been something of a little coffee klatch, party-line type show,” Cohen told Variety. “And this seemed like a very natural extension of not only the show, but obviously the times that we’re in right now.”

Cohen now joins a legion of other talk show hosts  — including Samantha Bee, John Oliver and Jimmy Kimmel — who are either doing their shows or creating content from home. Bee filmed Wednesday’s episode of “Full Frontal” from the woods outside of her home.
Nene Leakes, Lisa Rinna and Jerry O’Connell will be on the Monday night premiere of the home-based talk show. “Vanderpump Rules” cast members Stassi Schroeder, Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor will appear on Tuesday; Wednesday’s show will feature John Mayer; and on Thursday, Bravo stars Kyle Richards, Ramona Singer and Melissa and Joe Gorga will be Cohen’s guests.

The “Watch What Happens Live” staff has been working remotely since the show’s last studio taping on March 12. Cohen said they’ve come up with ideas unique to being in the homes of his guests. “We’re going to be doing some at-home show-and-tells,” he said. With his “Real Housewives” guests, Cohen has asked that they “each bring an iconic outward outfit that they’ve worn during their time on the show to show us.”

The “Watch What Happens Live” set is based on Cohen’s apartment, so “I will be broadcasting from my office which looks like my clubhouse,” he said.

Sony Delays String Of Major Film Releases Including Kevin Hart’s ‘Fatherhood’!
Sony has delayed a string of major film releases, including the latest instalment in the Ghostbusters franchise and superhero movie Morbius.
As the coronavirus pandemic continues to devastate the entertainment industry, the Hollywood studio said seven films had been postponed.

Ghostbusters: Afterlife will now arrive in US cinemas on March 5 2021, having originally been slated for July this year.
Morbius, a Spider-Man spin-off starring Jared Leto as the titular vampire, had also been set for release in July but has now been pushed back to March 19 next year.
Greyhound, the World War II film starring Tom Hanks, will no longer make its June premiere and has no specified release date. Kevin Hart’s Fatherhood has been moved from January 2021 to October next year.

Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway has been delayed for a second time. Originally supposed to be released in March, it was postponed until August as the scale of the coronavirus crisis became clear.
However, it has been moved again and will now be released on January 15 2021. Video game adaption Uncharted will miss its March 2021 date and instead arrive in October of that year.
And an untitled film from Sony and Marvel has been moved to an unspecified date instead of opening on October 8 2021.

The release dates listed are US only. No other territories were mentioned.
Hollywood has been ravaged by the global pandemic, with some experts claiming the final cost to the entertainment industry could reach tens of billions of dollars.
Other major releases to be delayed include No Time To Die, apparently Daniel Craig’s final outing as James Bond, Disney blockbusters Mulan and Black Widow and A Quiet Place II and Fast & Furious 9.

Hanks is one of the highest profile stars known to have tested positive for Covid-19, the highly infectious disease caused by the new coronavirus

Sixty People Attended A Choir Rehearsal in Seattle, 45 Have Now Contracted The Coronavirus and 2 are DEAD!
When will people learn that the coronavirus is real, and they must refrain from larger gatherings?
Skagit Valley Chorale, a Seattle, Washington choir, decided to defy the nationwide social distance order and hold their weekly choir rehearsal. Up until now, Skagit County hadn’t reported any cases.

On March 6, the choir conductor, Adam Burdick, emailed the choir’s 121 members and informed them that amid the “stress and strain of the virus,” practice would continue as scheduled at Mount Vernon Presbyterian Church.
“I’m planning on being there this Tuesday, March 10, and hoping many of you will be, too,” Burdick wrote.
Sixty members showed up, and the greeter offered hand sanitizer, as members refrained from hugs and handshakes.
” It seemed like a normal rehearsal, minus the hugs and handshakes,” Burdick recalled. “We were making music and trying to keep a certain distance between each other.”

Three weeks later, 45 of the 60 members that attended the practice have been diagnosed with COVID-19, with three being hospitalized and two passing away.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the situation has left county health officials stunned, with many concluding that the virus was transmitted through the air from one person to the next.
” That’s all we can think of right now,” said Polly Dubbel, a county communicable disease and environmental health manager.
Eight people who attended the rehearsal told the LA Times that nobody was coughing, sneezing, or appeared to be ill.
According to reports, everybody brought their own sheet music and avoided direct physical contact. But, a few members helped set up folding chairs, and others helped themselves to oranges that had been placed out on a table.

Experts said the choir outbreak is consistent with growing evidence that the virus can be transmitted through particles smaller than 5 micrometers that can float in the air for minutes or longer.
However, Jamie Lloyd-Smith, a UCLA infectious disease researcher, said it’s possible that the forceful breathing from singing dispensed the viral particles in the church and was inhaled through the 2-hour event.
” One could imagine that really trying to project your voice would also project more droplets,” Smith said.

” With a little under half of the choir members testing positive for the virus or showing symptoms of infection, the outbreak would be considered a “super-spreading event,” Smith said.

Offset Shuts Down Cheating Rumors “Y’all just making something out of nothing:”!
Offset is putting an end to speculation that he’s cheating on wife Cardi B after fans questioned his behavior on a live stream.
The Migos rapper went live over the weekend while playing a video game. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Online trolls pointed out that when he heard Cardi approaching the room, he grabbed his phone to hide it from her.

When she left the room, Offset appeared to take his phone back out, leading people to question what he was “hiding,” sparking cheating rumors.
But Monday, Offset took to Instagram to put all the rumors to rest.
“I know y’all making something out of nothing out of that stream when I was playing the game, and my girl came in the room, and I grabbed the phone, whatever the hell y’all say, I put the phone up. We got so much negative energy already in the air…sickness… Don’t bring none of that negativity to my family, man,” he said. “We chilling, man. We ain’t in y’all way. Everything positive.”

“We got investments and big moves coming. Y’all just making something out of nothing. That ain’t about nothing. I don’t be doing no negative nothing. Folks dying everyday. Next door to us. Same space we living in. Somebody feeling that. So, ease up on my family, man.”
Offset, Cardi, and their daughter Kulture are spending the quarantine time together at home.

'American Idol' Studio Production Canceled Due to Coronavirus!
The fate of this season's American Idol may be up in the air. A report by TMZ on Monday suggests that the show will be abandoning filming in a studio. This doesn't mean the whole season will be a wash, however.

Prior to this development, production had sent contestants who advanced into the Top 20 home amid the coronavirus outbreak. TVLine was the first to share this news, adding that producers would be taking things on a week-to-week basis when evaluating what their next move would be. It sounds like their next move will need to see them get creative. An email obtained by TMZ shared a message that was sent to the crew, "As we continue to monitor advice from federal and local agencies, it seems unlikely we are going to be able to make it back into the studio for this season of American Idol."
The report suggests a few options that could lie ahead for the hit singing competition. The outlet's source note that "the plan is still to produce the show" but not in the format at-home viewers are used to seeing. It sounds like the three judges — Luke Bryan, Katy Perry and Lionel Richie — will be working from home. That would also be the same for the likes of Ryan Seacrest and Bobby Bones. With this option, the source shared that "viewers will ultimately decide who wins and who ends up packing."

An official statement has not yet been released by ABC.
In addition to impacting the live shows, the coronavirus has also had an effect on the pre-recorded episodes. ABC made it known to its viewers that the episodes featuring Disney's Aulani resort in Hawaii, which is shut down along with the rest of Disney's properties in the states, were previously recorded and not live. The reality show also had to adjusts it schedule, straying away from the usual Sunday-Monday back-to-back episodes this week. Instead, the second half of the Aulani round did not air on Monday as viewers learned. The final pre-recorded episode will air on April 5.

With the entire country focusing on eliminating the spread of the coronavirus, the show's judges delivered a message to their fans, urging them to stay home. Richie delivered a powerful Instagram post when sharing his public service announcement.
"We are all in this together," Richie wrote. "Tonight, let us find comfort through inspiring American Idol stories of triumph, courage and strength. We hope this new duets night of [Hollywood Week] will allow you to find joy in these uncertain times. From the Richie Family, stay safe and stay healthy."
