#RHoA: CONFIRMED! Porsha Williams Lands Her Own ‘RHOA’ Special
Porsha Williams is getting her own special. The ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star will have her own episodes to show the world what she and fiance Dennis McKinley are doing to welcome baby PJ into the world.
After an extravagant all-white baby shower that brought out co-stars and friends alike, Radar Online reported that Bravo is filming it all.
The source told the publication: “Cameras were rolling at the baby shower and it is going to be a part of the Porsha baby delivery special she is filming.”
The insider went on to say that her last three weeks of pregnancy and drama in the delivery room will be captured.
What’s even more interesting is that Kenya Moore is slated to make an appearance after getting the boot from the program.
Sources claim that the new mom signed a release to be on the ‘RHOA’ spin-off due to being ‘desperate to be back on TV.’
Kenya did attend the shower and even slayed on Instagram with her outfit before making her appearance at the event. The reality series’ alum has been working on a few projects, but there’s nothing like being back in the good graces of Bravo executives.
This news comes after Williams announced that she was going on leave from her position at Dish Nation.
Some fans wondered why Porsha was given a whole spin-off instead of including her journey on the show. In addition to the fact that there have been multiple wedding and baby specials for ‘RHOA’ cast member, the radio host is also in the good graces of the showrunners.
Radar explained: “Porsha has shared every aspect of her life from her boyfriend Dennis to her pregnancy and then their engagement and the producers wanted viewers to see everything.”
Will you be watching Porsha’s baby special?
#Empire: Tyler Perry Is 'Hoping' Jussie Smollett Didn't Stage Attack: 'Right Now, It's a Wait and See'
Tyler Perry is speaking out as Jussie Smollett faces a felony charge of disorderly conduct for allegedly filing a false report claiming two men attacked him in an apparent hate crime last month.
During an interview with the Today show on Wednesday, the filmmaker said he has spoken to Smollett, 36, and that the Empire actor insists that the allegations aren’t true.
“Listen, he is so adamant about it and he is so convincing in his story that I’m hoping and standing with him, hoping that it all turns out in his favor, for sure,” said Perry, 49.
Perry also referenced the cases of Terrance Williams and Felipe Santos, two men who disappeared after allegedly being picked up by a Florida sheriff’s deputy 15 years ago.
“I’ve been fighting for justice for Terrance Williams and Felipe Santos … so I wish that that case could have gotten half the attention that the Jussie Smollett thing [got],” he said. “But listen, everybody that knows him — he’s adamant that he’s telling the truth. Everybody that knows him that I know, they all say he’s not the type of person that would ever do that. So it’s pretty confusing, so right now it’s a wait and see.”

Bryce Harper Signs $330 Million Deal With The Philadelphia Phillies, Report!
PHILADELPHIA (CBS/AP) — After months of rumors and speculation, it has finally happened — Bryce Harper has signed with the Philadelphia Phillies, CBS3 confirms. ESPN reports Harper signed a 13-year, $330 million deal, with no opt-outs.
A 26-year-old All-Star outfielder, Harper topped the $325 million, 13-year agreement outfielder Giancarlo Stanton reached before the 2015 season with the Miami Marlins. His average annual value of $25.4 million ranks 14th in baseball history.
Harper gets a $20 million signing bonus, a $10 million salary this year, $26 million in each of the following nine seasons and $22 million in each of the last three years. None of the money is deferred.
San Francisco and the Los Angeles Dodgers had also pursued Harper in recent weeks.
Fans have been clamoring for this moment since the season ended as Harper, a six-time All-Star, was one of the big free agent superstars on the market, along with Manny Machado. The Phillies have now added an MVP-caliber, left-handed bat, to what is now a very potent lineup.
The 26-year-old former MVP finished last season with 34 home runs, 100 RBI, a .249 batting average and an .889 OPS.
This is the biggest free agent splash the Phillies have made since signing Cliff Lee after the 2010 season.
The Phillies have had a busy offseason, adding outfielder Andrew McCutchen, a former MVP himself, reliever David Robertson, and trading for shortstop Jean Segura and catcher J.T. Realmuto.
In January, Phillies officials met with Harper and his wife in Las Vegas and owner John Middleton met with Harper again this past weekend.
With this signing, the Phillies have vaulted themselves as a favorite to win the National League East. Last season, the Phillies were in first place in August before collapsing the final month-and-a-half of the season. They finished third with an 80-82 record.
The Phillies’ home opener is Thursday, March 28 against the Atlanta Braves

Sending up prayers for Luke’s full and speedy recovery.
Ariana Grande Is Hanging Out With Her Ex Big Sean, Again
Last we heard, Ariana Grande was saying “Thank U, Next” to her exes — but on Wednesday night, she was spotted out with one of the ex-boyfriends mentioned in her breakup anthem: Big Sean.
As seen in pictures on TMZ, Grande and Big Sean were spotted together at a recording studio in Los Angeles in Wednesday. Grande reportedly arrived first, and then Big Sean showed up later, though TMZ notes she went outside to greet him. Later, the exes left the studio together (along with one of her dogs) in Big Sean’s car.
So, what does this mean? Well, we aren’t sure. They could merely be friendly exes who are recording music together. That sounds nice. But really, who knows.
The duo dated for about a year before parting ways four years ago; she went on to date Mac Miller and Pete Davidson, while he went on to date Jhené Aiko. In “Thank U, Next,” Grande sings of Big Sean:
Thought I’d end up with Sean. But he wasn’t a match
At the same time, Grande’s teen movie–inspired music video for the song famously included a Mean Girls-esque “burn book.” The page about Big Sean, TMZ notes, reads: “so cute, so sweet” and “(could still get it).” (But for reference, Pete Davidson’s page includes the comments “HUUUUGE” and “I love u always,” so who knows what she meant by Big Sean’s comment).
Since neither Big Sean nor Grande have publicly commented on their reunion yet, we will just sit here wondering if Big Sean taught her “love,” “patience,” or “pain”…

Robert Kraft Patriots owner pleads not guilty to prostitution charges
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) — New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft has pleaded not guilty to two counts of misdemeanor solicitation of prostitution in a Florida case, according to court documents released Thursday.
Kraft’s attorney Jack Goldberger filed the written plea with the Palm Beach County court on Wednesday. Kraft, 77, is requesting a non-jury trial.
Kraft was among hundreds of men charged in a crackdown on massage parlor prostitution and an investigation into human trafficking at Florida spas. Ten spas have been closed and several people, mostly women originally from China, have been charged with running the operation.
Jupiter, Florida, police say in court documents that Kraft was chauffeured to the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in a 2014 white Bentley on the evening of Jan. 19, where investigators say they videotaped him engaging in a sex act and then handing over an undetermined amount of cash.
Kraft returned 17 hours later, arriving at the upper-middle class shopping center where the spa was located in a chauffeured 2015 blue Bentley, the documents said. Kraft, who is worth $6 billion, was videotaped engaging in sex acts before paying with a $100 bill and another bill, police said. He then flew to Kansas City to watch his Patriots defeat the Chiefs in overtime hours later.
Kraft’s team then defeated the Los Angeles Rams in the Super Bowl two weeks later, their sixth championship since the 2001 season.
Under Florida law, if Kraft is convicted, he would be required to complete 100 hours of community service, attend a class on the dangers of prostitution and its connection to human trafficking and pay a $5,000 fine. He could also get a year in jail, although that is unlikely.
He could also enroll in a diversion program. He would still have to perform the community service, attend the class and pay a fine, but he would avoid a criminal record.
Chicago Is Set To Elect The City’s First Black Female Mayor in April Election
The face of Chicago is in for a dramatic change with the city’s candidates for mayor.
The Chicago Tribune reported Lori Lightfoot and Toni Preckwinkle have taken their marks in the race for the mayoral seat. Unofficial results showed the ladies beat out a packed choice of 14 candidates before finally winning enough votes on Tuesday. Lightfoot closed out with 17.5% of the votes, while Preckwinkle earned a close 16%.
Toni expressed recognition of the record-breaking movement to a crowd of supporters in Hyde Park. However, she kept focussing on the work that must continue within the Windy City.
“It’s clear we’re at a defining moment in our city’s history, but the challenges that our city faces are not simply ideological. It’s not enough to say Chicago stands at a crossroads. We need to fight to change its course.”
The achievement is great since the last female mayor was Jane Bryne, who served from 1979 to 1983. This is also a potentially giant leap for the LGBTQ community. Lori Lightfoot would be the first openly gay representative to take the official position. One will also take on the title as the second African-American elected mayor since Harold Washington (1983-1987).
Chicago can look forward to finding their next fearless leader in April.
Andre Previn, 4-Time Oscar-Winning Composer and Conductor, Dies at 89!
André Previn, a German-American, Oscar-winning musician and composer who worked on the music for 1965’s Best Picture winner “My Fair Lady,” has died, his manager told the New York Times. He was 89.
Previn died on Thursday in his home in Manhattan. In addition to “Gigi,” he also won Oscars for “Porgy & Bess,” “Irma la Douce” and “My Fair Lady.” Previn was also the only person in Oscar history to ever be nominated for three Oscars in a single year: In 1961, he was nominated for the film score adaptations of “Elmer Gantry” and “Bells Are Ringing,” and also for Best Original Song for “Faraway Part of Town” from the film “Pepe.”
Some of his other film work, primarily film adaptations of Broadway productions, include “Jesus Christ Superstar” and “Thoroughly Modern Millie,” though he also worked on “It’s Always Fair Weather” from the also-recently-deceased Stanley Donen.
Beyond his work scoring films, Previn was well known as a jazz pianist and conductor, collaborating with Ella Fitzgerald, Duke Ellington and his fifth wife, violinist Anne-Sophie Mutter. He’s also two 10 Grammy awards and one Lifetime Achievement Award from the Recording Academy, and served as the Principal Conductor and Conductor Emeritus for the London Symphony Orchestra.
“We are deeply saddened to hear of the death this morning of our Conductor Emeritus André Previn,” the London Symphony Orchestra said in a statement on Twitter along with a tribute. “He will be hugely missed by everyone at the LSO and remembered with great affection. May he always play all the right notes in the right order.”
Born Andreas Ludwig Priwin in Berlin, Germany, Previn’s hip lifestyle and celebrity in the late ’60s made him a favorite of gossip columnists and paparazzi. Consequently, his fame helped to spread the popularity of classical music and jazz to a wider audience.
Previn was married five times and had 10 children. In 1969, he began seeing Mia Farrow romantically shortly after her split from Frank Sinatra. She became his third wife a year later, and they had three biological children together and adopted three others, including Soon-Yi Previn. Previn disowned his daughter Soon-Yi after she began a relationship and later married filmmaker Woody Allen, telling Vanity Fair in 2013, “She does not exist.”
“See you in the Morning beloved friend,” Farrow wrote on Twitter Thursday after learning of his death. “May you rest in glorious symphonies.”
In 1996, Previn was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II, and he received the Kennedy Center Honors in 1998. Twenty years later, Previn won the Glenn Gould Prize for “the musical excellence of a rare few.”
“Maestro Previn’s remarkable body of work and wide range of talents certainly make him a member of this exclusive club,” the foundation’s president Merle Kriss said at the time via Previn’s website.
The Jackson Family Discusses “Leaving Neverland” In New Interview, Calls Michael Jackson’s Sexual Abuse Accusers Liars: “It’s Always Been About Money”
The Jackson Family calls “Leaving Neverland” a payout for Michael Jackson’s sexual assault accusers during an interview with CBS.
The HBO documentary entitled “Leaving Neverland” details two men’s sexual assault allegations against late singer-songwriter Michael Jackson. The men, Wade Robson and James Safechuck, allege Jackson sexually abused them as children for several years. Although Robson testified under oath in Jackson’s defense, he later sued Jackson’s estate, alongside Safechuck, but the cases were dismissed due to the statute of limitations. Now, they are now appealing.
In the new “CBS This Morning” interview, CBS anchor Gayle King sat down with Michael Jackson’s nephew Taj, and brothers Jackie, Marlon and Tito, who say Robson and Safechuck are lying just to get money. “It has been well documented your brother spoke many times about sharing his bed with young children. Did any of you, at any time—” King started.
“Well, see … when you phrased that, you know, ‘sharing’ his bed, young kids have sleepovers, camp out and just everybody in the bed and fall asleep. His kids were there. Taj was little at the time. And they all fall asleep in the bed and watching movies. And so you can twist it, saying, ‘Sharing his bed,’ but, yes, but it makes you think something else,” Marlon said. Taj went on to explain that he has first-hand experience with spending time with his uncle who would frequently have slumber parties with children.
“I grew up in it. So for me, it wasn’t odd,” Taj said. “You know, I think to the outside world, yes, I think it can be odd. I mean, I’m not oblivious to what it sounds like. But when you’re actually there in that atmosphere, and you’re around it, and you’re watching movies, yes, with his kids … it’s very innocent. But I think the fault on my uncle was he just – he didn’t have that bone in his body to look at it the other way … his naiveté was his downfall in a way. And I think that’s what hurts me more than anything is knowing his innocence, but then knowing how the world is.”
The family maintains Jackson is innocent, that they have no plans on seeing the documentary and that the entire situation is all about money. “It’s always been about money,” Taj Jackson said. “I hate to say it when it’s my uncle, it’s almost like they see a blank check. These people felt that they’re owed something. You know, instead of working for something, they blame everything on my uncle.”\
“I don’t have to see the documentary. I know Michael. I’m the oldest brother. I know my brother. I know what he stood for, what he was all about, bringing the world together, making kids happy,” Jackie said.
Jackson’s estate filed a $100 million lawsuit against HBO earlier this month, claiming the network ’s decision to distribute the documentary violates a “longstanding contractual relationship” they made with the star in 1992 when they aired his special Michael Jackson in Concert in Bucharest: The Dangerous Tour.
