Former heavyweight boxing great Mike Tyson has been enjoying a fantastic resurgence in his career, with acting roles and a stage play that opened to solid reviews. The latest in the reincarnation of Iron Mike occurs with the upcoming cartoon series Mike Tyson Mysteries, and it could be the makings of something truly awesome.
At this year’s Comic-Con in San Diego, Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim debuted a trailer for the series, which features the tatted ex-champ solving mysteries with The Mike Tyson Mystery Team, featuring the Ghost of the Marquess of Queensbury, and Tyson’s adopted Korean daughter Yung Hee. There’s also a talking pigeon who indulges in heavy drinking and Internet dating.

Mike Tyson, Norm Macdonald, Rachel Ramras, and Jim Rash are among the voice talent. Trying to explain the trailer is nearly impossible. We don’t know what in the world is going on here, but that’s half the fun. Just check it out for yourself and come to your own conclusion.
Mike Tyson Mysteries is produced by Warner Bros. Animation. The show debuts this fall as part of Adult Swim’s 2014-2015 lineup.
Cristiano Ronaldo Denies Signing To Lil Wayne’s Sports Management Firm
Cristiano Ronaldo is apparently cool with Lil Wayne but not to the point where the two are delving into business agreements together. Last week, reports that Ronaldo had signed with the Young Money CEO’s PolarisSports, an affiliation of the CAA agency and GestiFute.
As it turns out, those reports were not true.
The world-famous football star cleared up any misconception and rumors on his Twitter account to nip the announcement in the bud, once and for all.
“There have been news about changes on my management team – it’s all false, and I can assure the team is – and will be – the same,” he stated.
Ronaldo played for Portugal during the 2014 FIFA World Cup, scoring a goal the deciding goal in a Ghana in a 2–1 victory against goal, but his team still failed to advance due to the point system.
He will be returning to Real Madrid for the 2014-2015 season, thanks to his longtime management team.
Adidas Launches Boost Basketball Sneakers w/ Derrick Rose & Damian Lillard
This past Sunday, July 27, adidas Basketball enlisted the help of their top NBA guards, Derrick Rose and Damian Lillard, to launch their new basketball shoe models that utilize the Boost cushioning technology.
Rose and Lillard rep the adidas D Rose 5 Boost and the adidas Crazylight Boost, respectively.
The D Rose 5 features and EVA fit-cage for added strength and support as well as Sprintweb tech for breathability.
“Having the Boost cushioning in my new signature shoe makes it the most favorite of mine that we’ve ever done,” said said Rose via a press released. “I’ve played in them for a couple months, but every time I put them on it feels like a new shoe and it’s the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn. Now, I can’t imagine playing without Boost in my shoes.”
Lillard like the model he’ll be rocking, too, the Crazylight Boost which clocks in at a mere 11.6 ounces and features a ShockWeb overlay for support.
“Boost compliments my style of play unlike any other shoe,” said Lillard via a press release. “The immediate comfort you feel when you put on Boost is amazing, and it lasts until the moment you take it off. When you’re an athletic guard in the league, you’re constantly coming down hard over the top of big guys or when you get fouled. With Boost, it’s a lot less impact and more cushioning on my heels.”
The Crazylight Boost is due out September 1 and will run $140 and he D Rose 5 Boost will drop a little later on October 23 for the same price point.

Sean Kingston is having some major financial issues, because the singer’s third car just got repossessed.
This time, Kingston’s white Lamborghini was parked outside a Hollywood nightclub when the repo man came through and scooped it up.
Sources connected with the singer tell TMZ … the Lambo was a lease and Sean hadn’t made payments for 6 months.
It was just back in March that Sean’s Bentley was repossessed in a similar fashion while he was inside a Beverly Hills hotel. The week before he lost his Bentley, he lost his Mercedes Benz G-Class SUV.

‘Bad Girls Club’ Star Arrested for DUI & Drug Possession
Bad Girls Club star Florina Kaja, aka “Flo” has been arrested in NY after getting busted for a DUI and drug possession.
Kaja — from Season 4 of “The Bad Girls Club” — was stopped by cops in Yonkers, NY on Monday night for making an illegal U-turn. According to police, she appeared to be under the influence … acting erratic and fidgety.
Cops say they found a bag of weed and another substance they believe to be cocaine. Officers say Flo also gave them a fake name, which — as every delinquent teen knows — NEVER works.
Flo’s been charged with possession of a controlled substance and DWI — and cops say she also had an outstanding warrant for harassment.
You would think that becoming a wife and parent would be enough to leave the ‘bad girl’ lifestyle behind…
Bobby Brown Rejoining New Edition For Final Reunion Tour Shows
Bobby Brown is rejoining the New Edition reunion tour after dropping out earlier this month out of concerns for his health.

Bobby Brown‘s son, Bobby Brown Jr., tells RadarOnline.com that his father will take the stage for the group’s final shows before they close out the tour on August 3rd in Los Angeles.
Bobby Brown Jr. also says that his father is “fine.” Meantime, Brown’s ex-girlfriend, Kim Ward, denies rumors that a drug relapse forced him to pull out of the tour. She says pulling out had “nothing to do with him relapsing,” adding that the real cause is “a serious health issue.”
As you remember Bobby Brown dropped out of the tour earlier this month. Bobby Brown was seen struggling to perform with his group in a Mississippi show. He was seen huffing and puffing and it almost look like he was going to pass completely out. He eventually left the stage during the show. He dropped out the tour immediate following the concert.
Glad that Bobby Brown is doing well and that he’s coming back to finish out the tour
Zoe Saldana Shows Off Her Baby Bump At "Good Morning America"
Proudly showing off her growing baby bump, Zoe Saldana stopped by the set of “Good Morning America” to promote “Guardians of the Galaxy.”
The 36-year-old actress donned a burgundy dress with nude pumps as she waved to her awaiting fan base and headed inside to chat with George Stephanopoulos about the upcoming Marvel film.
While she remained mum on her pregnancy, Zoe did dish out plenty of fun details about portraying Gamora in the film, including her inspiration for fight scenes.
While speaking about how her character’s moves are based off of bull fighting, Saldana said, “It was the most graceful form of dance… it was at the time when I was wondering if I was going to do ‘Guardians’ and I thought, ‘oh my God I should, and she should totally be a bull fighter.’
And when asked about why she loves filming movies based in space (Zoe is also in the “Avatar” and “Star Trek” series), she said, “I’ve always had an affinity for the unknown and imagining the unimaginable.”
