Rihanna WOWS In Dior For SS17 Show At Paris Fashion Week
After presenting her newest FENTY x PUMA collection earlier this week, the “Work” singer is busy making her Paris Fashion Week rounds. As one of the only YBF chicks on the star studded from row, she stood out and killed it.  Rih hit up the Christian Dior womenswear Spring/Summer 2017 today looking like she just stepped off the runway herself.
The Bajan beauty wowed in a Dior Spring 2016 couture dress that she accessorized with the brand's "Diorama Club" handbag, "Dior Reflected" sunglasses, DSquared’s pink “Riri” sandals and Lynn Ban pearl earrings.
Rih hit the Parisian streets for a fun night out in the French capital. Chick slipped on some black furry thigh-high boots, a white sleeveless shirt and an oversized black hoodie as she made her way to her next destination.
Simply FABULOUS!

#RHoA: Oh? Chateau Sheree is FAR From Complete!
According to Tamara Tattles she says: I don’t understand why anyone would believe Sheree Whitfield. She can proclaim that Chateau Sheree is finished all she wants but that is not the case at all.  Here is the last Chateau Sheree update from September 8th. It was part of a post with other filming information that I posted here the first time on September 8, 2016. Around September 6, workers arrived to put up railing on all the wobbly looking balconies on the what Kenya is calling Chateau Thelma. Actually it hasn’t been Chateau Thelma for years. It’s Chateau Blu Management last I looked. With all those liens and debt collectors, Sheree can’t keep things in her name.  And apparently she can’t spell “Blue” either.

Here’s the Chateau Sheree part of the post that some of you missed.

Sheree Whitfield on the other hand will be given a peach. This is the source of a LOT of anger on behalf of Nene. Because had Nene returned, Sheree would have remained an FOH. This explains why Nene, who had mended fences with Sheree at the end of last season, is back to shading her on Twitter.  Sheree has no real storyline, but she was seen filming at the Chateau Sheree construction site the week before the holiday weekend with her mother. My exclusive source there says there is at least 8 more months of interior work there. Her floors are not all in nor was all the sheet rock. Her kitchen appliances have been sitting in the garage for quite a long time according to my exclusive sources. She finally had railings installed in the back of the house where all of those patio type places are. (see new photo, right) There is no way there will be a Christmas gala at Chateau Sheree in 2016.

Tamara Tattles has discussed how it’s clear that the columns have shifted and no longer line up leaving major questions about the structural safety of the building and making a Certificate of Occupancy seem quite uncertain. In addition to the notable external issues,  Sheree is suing someone once again because of extensive water damage that occurred in the interior.
There have been long periods of no construction at the construction site and apparentlyin January of 2014 a pipe burst or something and it took neighbors finally calling someone. because water was cascading of the balconies seen at right, for Sheree to find out about it. That sounds like something that would cause a major mold problem to me.  Also the warranties are expired on the HVAC, framing and plumbing meaning those contractors can no longer validate the structure making a certificate of occupancy highly improbable at this point, allegedly, in my opinion.
Not to mention that Kenya was all over social media laughing about Chateau Sheree after the women apparently gathered there before going on their recent camping trip. I can’t imagine Sheree letting them go inside past the foyer. Which is a shame because the great room really is pretty great. It’s the only decent room in the whole institution. The other rooms are almost all round rooms in turrets. Round rooms are a decorating nightmare when there is one, but when the majority are like that?  I really think this place will end up being a teardown. So decorating all those round rooms will never become an issue.

Mariah Carey's appearance, to help Jamal in his recovery
(FOX)Terrence Howard as Lucious and Taraji P. Henson as Cookie in "Empire."
The upcoming, brand-new installment of FOX's hip-hop drama "Empire" season 3 will feature the exciting guest appearance of pop diva Mariah Carey.
According to reports, episode 3 titled "What Remains Is Bestial" will see the singer's debut as Kitty in the narrative. She will help Jamal Lyon (Jussie Smollett) in overcoming some of his emotions as asked by the Lyon matriarch, Cookie (Taraji P. Henson). It can be recalled that back in the previous episode, Jamal decided that he was done performing due to his post-traumatic stress disorder.

The official synopsis reveals that the mega superstar will aid him in recording a new song, hoping that he will get through his dilemma. Meanwhile, Andre (Trai Byers) will run into some trouble as things do not go as planned.
Elsewhere, Cookie and Lucious (Terrence Howard) are at odds with each other, while Hakeem (Bryshere 'Yazz' Gray) and Gram (Romeo Miller) fight for Tiana's (Serayah) attention. Things are also expected to heat up between Cookie and potential new love interest, Angelo Dubois (Taye Diggs).

Down the line, Lucious will get in between Cookie and Angelo when he suddenly recognizes the spark that continues to fire between the two. In the fourth episode dubbed "Cupid Kills," he will apparently prepare to take Angelo on as he becomes a formidable rival.
Jamal will also experience his first step toward the journey to recovery when he faces Freda Gatz (Bre-Z), while Anika (Grace Byers) goes back to work at Empire and instantly causes turmoil. Moreover, Hakeem starts falling for Nessa (Sierra A. McClain) although it appears that she could have set her sights on a different Lyon.

Season 3 episode 3 of "Empire" is slated to air on Wednesday, Oct. 5 at 9 p.m. ET, while episode 4 hit the small screen on Oct. 12 at the same time.

New Music Video: Solange Knowles Drops Visuals For "Don't Touch My Hair"
Just like her cut "F.U.B.U." says, this A Seat At The Table album is for us and by us.  Solange brought us zen and sexy vibes against a socially conscious backdrop with a theme of New Orleans richness running throughout it. We've been soaking up every minute of the poetry she spit that explains why blackness is so beautiful, so powerful, and why we're tired of trying to change that fact to appease others.

By the way, the fab mom and wife wrote, arranged, and co-produced each of the 21 tracks herself.   There's features from Lil Wayne, Master P, her parents Mathew Knowles & Tina Lawson, Q-Tip, Kelly Rowland, Dev Hynes, and production from Raphael Saadiq. She previously revealed she finished up the album just before her 30th birthday. It was three years in the making.

According to the press release, Solange describes A Seat At The Table as "a project on identity, empowerment, independence, grief and healing.”

New Hip Hop Music: Kid Cudi Feat. Pharrell – ‘Surfin”
As a consolation for his now-delayed album Passion, Pain, & Demon Slayin’, Kid Cudi unleashes a pair of singles — “Frequency” and “Surfin'” — both available via Apple Music.

“Frequency,” which first dropped back in March, is an ode to “curiosity.” “Couple girls, couple stories, and a couple ‘shrooms,” he sings with an Auto-Tuned pitch. “Couple girls make a ni**a feel less alone.”
Riding onto the next track, “Surfin'” featuring Pharrell Williams is an anthem about individuality over soaring horns. “I ain’t got no waves,” Cudi sings confidently. “Too busy makin’ my own waves, baby / I ain’t ridin’ no waves / Too busy makin’ my own waves, baby / Surfin’ on my own wave.”

“Frequency” and “Surfin'” are the opening and closing tracks on Passion, Pain, & Demon Slayin’ respectively, but for now, the rest of the LP is on hold. Yesterday, Cudder announced that the album would be pushed back “due to some minor sample clearances” that are “still being finalized.”

The album, as it was announced, features Willow Smith and Travis Scott, as well as two cuts apiece with Skateboard P and André 3000.

LeBron James Endorses Hillary Clinton: I believe she will continue Obama’s legacy.
LeBron James has penned an editorial explaining why he is supporting Hillary Clinton, this upcoming election. He writes:
I support Hillary because she will build on the legacy of my good friend, President Barack Obama. I believe in what President Obama has done for our country and support her commitment to continuing that legacy.

Like my foundation, Hillary has always been a champion for children and their futures. For over 40 years, she’s been working to improve public schools, expand access to health care, support children’s hospitals, and so much more.
She wants to make sure kids have access to a good education, no matter what zip code they live in. She’ll rebuild schools that are falling apart and put more money into computer science. She’ll make sure teachers are paid what they deserve so they can give everything to their students.
She also has plans to make college a reality for more people in America, especially for those who can’t afford it. My kids in Akron are proof of the hope and motivation that come from knowing college can be in their future, no matter what obstacles they might be facing.

Finally, we must address the violence, of every kind, the African-American community is experiencing in our streets and seeing on our TVs. I believe rebuilding our communities by focusing on at-risk children is a significant part of the solution. However, I am not a politician, I don’t know everything it will take finally to end the violence.
But I do know we need a president who brings us together and keeps us unified. Policies and ideas that divide us more are not the solution. We must all stand together — no matter where we are from or the color of our skin. And Hillary is running on the message of hope and unity that we need.

There’s still a lot of work to be done in Akron, Northeast Ohio, and all across our great country. We need a president who understands our community and will build on the legacy of President Obama. So let’s register to vote, show up to the polls, and vote for Hillary Clinton.

Kim Kardashian West TIED UP & ROBBED Of $10M Worth Of Jewelry!
Kim Kardashian West's rep confirmed she had been robbed at gunpoint while in France for Paris Fashion Week.
More details have now surfaced, and we've learned more than $10M in jewelry was jacked from her by as many as five masked robbers dressed as policemen.  And it was quite the scary situation.  As for where her security was, they, along witht he hotel's concierge, were apparently held at gun point as well and were forced to take the robbers to Kim's room.

Vogue.com reports that it all went down at 2:30am Paris time:
The robbers apparently gained entrance into her temporary home after holding up her security guard at gun point and forcing him to take them to Kardashian’s apartment. They reportedly stole over $10 million in jewelry, including a ring worth more than 4 million euros. Kardashian West recently posted a photo of her diamond engagement ring and bedazzled grill on Instagram. No word on whether her children, North and Saint, were with her during the armed robbery.
As for the ring mentioned, it very well could have been that huge new 20 carat Lorraine Schwartz ring Kanye just copped her a few days ago:

Fox News reports Kim has already hopped on a private plane to get out of Paris and head back to the States, and she was was interviewed by police before boarding.
Kim's been seen wearing both her new ring and the previous wedding ring Kanye gave her at the same time, so folks know she's wearing several million dollars worth of jewelry at once at any given time.
By the way, a serial prankster was able to get to her just a couple days ago.  It may be time for new security and a jewelry-flossing black out on social media.

Nate Parker: 'I'm Not Going to Apologize' for Rape Accusation
"The Birth of a Nation" star Nate Parker said he wants to move past the sexual assault allegation from his college days that has overshadowed the buzz surrounding his film about a slave rebellion that he spent eight years creating.

"I was falsely accused," Parker, 36, said today on "Good Morning America." "I was proven innocent and I’m not going to apologize for that."
Nate Parker's 'Birth of a Nation' Gets Standing Ovation at Toronto International Film Festival
The actor was accused of raping a fellow classmate while he was a student at Penn State University in 1999. Parker was later acquitted, but his college roommate and wrestling teammate, Jean Celestin, who is also his collaborator on "Birth of a Nation," was found guilty before his verdict was overturned on appeal. Both men have maintained the sex was consensual and Celestin's case was never retried.
The accuser committed suicide in 2012 after many previous attempts. Her sister, Sharon Loeffler, recently wrote in Variety that it "tormented my sister to see [Parker] thrive while she was still struggling."
Parker said he "feels terribly" about the situation but wants to focus on "The Birth of a Nation," which he directed, starred in, wrote and produced. The film tells the true story of how slave Nat Turner led a rebellion in 1831, a 48-hour battle that would become the bloodiest slave revolt in U.S. history.

"I think the important thing, you know, is this isn’t about me," Parker said. "The story of Nat Turner as an American, as American people, the story about a man who was erased from history, at some point. I think that’s where our focus should be."
Parker described the process of making the movie as using his "art" to, "really deal with the things I see every day, with hope that it can create solution."
"We’ve become desensitized to the things that are happening and the question is to what do we owe? What is our responsibility?" he said. "I think patriotism is all about wanting to see America better, wanting to see those are oppressed do better and get treated better."

"Birth of a Nation," which also stars Armie Hammer and Gabrielle Union, swept all top categories when it premiered at the Sundance Film Festival Awards in January, becoming only the fourth film to capture all the festival's highest honors. It also received a standing ovation when it premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in September.
Parker said he hopes the story of Nat Turner, who was also a preacher, inspires moviegoers to find the "systemic things" that need attention in America and to look inside themselves for what they can do to fix them.
"There’s a lot of talk around the things, you know, that need to be different, but there’s not a lot of talk about how we can be specific in addressing these issues of systemic crisis in our country, whether it be crisis against people of color in this country or people in the LBGT community," he said.

"There’s just so many people that day to day are facing the type of things that are so disheartening and that are corrupted to America in the same way that there are systemic crises back then in the 19th century that went unchecked because of cognitive dissonance."

"The Birth of a Nation" opens nationwide this Friday.
